Most likely yes. Itachis MS abilites are a pain in the ass and could catch him bby sirprise. But head to head no tricks or surprises, Minato has it. However, Itachi could sneak in a tsukiyomi or a sasuno blade could catch him.

It woul most likely be Minatos but it would be one of those things where out of every 10 fights itachi could take 2 or 3 IMO

Agreed In a straight up fight the the odds are in favor of Minato.
