as strong as tsunade is, kisame has some really amazing jutsu and his sword is also amazing because it takes chakra away.

Yeah, Tsunade was only picked to be Hokage because Jiariya said no, and she's the only other Sannin that still remains in teh hidden leaf. They could have picked Kakashi, but he didn't want to [I think]. And she only looks strong because she's, well, strong [Muscle]. She dosn't have a heck of alot jutsu and the best she has is Kuchiyose Jutsu. Kisame has amazing jutsu and is just as powerful, if he was a leaf ninja, and not an Akatsuki, he could have been hokage, definatly!

Well, Kisame has his samehada, of course, and it only could be used by him. However, Tsunade does seem to have a lot of chakra (not as much as Kisame though) and with a bit of taunting and false moves, she may strike a good punch on his cheek. Then the real battle commences, when Kisame is more focused on attacking.

I'm not sure who would win really, but I'll say Kisame, though the battle will definitely be not easy.

don't underestimate kisame he won't just let her summon something anyway if she summoned that slug he would just flood the area and the slug would sink. And we have not seen all of kisame's great jutsu yet he can suprise you with a jutsu we never heard of and with all of the chakra he has he can do so many jutsu in just one battle!

Samehada's not a vampire, it doesn't suck out chakra. It just eats chakra that's exposed like Naruto's Kyuubi chakra was.

Kisame definitely won't win a fist fight with Tsunade but he has ranged jutsu and a surplus of chakra to use.

But i don't who would win they're both fairly unimpressive in my opinion. In all likely hood Kisame would win because he has ranged advantage.

Kisame would win cause all Tsunade has is her summoning, Strength and Saisei tech. Kisame could make a feild of water then Tsunade's strength would be useless unless she hit him directly. But Kisame would not get lose to Tsunade and she can't heal herself cause she would not have the time. And with Kisame's other strong Jutsus, Tsunade would die.

Kisame would definitely win this battle cuz whatever the environment is he can change it with his flood jutsu to his advantage. With water around he has more jutsus to use which makes it harder for Tsunade to get to him. Also, he has a larger chakra supply which gives him the upper hand as well.
