how do you know, this is supposed to be the battle of naruto, and one of pein's six bodys could easily kill just about everyone!

there is only 1 hokage and the sanin are dead aside from tsunade but she is more so considered hokage! so i say that there are not many people to even stand a chance, much less beat him!

Depends if they know his secret. If yes, then One EXTREMELY strong person can beat him if not. They will not kill him, but they could capture his bodies before he can revive them then he woudl be reduced to nothing.

Its gonna be interesting to see how strong Pein is once people know his secret...
^^ He's still more than likely going to be really strong still. I mean the man who was able to beat Jiraiya is still going to have some more tricks up his sleave.

Konoha, probably. They are the strongest ninja village in the Naruto Universe, so, Pein isn't as strong as the whole village, so i say Konoha.

Like I have said many timse before. NOONE CAN BEAT PEIN WITHOUT THE SECRET SO WE MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE ALL THE THREADS WITH HIM IN IT. On the contrary, if someone near Jiriyas level knew his secret, they would win. Theres no point in debating this anymore.

Pein had three of his bodes killed and one was taken from him.
Thats not with ease, in fact thats a pretty close call especially if I Pein's secret is what I think it is. Yes I'm arguing Pein winning by an inch or a mile, get over my obvious anal retentiveness.
^^ I know what you mean. And yes I have to agree that it wasnt with ease. Pein fought all out with his first 3 bodies and Jiraiya actually beat them. But he didnt expect 3 others showing up along with the original 3 to come back.

Not technically one person, but six.
Anyway I think Konoha would win. I mean come on, a whole village against six people? They would be heavily outnumbered. And if they knew Pein's secret (even though they don't at the moment), that makes it all the easier. I'm not saying Pein isn't incredible, but let's face it. It's a whole village we're talking about.
But knowing Pein he might have a few tricks up his sleeve.

I never said he was not going to die. He will because Konoha will find out his true secret. BTW I dont actaully want him to live.

there was only really one that was injured and plus EACH of his body's has a technique that can bring the dead back to life, so if one dies then another body comes along and revives that body.
this is a power that the Rinnegan allows.

The only person who can know it all is Kishimoto. And no we cant say that is the power of the Rin'negan because we dont know if that is true or not. It can be one body that brings back the rest of the others for all we know.

Vane is right, pein is a mystery, we don't know what is going on, jiraya killed and took one body but killed the other two in that frog genjutsu and it seems they never died.
We don't know nothing about the Rin'negan nor how Yahiko got Nagato's eyes.

TRhat thread is pure speculation. Rokudō Sennin was only mentioned once when jiraya said he has the Rin'negan and people thought it to be myth.
Kishi bases things of Myth and legend but does not keep to it as Sussano is a god in legend not a jutsu made by the Sharingan of Itachi.

This thread has done notheing but say some facts and some babble that you more than likely got from wiki which isnt counted as fact. The only proof comes from the Manga and if you cant provide manga chapters to your theories then dont spread them around as facts. Because most of what you have said thus far is only assumptions and cant be proven in the manga. If it can then prove it or drop it.
Well if it is so crucial of proof maybe it is something that is worth scanning and posting so that your evidence (or so you call it) doesnt just get completely trashed.

You should stop.Your saying that theres proof but it cant be proved over the internet.Then why dont you tell us how you know it.We dont need a link nessacarily(We do to know 100% that your telling the truth but thats not the point)So just tell us how you know.Its not like its an almighty secret.Even if it is its your choose whether to tell us or not but if you dont theres know way we can beleive you so please drop it......No offense but........You keep saying that its true but you arent showing us.
Also I skimmed through that thread.And to me it seems all based on Jappenese Mythology.Wich isnt exactly Naruto.Kishimoto had mythology as a bases for somethings in the manga.Such as the bijuu.But just because the story is based on it doesnt mean everything is all going to be the same.For Example with the bijuu the 3 tails is supposed to be a Shark in the Myth but in the Manga its a Turtle.So not all that is nessacarilyy true.

This is difficult. Konoha hasn't deciphered the code, to my knowledge, so they haven't figured out Pein's weakness. Now he has Konan as one of his bodies so he is pretty much invincible. I say Pein.

Please read the manga a little better. Konan was not turned into another Pein. I made a thread that proved that wrong the week it came out. Also there was another chapter just after that, that showed Konan standing there with her black hair and leaf in her hair and actually as Konan but not a Pein standing next to all the other 6 Peins. So I dont think I need to say it again but Konan is not a Pein body.

Yep that is correts, and I assuming that new body will replace the summoner that Jiraiya killed.
Konoha will lose, unless they found out the secret to pein abilities.
