no because kazuku could detach his limbs and shoot them at enemies even far away and with a lot of strength we know this because he once did this and shot his arm through the ground and up in another area so with a little good aim if deidara gets too close he could snatch him off his bird and destroy him

yeah but he would have to get close enough to get a bomb on him because he is really fast if you read the manga you know he moved so fast even Asuma couldn't see him so anything thrown from that far away is an easy dodge then your open

Kakuzu. He can use all five elements. He also had a pretty strong lightning attack. He could simply diffuse Deidara's bombs. Also there is the thing that he can quickly alternate between long range and short range and hurl a string of powerful elemental combination attacks on his opponent.
