EDIT: That's still not concrete evidence. If you compare the two, the only similarity I can see is the spiked hair at the top, even that part seems difference.
Something being hinted at is not concrete evidence.

My thoughts exactly. That was one of the BEST chapters in a long time. I couldn't stop thinking, "Wahhhhh, SOO GOOD!!"

Jiraiya might live...it looks too obvious that he will die right now? I think he's going to get beaten to a bloody pulp, and maybe 20% chance he survives.

I can't wait to see the power-up that Naruto gets.

They twisted the key which ended up in Jiraiya almost dying. From the looks of it the 4 tails came out immediately.

I have diferent theories:
1. probably somehow Tobi wanted to get Madras power, dug out his bones, did some weird experiments or what ever and got not only his powers but also his personality, thats coz hes split

2. He is REALLY madras, somehow survived and lived on with an immortal jutsu (like oro, but he completed it)

Because the immortality jutsu was developed and created by Orochimaru after Madara left the village and right before Orochimaru did.

Technically if you think about it, if Madara Uchiha started the Uchiha family then wouldn't all Sharingan users have Madara Uchiha's power? For him to actually state that then maybe he wasn't an original descendant of the Uchiha family.

They do, but they may not be as advanced. They inherited the power of the sharingan. I am not going to defend this but you know in our day you inherit stuff from your parents. Some people inherit good looks, others inherit baldness. Whatever it is you inherit it. They are descendants of Madara so they inherit his power. How far they go with it is up to them. Maybe Tobi is descended or possessed or the actually living breathing Madara however I am saying that it is possible he stole the ability and learned how to use it to it's full potential just like or even better than Madara.

Naruto controlling all 9 tails would be like giving a kid a loaded gun and telling him to go to school right now. He isn't mature or smart enough. He has gotten better since the time skip but until he becomes more focused of mind do you think it will be of any use? I sincerely hope he matures up before then. A Hokage can not just run into battle and hope for the best. His battle with Kakuzu was promising, lets hope that is a milestone. I was disappointed when he was against Itachi's clone, he ran in blindly like always.
