Jiraiya/Tsunade/Orouchimaru vs. Pein

The sanins. Jiriya alone could have beat pein had he have known his secret so extra firepower would have made the fight even easier.

Sannins destroy Pein, he nearly lost to ONE of them and admitted Jiraiya would've won with his secret.

Clearly, Pein takes this.
They can only win with the secret.
Jiriaya is the strongest of the Sannin as he was decimated by Pein.
As long as the 7th is alive the other 6 cannot die.
So even if they do figure out the secret and kill all 6, the 7th will simply revive them and then they'll repeat the process until they all are eventually killed off.

Does the fact that Jiraya would supposedly win if he knew Pain's secret make him technically stronger than Pain?

Without the secret he's clearly weaker than him.

If we assume they have the secret then its all over, infact Jiriya couldl take him by himslef. Without the secret, noone can beat pein. SO its not really fair. WE have to assume he has teh secret or it s NO CONTESST.

And I have to agree with Majin for once becasue we have to assume Oro is in the fight becasue it is in the title. We are putting Jiriya in it and he is dead to. We also put itahci and Mianto in fights and we dont say they loose becasue they are dead.

No we don't. Jiraiya didn't know the secret when he was alive. So he wouldn't know it now. Without the secret Pein wins. Noone knows the secret so Pein would just destroy them all.

Jiriaya and Orochimaru aren't brought back from the dead, they are as they were jutsu and strength wise before they died.

There doesn't necessarily have to be the 7th body.
Translators said that the message could mean both "The real one is not with them" and "There is no real one".
Idk, I don't have an opinion yet.
If Hanzou could beat the sennin I guess Pein can too =/

yes we all agree with the secret they win without it they lose



but i think they actually might win without the secret one way because remember jir gave his life for the info but held out for a long time with the other 2 they may have a chance to get the secret and run then come back and kill him later or just kill him after they get the secret but i dont see them winning any other way

I was just going to say that. However I also thought of something else. Jiriya figured out the secret befoer he died only he couldnt tell anyone by speaking. If tsunade and Oro were there, he wouldnt have been so damaged at the point he firgured it oue and all three would have been able to go after the real pein with his secret :)

Well we haven't seen Pein full power. Plus we still need to see what the other 3 bodys do. So unless they have the secret to pein, they lose i guess.
