I doubt it.. Seeing as the First has beaten Madara once, he can do it again, especially since Madara is weaker than he use to be..\
The Third and Fourth could take out most of the old Akatsuki, while getting support from the Kazekages, the 2nd could help take out some of the new Akat, with the help of Tsunade. Then once the Fouth and Third are done, they could all gang up on the rest of them.

yeah but the akatsuki would only outnumber them by like 5 and the kages or shadow are the strongest ppl in the village
