Yeah,but you shouldn`t make everyone a admin or mod because they asked you.
Its a forum that just started and having more than 2 admins and mods would be useless right now.

If you need a banner and that stuff go and registar on http://www.gamers-forum.com/ and go into graphic threat and ask to make a banner and other stuff for the forum ask a guy called Fattat or God of Pain...
Im not sure that you will have to pay but make a deal!

Meh, I don't know if I would want to pay for a banner. I'll just ask someone skilled on another forum I go to. Oh and anyone who wants to join, can if they want to. Also if you have any Ideas for a skin change just say so.
