Ok as lame as this might sound I think its a fair match up, a psychic pokemon who genjutsu doesn't work against and massive psychic powers vs Someone who spams too much genjutsu and has some other pretty powerful attacks to boot.

Mewtwo would win this hands down. The psychic pokemon powers are way too much for Itachi.

Mewtwo!! Itachi can really match the master of physchic abilities. Would the Sharingan even work on such a foe? probably not.

Like I've said before, IF (big if) Mewtwo allowed himself to be caught in a Genjutsu, he'd simply say 'Get the hell out of my head'. And physical attacks are equally ineffective on him, so yeah. From there, Itachi is thoroughly boned.

The reason why I created sucha lop sided battle is more of a response to the garaa vs Itachi retarded threads I see all the time.
Call it the anti Itachi fan boy thread if you will:)

Mewtwo not only reads minds, he can use his powers to play with people's memories. One thought from him and Itachi has no idea where (or who) he is.

The two were about equal in power. Mewtwo was stronger in battle due to him being ruthless cold blooded mother f***er.

Mewtwo can force Itachi's eyes shut. Mewtwo has telekinesis. That's pretty much unavoidable.

Because his eyes are different. If you saw someone you were about to fight and they had different eyes, wouldn't you think to close them?

Exactly, Itachi is boned in this fight. Not only can Mewtwo read Itachi's mind, but he can physically control him as well.
