I think this would be a really crazy fight. Kakashi knows a ton of jutsu. However Hiashi Hyuga is the head of the main branch family and knows all of the hidden Hyuga jutsu (whatever else they know). He is Neji's uncle for those that do not know (He is the one that mopped the floor with all bunch of the hidden sound ninja with one big Gigantic Hakkeshou Kaiten.

Well I will say again. Neji said it also himself. He was careless. His gaurd was down and his Byakugan was deactivated. That gave Naruto the chance to make a surprise attack. Otherwise Naruto would have lost. Hell, if Naruto wouldn't have farted in Kiba's face then Kiba would have won. That was a fluke of a battle and the only reason Naruto won those is because he is the star of the show. Please tell me you can see past those flukes.

Hiashi will not be that careless against a Jounin and former ANBU Leader. Please give Hiashi more credit than that. Hell, he killed the leader of the Hidden Cloud Village in one hit. That dude is dangerous.

I agree with you as well. Kakashi is nothing to sneeze or scoff at. But when have you really seen Kakashi excel against a Ninja of great calibur besides the 1st Naruto Movie and the Land of Waves arc BY HIMSELF? He fought those nameless ninja at the Konoha Invasion but bleh.

You seen Hiashi kill the leader of the cloud village in one strike and they had to be feirce ninja because they were celebrating the truce. Also in the Invasion of Konoha Hiashi took on many ninja at the same time. You see how big that kaiten was? It was ginormous!

I would also venture to say that Hiashi can see Tenketsu as well as Neji. To kill in one strike he can either see Tenketsu or his Jyuuken Fist is out of freakin control (Or both).

That is cool. I don't want to email him though. I like to gather facts that I have access to and base them all on what I have seen and I am up to date with the manga. Based on everything I have read and seen I do not agree with everyone saying Kakashi would win because no one said how he would win. People keep saying the Mangekyo but how would he get to that point? Lastly it was said that Kakashi could disable Hiashi to use the Mangekyo. I ask again, how? It hasn't been said or shown that Kakashi knows about the blind spot so how would he do it.

Also please realize that there are HIDDEN Hyuuga main branch jutsu's that we have not even seen. I will agree to disagree but until people tell me some facts on how Hiashi would loose I remain unmoved. It has to be more than what was mentioned in this thread.

- We alrdy know a lot about what Kakashi can do, and he's gone toe-to-toe with some of the best, so give him credit where credit's due.
- However, the only things we really know about Hyuuga Hiashi is that he has Byakugan, is the leader of the Hyuuga clan, and has a lot of their secrets. We also know he's really strong

Kakashi can forsee what his opponent will do before they even make their move. He would read all their movements. That's why Naruto couldn't stop any of Neji's Plan Strikes in the Chuunin Exam. If it were Sasuke, he would have forseen Neji's attacks, and used chakra based attacks(jutsus), or even taijutsu against him aswell. (Note that he used Lee's taijutsu in the tournament). Anyway, Kakashi could think about how to combat the taijutsu that Hisashi would plan to use before Hisashi even attacks. On top of that, Kakashi can mimic his opponents, so he could use the Palm Strike more effectively than Hisashi could.

Kakashi could simply keep his distance and use the Mangekyo Sharingan from far away since Hiashi has no long range moves (at least not as long a range as the Mangekyo Sharingan) Kakashi would win.

Let's just get 1 thing out of the way here. I don't care who u r, nobody beats a Hyuuga in the Taijutsu department, One hit, even 1 graze from the Hyuuga Taijutsu style can cut off chakra supply, it's way 2 dangerous to take on a Hyuuga in Taijutsu, because they have such incredible defence and offence in that department.

With Ninjutsu, You have the copy ninja Kakashi, who has a ton of Ninjutsu gathered from his fights, and Hiashi, who knows some very rare and powerful bloodline techniques from the Hyuuga clan, which is the Hidden Leaf's most powerful clan. Hiashi probably has a few techniques we havn't even seen. It's not like the Kaiten and the 64 palms stuff is all the Hyuuga would have. And once again, the Hyuuga have that incredible defence, plus the Byakugan that can see chakra and see everywhere except that one blind spot.

Kakashi does have Sharingan, and even though I'm a believer of Sharingan being better than Byakugan, Kakashi only has one sharingan eye, it drains him out fast, as we've seen SO many times. The fact that Hiashi has such a solid defence, it would take a long time for Kakashi to crack it, and with all that time, he get's drained. Then there's his Mangyekou (4get how to spell and pronounce it) Sharingan. While if he pulls it off, he most likely wins, it takes time 2 charge, time, that I'm assuming, Hiashi wouldn't give him to charge it up, and then it goes back to the fact that Sharingan drains him out.

In this fight, time becomes of the essence, and if Kakashi can't beat Hiashi quickly, he get's to tired and basically can't move (as we've seen SO many times). And since Hiashi has such a solid defence, all Hiashi would pretty much have 2 do is play the waiting game.



This is kind of off topic, but with my reasoning here, one might question y in another thread I chose Sasuke over Neji. Well:

- I believe Sasuke is stronger than Kakashi, and unlike Kakashi, the Sharingan doesn't drain him so fast.
- Even though Kakashi is the copy ninja, Sasuke also has more ninjutsu, considering he was trained by Orochimaru, who knows SO many jutsu.
- Sasuke can use the Sharingan better and longer.
- Hiashi is stronger than Neji, and knows more jutsus native to his clan than Neji does.

Hiashi has a ROCK SOLID DEFENCE, and it's not as though he can only fight close range. Fights aren't all about offence. I'm sure u've heard the saying "Defence wins championships." Kakashi is good, but I still havn't seen a rock solid defence like Hiashi has.

Hi new here first post. I would choose Kakashi. First off, Kakashi isn't going to turn this into a close range battle. Only an idiot, Naruto for example, would choose to fight a Hyuuga at close range (with the exception of Lee who doesn't have a choice because he can only fight hand to hand). Kakashi is going to turn this into a long range battle. Clearly with the many techniques Kakashi has collected he's going to have a few strong long range attacks. Can Hiashi fight at long range? Probably, but it really depends on whether he can fight a long range battle at the level of Kakashi. The weakness of Sharingan is taijutsu but the weakness of byakugan is long range attacks. Kakashi is a strong ninja without his sharingan, but what is Hiashi without his Byakugan? If Kakashi fights long range then I believe the advantage goes to Kakashi.

Secondly, I don't think Hiashi finishing off his opponents quickly is an argument for him being stronger. Guys like Kakashi and Shikamaru are more patient and calculating and so their battles take longer, but they do this to ensure a victory. A victory is a victory no longer how long it takes.

ok i say kakashi while hiashi is awesome and is probably actually stronger all kakashi would have to do is stay long range and continuosly sling ninjutsu at him and to defend a lot of them he would have to use his ROCK SOLID DEFENSE (dont remeber who said that but thats a wierd way to put it) and do rotation which after a while would take its tol and he would run out of chakra and would no longer be able to use gentle fist because to do that you need to use chakra and without the chakra he couldnt really do anything but either fall down of exhastion or get beaten to a pulp



if you think that hiashi would just dodge all the ninjutsus remember how fast kakashi could maker hand signs he could just send them really fast till hiashi is forced to use it once and then have them come in a nonstop rain so if hiashi ever quit his rotation he'd be hit

and also MS does not need to be charged the only technique kakashi has with his sharingan that needs to be powered up is the portal to another dimension and he would just put hiashi in a real powerful genjutsu like itachi did to kakashi when guy sensai saved him and asuma from itachi's genjutsu

Hiashi can kick almost anyone's butt. He's Neji's uncle. And Neji is awesome. Kakashi is great, to be sure, and I probably like Kakashi more than Hiashi, but Hiashi's the leader of the freaking Hyuga Main Branch. It would be a long, close battle, but Hiashi would win in the end.

ok i say kakashi while hiashi is awesome and is probably actually stronger all kakashi would have to do is stay long range and continuosly sling ninjutsu at him and to defend a lot of them he would have to use his ROCK SOLID DEFENSE (dont remeber who said that but thats a wierd way to put it) and do rotation which after a while would take its tol and he would run out of chakra and would no longer be able to use gentle fist because to do that you need to use chakra and without the chakra he couldnt really do anything but either fall down of exhastion or get beaten to a pulp



if you think that hiashi would just dodge all the ninjutsus remember how fast kakashi could maker hand signs he could just send them really fast till hiashi is forced to use it once and then have them come in a nonstop rain so if hiashi ever quit his rotation he'd be hit

kakashi hand down this is not a good fight at all more like a beat down give by kakashi one hiashi best defense is rotation which take a large amount of chakra also makes huyuga tired kakashi large range of ninjutsu can crush hiashi and though he may tired not used rotation alot kakashi could easily force him to then sharingun and genjutsu now byacugun may see through regular genjutsu but not genjutsu focus on the brain which is what sharingun does directly attack the brain then you must add the fact kakashi can use shadow clones their so many factor kakashi would win hand down plus if a sound four ninja whose is not poor trade as a genuis figure out the huyuga bind spot kakashi would figure it out in no time not to mention that its has be stated that kakashi is the strong jouin in the village what is hiashi a jouin plz pick a stronger person for kakashi to fight
