Naruto as Obito was absolutely useless as a fighter.

obito, just cuz he looks weak compared to kakashi,who's prodigy, doesn't mean he was weak. he is an uchiha after all. and he unlocked his sharingan at a pretty good age, and he new fireball jutsu,(which is hard to learn. being able to use it makes you an adult in the clan.) plus we all know what happens when a uchiha fight some one with kyuubi chakra.

Naruto is supposed to be the New obito, just as sasuke is supposed to be the new kakashi and sakura was supposed to be the new rin, old team 7, to new team-7, but the old team 7 was stronger then the new team 7, this is only for dubbed though.
If it WAS dubbed, obito.
But seeing as how it is the manga where naruto has gotten stronger, I would say either naruto, or a tie.
Obito hadnt prefected his sharingan during that time, and was about only a little stronger then the naruto in dubbed, if this is the same obito vs the manga naruto, naruto takes it hands down, or like i said: a tie.
