A tie if Minato could pull himself to actually take both himself and his son whom he has sacraficed himself for once. But if they were really going at it yes Minato would seal the Kyuubi Naruto and it is over.

Yeah it's a tie. The 4th uses sealing Jutsu and both him and the Kyuubi die.

tie? i don't think so because its said that naruto is the only one who will surpass the 4th hokage and by the time naruto can unleash all 9 tails he will probably be at the 4ths skill level and mastered all of his jutsus (including the body flicker jutsu, or something lol) and even "that" jutsu which is spoken of so delicately in manga 370 by jiraiya and his toad father.
