A while ago this thread uses to exist, BEFORE the rpg sections were made, it went on for a while and was pretty popular, but soon The used-to-be mod Tac thought it was attracting to many members and it was a stupid thread.
Now that an rpg section has been made, We talked about it and decided to make the Rpg Thread.

In August of 2007,Uchiha Cameron had gathered up an army of turtles to do his bidding in Konoha.
Briato Uzumaki started an uprising using toads and foxes in an attempt to eliminate the turtle army.Soon after both gained allies and it errupted into a full-scale war.

Now,over 6 months and millions of deaths on both sides later,the war continues raging on.

How will this end?Where do you stand?Only time will tell.

The official rule book of all battles to take place on this board.

All rules are subject to alteration, deletion and addition.

1. At the moment outside the tournament anything goes until it's listed below.
2. No WMD's (weapons of mass destruction) ie. atomic bombs and nukes.
3. 80% of techniques MINIMUM must be anime based.
4. 40% of techniques must come from naruto.
5. You must play fair with your techniques which meens.
---Take posts in turns
---Tell your opponent what your doing. (ie. if you use clones say how many and the type)
---Give them a chance. (dont say the kunai hit.. instead say you through it and where...)
---Use logical pairings. no puppet bug windmil chidori blasts using wind sharpend blades kapish.
---If we say a technique is unfair it is... we may help you modify it or tell you how to express it if were nice though...
6. You are allowed to specialize in two elemetal chakra's so choose wisely.(See Resources Below)
7. Abitlities of an object cannot change rapidly... ((ie. you have to achieve a bankai or a sharingan upgrade)) ask me for details.
8. Because I say so is not a reason a technique works you need to explain it clearly...
9. Ask for help and you shall recieve... not much of a rule but yeah... HELP=GOOD
10. You are allowed one and only one Kekkei Genkai (Blood Line trait) and it must match your character.
11. Most important HAVE FUN

ok here are some rules for specific jutsus

1. You are allowed to claim heritage to two clans yet can only claim the special techniques of one clan.
- Ex. you could be the child of Sasuske and Ino but you can not have both the mind transfer jutsu and the sharingan.
- It does not matter if a clans technique is a kekkie genkai or not you still only get one.
2. You also cant say a genjutsu doesn't work on you.
- If your opponent had time to cast it and you feel under the requirements for it to work, it did end of story.
- It does not matter if you use chakra or not you are captured.
- But remember its easy to escape if you are familiar with the Naruto series.
- And sharingan works on everyone unless you have documented in your bingo book that you have a devices similar to Diedara's.
3. If you are going to use clones of any kind you must declare when you create them and how many.
- Furthermore you need to keep track of them as they are destroyed so use workable numbers.
- All clones die at the end of each battle so you cant say i had an extra clone from 5 days ago.
- Clones for our purposes are not as strong and cannot all simultaneously produce high level attacks.
4. Bijuu rules.
- Obviously you are only allowed one.
- Lets try to avoid multiples of the same bijuu to avoid confusion.
- If you do not use a bijuu you will be allowed a second clan specialty either kekkei genkai or secret technique.
- As your tails increases your ability to reason and fight strategically falls just like in the series. (the exchange is humanity for power).
5. If someone has a technique that THEY invented you cannot copy it without their direct permission.
- Sharingan or not it doesn't matter. Remeber this is only for invented techniques, not techniques that exist in Naruto already.
- If you want to use it you must "trade" or "wager" it on something like a battle or they can give it to you.
- If you believe someone has copied a technique of yours or someone else please contact me immediately.
6. You must have logic behind your techniques.
- For speed techniques, people need to prove why they are faster than normal.
- And there is a limit to speed.
7. You must take wounds and injuries into account just like everything else.
- And when you die you die that's it so don't sulk or complain.
8. DON'T BE CHEAP.

I plan on adding more to the Naruto Section. Also, I'm going to right a bleach technique overview and possibly a Full Metal Alchemist overview.

If you use skills from other series please send me the series title and techniques and if I am familiar with it I will include it to the rule book. If I am not we would all apreciate it if you could write an explanation so we all can benefit from the resource.

If you notice something missing please inform me because I Know for a fact that some things are missing, but I wanted to get what I had on now.

• Elements - These are the five main elements of chakra. The Five Great Shinobi Nations each reside in one of the lands that bear its name.

• Techniques

+ Taijutsu - Physical attacks such as hand to hand combat. Weaponry can be considered a sub category. Taijutsu also includes many speed techniques.
1 Notable examples would include Primary Lotus and other techniques by Maito Gai and Rock Lee.
2 Basic jutsus for this form inculed lions barrage and a simple punch to the face usually does the trick.

+ Genjutsu - Illusionary techniques such as trickery or deception beyond normal ability. Some kekkei genkai utilize this technique in there advanced forms.
1 The most commonly known is the mangekyou sharingan. Other masters of genjutsu include kurenai, and members of the Uchiha clan.
2 Basic genjutsu would be replacement jutsus.

+ Ninjutsu - Ninja techniques or ninja arts. This technique is difficult for me to describe because it is almost everything that is not genjutsu or taijutsu. Medical ninjutsu is a commonly known form of this.

• Chakra Techniques

+ Chakra Formation - This is where the user molds chakra into a specific shape to preform a task.
1 Examples of this include Rasengan (which frickin rocks ), Chakra scalpel, and a puppet-masters chakra strings.
2 This technique requires no hand signs other than those used to summon chakra and requires only experience so a sharingan would not be able to copy this method.

+ Chakra Distribution and Control - This technique is created through the release or suppression of chakra throughout the body.
1 Byakugan of the Hyuuga Clan is a kekkei genkai that masters this technique.
2 Examples of this would be climbing trees using chakra, walking on water or other surfaces.
3 This can also be used in an offensive manner such as Sakura's release of chakra during physical attacks or in opening the inner chakra gates to allow for exponential chakra circulation
4 Also they can be used defensively to repel genjutsu. There are two methods of this, the first is forcing your chakra into a comrades body to disrupt chakra flow or to stop your own chakra flow to your brain which is how Naruto broke Itachi's genjutsu in the early shippuuden episodes.

+ Elemental Chakra Manipulation - This is where a fighter summons there own elemental chakra and transforms it into ninjutsu.
1 Examples of this include Chidori, Asuma's Wind Knives, Grand Fireball and other extremely powerful chakra techniques.
2 Powerful jounin can generally use two elements and the strongest can combine those elements together to form what appears to be new elements.
3 Examples include Wood (water and earth) and Ice (water and wind).

+ Elemental Chakra Formation - This is the pinnacle of ninja techniques. It combines the strength and destructive nature of elemental chakra and the concentration and accuracy of chakra formation.
1 The only confirmed example of this is the half complete fuuton rasenshuriken that naruto developed and used against kakuzu.
2 It is also suspected that Sasuke's new chidori that takes the form of a pure sword of chakra can be considered elemental chakra manipulation.

• Sub Categories

+ Bijuu - These are the tailed beasts of japanese legends
1 Shukaku, Kyuubi, Nibi, Sanbi, and 5 others.

+ Speed Techniques - these techniques increase the speed of the user.
1 Examples in Naruto include Minato Namikaze's teleportation technique and Haku's kekkei genkai crystal ice mirrors.

+ Medical Techniques - These are a form of ninjutsu that use chakra to heal injuries.
1 These techniques require extreme chakra control.

+ Summoning Technique - A ninja ability that allows them to form a contract with creatures from another dimension and bring them to our dimension to fight on there behalf.
1 There are many various examples of this.

+ Kekkei Genkai (Blood-Line/Limit Trait)
1 Dojutsu (Eye Technique)
2 Sharingan - Copy cat technique and extreme genjutsu.
3 Byakugan - Extreme observational advantage and the ability to see chakra flow.
4 Kimimaro - Bone manipulation
5 Haku (Crystal Ice Mirrors) - Extreme wind and water manipulation to preform high speed attacks.

+ Ninja tools - These are the objects ninjas carry to assist them in missions.
1 These include food pills, plasma pills, summoning scrolls and other non weapon objects.

+ Weaponry - Anything a ninja carries to kill you with... (this is one of the one ill be writing latter as well as some clan jutsu sections and a few more things about ranks and things of that sort)

Each warrior has there own animal, If you have your own animal, but your on the turtle side, that means you have your share of controlling turtles as well.
The battlefield is a gracefull field of grass with many hills and cliffs and dirt paths surrounding it, ponds (with no animals in them, and a forest surrounding the area on all sides, and then behind the forests on all sides were tall metal poles with flags, each flag had a different animal on it.

Once you choose an animal, you can control an army of that animal, each animal leader can have there own base.
For example, my animal is the wolf, and Wolf base Is Underground.
Anyone on proturtle has a share of controlling turtles and there own animal, same goes for anti-turtle who have control over foxes and there own animal.

Village: The Village Hidden In The Rain.

Clan: Descendant From The "GodChildren"(will be explained in other)

Kekkai Genkai: Lightning Eye. (hardly ever used, and when in use, its attacks can only be used 1-3 times based on how much energy ryoku has at that moment, but basically by the name, Ryoku is able to use at least 3 lightning strike attacks, so like using a lightning strike from high above, or shooting lightning from his finger, the percent of missing is about 72%, and is only used in emergencys, also usually a storm must be brewing. (Trying to make it as fair as possible, because these lightning strikes also arent the type that kill people, only damage them, sometimes greatly, if they hit.)

Primary Weapon: A Keyblade is strapped to his back, the entire thing is dark orange with blue flame engravings over it, the key is three sharp spikes that can open up and shoot out metal spikes(he can switch them to posion spikes) and it also shoots out a small chain.(not for attacking) The handle is sqaure in a lightning bolt shape, and it can activate a sheild that will be destroyed after three attacks, it can not be summmoned again until the next day, and the keychain is a white ball, that is said activate his "Godchild Powers". (ryan and brian, would this be aloud? or does everything have to be from naruto? but anyway you should know the keyblade im talking about.)

Other Weapons: A white katana he keeps sheafed that is attached to his side, not much is known about it. Standard ninja gear and two scrolls.

Jutsu: Just normal earth and water jutsu, no special techniques to be named at the minute, besides the lightning eye.

Strengths: Earth Jutsu

Weaknesses: Water Jutsu

Likes: Watching Clouds, Taking Naps, Training, eating ramen, and painting.

Dislikes: C-D Rank missions, playing with academy students, company. (unless its a good friend)

Appearence: 6.2 Feet with orange hair, wears a white T-Shirt with a Blue Chuunin Vest Over It, and on colder days He wears His Silver Jacket Over it, Normal Chuunin Style Blue Pants, and sandals, also wears glasses, that turn black in the sun, but inside they turn normal, showing his eyes which are narrow.

Personality: Alert, Easy Going And Most Of The Time Has Zero Expression on his face, but even so he will do anything to protect his friends.

History: Ryoku Was Born From A Race Titled the "GodChildren" Godchildren were a special race that were Human, they had all the senses and strengths of a human, only Times 10, However(to make it more fair) Ryoku Was a Descendant From the godchildren, which means His senses and Strengths are only about 3-5 times better, meaning super strength. (he can carry a large boulder, but if it came to something like a house or a VERY large boulder, Nuh-Uh.) Super Speed.(normal ninjas speed), and so basically he had the same traits as a normal ninja, give or take. His parents, who were FULL godchildren Died, however his uncle who is a full godchild lives far out in the desert close to the village hidden in the sand.

Other: Has One Special Summon, and the keychain on his keyblade activates the "Godchild Powers" which are sort of like a demon, but there only used on EXCACT EMERGENCYS, on the verge of death, maybe even more than that, the godchild powers turn him into a FULL godchild, meaning his senses and strengths are enhanced from X5 to X10.

Kinton seichuu allows the user to connect with the atoms inside iron, metal, or steel. Allowing him to control them at his will, an example would be controlling kunai to lift off the ground and shoot at an oppenent.

Primary Weapon: A straight with no curves white sword attached to his side.

Other Weapons: Many kunai and shuriken, 2 giant and 1 demon wind shuriken attached to his back, smoke, posion, and regular bombs attached to a belt that wraps around him two times for more room for the bombs, pouches are located across his pant legs containing various types of weapons, has two scrolls attached to his shoulders above the giant shuriken, and along with the belt there is a string of chains wrapping around his waist, and two small bottles of antidote attached to his other side.

Jutsu: Chain Cage, user controls chains to burrow into the ground and come up around the enemy forming a cage, if wanted the user can use his elemental jutsu to make the cage stronger, for example if he uses fire the cage can become flaming so that when touched it would burn, the cage can close in on the opponent.

Strengths: Fire Jutsu, Any Type Of Weponry.

Weaknesses: When no antidoe, posion. And Earth Jutsu.

Likes: Explosions, fire, weapons, blood, sake.

Dislikes: Friendship, Weaklings.

Personality: Hates anything and everything, or at least thats how he acts.

History: He was born in the hidden rain village in a clan that was about peace and justice, but when he was born they knew something was wrong, Shizu despised the acts of kindness and loved to play with weapons and explosions, in a freak accident he killed his entire clan by using his new found kekkai genkai, he claims that something had him under control, but even if something did he didnt care, with his bothersome clan out of the way he could start his own, wnd with his new found kekkai genkai he traveled the land in search of strong fighters, each one he's encountered was left in pieces.

It was much more fun before the second characters and such.
It should just be killing turtles/various anti-turtle things and fighting each other, like it used to be. In the time that I've been gone you've somehow(and by you I mean Cam) skipped ahead hundreds of years.

The only way that does anything is if you're allergic to them.
I liked it better when you could join one side or the other, and then pick out of a few animals to control, Foxes, Wolves, Ferrets, and I think there was another.

Nah, too much strain on the eyes reading multiple posts in neon colors on a bright screen.

Foxes are like big ass ferrets right?In appearance, I would say pretty much. And they can use Fox Fire (blue-green magic fire), dig underground, and are good at hiding/disappearing. That's why I kept using them.

anyways for the sake of getting everyone to stop complaining I'll reveal who the girl is-- shes my turtle alright? Tobaymi... she's inhanced with the green chakra from my left eye... which is no longer a sharingan but sort of a "kame'engan" made form when after Brian stole my eye, when he used orihime to heal back another one, her spiritual power mixed with mine to create the new sharingan. It works like a normal sharinan, but slightly less effective... but it also works like a funnel for my chakra, with it I can unleash vast amounts of three tailed turtle biju (which if you remember I have sealed inside me) at a time without letting the biju take over my body... anyways, the girl (or tobaymi) is using the power from my eye (three tailed biju chakra) to transform her appearance. She also uses the chakra as a weapon (her armblades and the reflective thingy).

So if you're still reading, before you go off on me and complain about how much I've developed my character (or characters) Let me just remind you who this game was made for in the first place, and how little support I have from other people... I think it's fair for me to be a little bit more powerful than others... and to be fair Im not even more powerfull than others.... 1) If I recall, most of your followers don't "follow" because they complained that you're never online to help. As lame of an excuse that is, that's what they say. I've fought against several Pro-Turtle members alone a few times back on the old thread, so I don't see why you guys quit so easily.

I say, instead of trying to make yourself powerful and whatnot, make your side more interesting. Keep Tobaymi as a turtle like Alex was, but more fight-involved. It was much more interesting. It was your crazy turtles that got tons of people joining your side back then.

2) And we'll all try to keep each other from being unfair. As you can see, Trav got rid of his red Sonic-like hedgehog because it was invincible. Just like old times, someone's gotta call it when something's unfair.

He lifts his hand into the air, and then points it at turtle air sqauds.
Then he speaks something through his walkie-talkie.
Suddenly A Large Jet-Packed Wolf Switfly Flys at him, and he jumps into the air, lands on it, then flys up over the battle field.

"BIZZ BUZZ BUZZZ" Is heard through his walkie-talkie, then A wolfs voice is heard: "Sir! Were Having Some trouble with the new air-weapons, we trust you to hold back the air sqauds until were finished!"

"Right." He says back.

Travis slips his walkie-talkie away, and unsheaths his Makitana.

A fox scurries to the tree where Suzaku is. "Taishou! A new threat has emerged on the field. Well, not really new but...relatively she is!"

Suzaku releases the seal and looks down upon the fox. "Don't you think I already know? I mean, it's under 50m from here."

"Oh, my apologies. But since I must return to whence I came, is there any word that you wish that I spread to my comrades?"

The general looks to the sky. "The sign shall be Seiryuu. That's when you will know. However, it may be the sign of Byakko."

The foxes eyes opened wide. "Hai! Hai, Taishou! I shall spread this word!" The fox dashes off and vanishes into nothingness, a well-known trick of a fox.

"Byakko? Seriously?" asks a Gray Fox member as he jumps to the branch next to her. "You really don't think it would call for such measures, do you?"

"We shall see, shouldn't we? Pro-turtle may realign to its former power once again." Suzaku performs a variety of hand seals, then returns to the stance she had held before she was disturbed. "We shall definitely see."

He Does circles around turtles, dodging there bullets and countering with the gamitashi, until his walkie talkie acts up.

"BUZZ!" "Sir! Clear the Skys! The New Weapons Are Done And the Sqauds Are Ready To Take Off!"

"Good, Oh, and make sure that Ginta Toramizu Gets his thanks, send him a present."

"Right Away Sir, What should i send him?"

"Go To The closet Book place and by him MAR Volumes 1-15, I bet he will like reading through the old memories."

He slips his walkie-talkie away, and the wolf dissapears, he nose-dives through the air, flips, and lands safetly in a tree.
