Aww.. this is kinda tough. I need to collect my thoughts.
But it all matters that how good Kakashi is at dodging. Which I think he's really good it, coz he is fast and the has the sharingan and definitely has much better than average taijutsu.
And he also has extensive ninjutsu. I mean if he uses a Suiryuudan on her, Tsunade will get washed.
But I guess Tsunade will win with the slug. But I still need to think a little.
And then there's the blackhole issue MN just stated.

Ya its tricky. If tsunade did land a hit, then it would definetly be hers but shes not overly fast so kakashi can avoid it with sharingan.
