4th Hokage. Since he was able to stop the 9 tailed once, he could do it again.

But there is a difference, He can't kill Kyuubi Naruto. Minato Namikaze (4th hokage) Is the father of Naruto so it would be impossible for him to kill his own flesh and blood. And the fourth defeated it outside of a Jinchuuriki (i can't spell that)

I already know that, but its not impossible to kill his son, plus this is a fantasy battle, so they have to fight. Also the Kyuubi is 3x stronger then the Fourth tailed... so even if naruto went to 4th Tailed, Minato could kill with with his Body Flicker, along with Rasengan.

He was able to stop him... Yeah... but at the cost of his life. I say, that A 9-Tailed Naruto could kill The 4th Hokage... unless he used the sealing jutsu again. I think a 9-tailed Naruto would be unstoppable... The 4th might last for a few but he wouldn't be able to kill a 9-tailed Naruto... without the sealing jutsu. 9-Tailed Naruto for sure.

Ya, it would depend on how far Mianto went. Becasue we dont know if the sacraficeing jutsu was a last resort or now we cant say if the 9 tails was winning or loosing at that point in time.
