Madara and Itachi vs Sarutobi

Im just making this becasue Majin and I are having a friendly debate.

I say Madara and itahci take this hands down.

Yes I have to agree that Madara and Itachi would win this. I mean I would agree that Sarutobi would be able to take one with him depending on if Sarutobi is in his prime or not. And maybe if he isnt.

It depends if Sarutobi is in his prime and how strong his prime was.
Without knowing that information it's impossible to completely call this match.
We know Sarutobi is stronger than both of them individually, the only question is how much, and what jutsu does he have available to him that are no longer in existence?
Another factor is, if you are referring to Madara as the character or as Tobi, because if it's Tobi then Sarutobi takes this.

Same is with Madara, for whom we only know he had PMS, but it's powers are unknown to us.

Agreed. I think there are too many unknowns in the fight (ie Sarutobis stregnth in prime and the EMS/Madaras true power.

I don't believe Itachi could defeat Sarutobi (Old) alone . Orochimaru did, and it cost him the use of his arms. Besides, Itachi stated that it would take him and Kisame both to defeat Jiraiya, and one of them would have to sacrifice themselves to defeat him. And I'm sure Orochimaru's powers are equal to or even about Jiraiya's power. But once you add Madara into the picture, even though we don't know the full extent of his powers. I think the two of them could defeat the Sarutobi (Old), of course.

it seems to me that Itachi aka PimpMan would win regardless based on his power which we have seen. he made Orochi look like a b*#@h and we know he wasn't exactly what you'd call a pushover.

i'm betting that without the death god jutsu he would be defeated either way. and maybe i'm the only one thinking Jiraiya was far beyond Orochi?

remember kiski said that minato and sarutobi were equally the strongest hokage so look at this as minato without time/space jutsu but with rasengan which sarutobi can almost definetly do (because jir naruto kakashi can all do it)

Actually the interview was proven to be fake.

So there's really no way to gauge Sarutobi's abilities, aside from his final battle.

He was never pathetic. Its just Jiraiya isnt pathetic either. Im not saying they arent close but Jiraiya definetly beats out Orochimaru because of Hermit Mode. And especially with these new chapters about Naruto trying to gain the sage techs. these new chapters should explain just how much more powerful it truely makes a person. Because the only time we got to see Jiraiya use it was against an unstoppable person. So people take it for granted that Jiraiya isnt all that strong. But infact the HM puts Jiraiya above most people in the whole entire series.

ya I was just saying that it sucks that Oro went from the main villan, where Kishi built him up to be so strong against the third, to being defeated 2 times by itachi in a total battle time of about 7.5 seconds

I honestly believe in his prime or not... Madara would be able to take out Sarutobi. Since Madara was the founder of the Uchiha Clan, and being the most powerful user of the Sharigan without a doubt. being able to use all of the eye techniques without any problems at all.. Even the Hokage couldn't stand up againts him. Itach wouldn't be needed at all, he would get in the way.

Madara is also the leader of the Akatsuki, and that would show his power even more.
