I've been thinking that maybe Kirin has a chance of hitting Tobi.

There we see that Madara's teleportation isn't an instant.
Since Kirin can hit him in like, less than half of second, maybe it could actually beat him.

But I'm more for the time/space jutsu having a flaw that hasn't been revealed.

Just stop calling him Tobi people. Tobi no longer exsists. There is Madara only.

Wrong, Tobi is Tobi.
You don't believe me, read the manga.
You wanna do what you normally do, show me a picture of Tobi being Madara.
I don't care if you call him Madara, but again, you don't make the rules, Kishimoto does.
We've yet to see him as Madara.
We know him as Tobi, therefore he is Tobi
