What is it about Bleach that kept you reading?

the fighting and the plot

The swords. I love how the anime started all about the swords at first. That led me to just keep watching and Im glad I did.

The violence, of course. And naturally, the well written and original storyline.

I really don't know. I knew it was popular, so I began watching to see why it was popular. I kept watching because my friend and I were in a competition to see who could watch 100 episodes first and I'm still watching because it's just entertaining. To be honest, I'm not the kind of person who likes a ton of plot twists in order to keep a story interesting (sept in Weiss Kreuz, cuz they make it funny in a 'this isn't suppose to be funny' way). I'd rather watch something I can understand.

For me it's the characters and how they develpop. The Story, the Action,

What drew me in was the early story. Ichigo's start as a Shinigami, fighting Hollows, learning more about his power, etc. It only got better with the arrival of Byakuya and Renji. The mystery of the Gotei 13 was truly intriguing, especially their Captains. I really loved how a Captain could cause drastic changes to the environment and make the people around them ill just by releasing their power.

After the SS arc Kubo jumped into the HM arc. I started to really dislike Bleach at this point. It was merely a copy/paste of the SS arc, just on the opposite side. Orihime took the place of Rukia, Hueco Mundo took the place of Soul Society, the Espada took the place of the Captains, etc.

The prologue arc that just ended really got me back into the series though and the chapters for the upcoming months look to be really exciting.

ha what got me into bleach was the action and storyline the characters mainly female haha and just like the one chapter is like 20 or 19 pages long.

It just keeps being better and better~ I'd always read the manga instead of the Anime. NOT that I hate/don't like the anime, it's acually pretty cool. But it has fillers so I'd just rather get on with the program and read the manga.;)

Because bleach is good and it is my first manga/anime i like . so i can't stop reading the manga , i always want to kno whats going to happen next .

but the anime now is really bad with all those worthless fillers . so i stopped watching the anime . I will continue watching it after the filler ends .
