Obv Lee beacuse he only uses tai.. And he is way more advance in it than them.Kurenai's a jounin who uses only genjutsu. She isn't the best genjutsu user in Konoha. That doesn't mean anything. I'd say Kakashi without the gates, then Lee with the gates. But we haven't seen Kakashi with gates, we've only seen him open one gate when he was mountain-climbing with one hand. Is that as far as he can go?

hard to say. sasuke and kakshi have MS so they can track his movements. But I say lee in pure taijutsu.
