Carnage Cosmic is when Carnage merged with the Silver Surfer, he can manipulate his body in any way a good example is someone tried to punch him and their hand went through Carnage and then carnage solidifies, trapping him there.
He also has all the silver surfer powers.

I don't feel like explaining the beyonder so look him up if you need info.
