The Dominate Species

PLOT
The Earth has turned into chaos. The mighty species that dwelled under the crust are in a state of madness after the noble race of vampires,who led and governed the underworld,decided it was time for change. The higher clans of vampires wanted full control of the world,starting with the underworld. The leader of the vampires, Lucious,was assassinated soon after those decisions were made,with Lucious gone,the clans were free to attempt to take leadership. With the war of these clans,many other species took advantage. The savage werewolves took to the surface,destroying above ground safe havens. The Sorcerers recovered the ancient books of dark magic,using its teachings to destroy clans of all types. The multiple races of demons used their influence over the elements to send the worlds atmosphere out of balance,and storms of all kinds tore at the crust. The human race eventually learned of these occurences and took action,capturing specimins of each species in order to create weapons for defense. It was a full fledged war that threatened to destroy the planet.

SPECIES
VAMPIRES:
A noble race of bloodsuckers. unable to survive off their own blood they are forced to drink the blood of others. Their dealings with the sorcerers put a spell on all vampire kin,giving them each individual abilities,each one unique in its own way. They are born with supernaural senses,and inhuman strength and speed,they use their cunning minds to get what they want. The vampires gained their way to power after showing the extent of their power as a species.

WEREWOLVES:
The savage race of wolves was a story told by humans since the beginning of time. Their hulking sizes beyond that of all races besides the demons. From birth,they are able to transform to a human form and back,most prefering to be iin a human form. Their abilities differed by purity of blood,but a common abilty was sttrength beyond that of all races. They were contained and controlled after the rise of the vampires,waiting untill the day they could take power back.

SORCERERS:
Wiser than all in the way of the dark arts,the sorcerers kept to themselves,expanding their knowledge to gain power. They had no desire in ruling,but despised the vampires for taking control. The abilities of the sorcerers differed by the amount of books they read and how much of the dark arts one's body could take. Many were killed as a result of overuse of magic,to the points where the bodies couldnt take the power All the their greatest books of power lost forever by the law of the vampires,but were revived after the death of Lucious,the sorcerers now desire revenge on all species

DEMONS:
The oldest of all species,the demons take pride in their abilities,though a demons true form was that of charred skin and long horns,their human forms were said to be th most beautiful appearances ever. The demons have influences over the elements,they used this power to send the atmosphere out of balance after Lucious's death,fierce storms were created,and threaten to break through the crust. The demons hate all other species and belive they deserve to own the world since they were the first inhabitors.

HUMANS:
Ignorant to the knowledge of the underworld since the beginning of time,all records of anything remotely close to information on the underworld was destroyed by underworld special forces. The humans were abruptly exposed to them after the death of Lucios,when many of the underworlds species broke through the safe havens and started chaos on the crust. They took a defensive action and fought back against the other species,getting more expierienced over time. They have no special abilities unless granted by a sorcerer,but are equipped with advanced weapons created after research.

Suri started to sing to herself as she walked down the streets. "I know this pretty rave girl
always thinkin' 'bout her
and when she says hi to me
butterfly's go right through me
and when I see her dancin'

and maybe get to know her." She hummed the rest. Her headphones around her neck, the music could be heard if you were in range.

Taiken: not likely,but hurry up,im hungry
*enourmous black feathered wings sprout from back8
now try and beat me
*taking off at great speed,flying through the clouds and nearing the city*

Kohana: wait Taiken!
*flying off after Taiken, trying to catch up with little success*

[Yokoshima]

Suri sighed and changed the song. "Even better!" She waited for the que of the starting then sang. "Do you ever feel like breaking down? Do you ever feel out of place? Like somehow you just don't belong. And no one understands you. Do you ever wanna run away? Do you lock yourself in your room?
With the radio on turned up so loud That no one hears you screaming
No you don't know what it's like. When nothing feels all right. You don't know what it's like. To be like me." She started to dance, closing her eyes.

Taiken: speed up!
*circling over the city,seeing a young girl listening to music*

Suri smiled and giggled then sang a new song. "Imagine me and you, I do. I think about you day and night, it's only right. To think about the girl you love and hold her tight. So happy together. If I should call you up, invest a dime. And you say you belong to me and ease my mind. Imagine how the world could be, so very fine. So happy together." Her voice echoed, like a hipnotising sound. She spun, her ponytails bouncing.

KOhana: *Stopping to fly with the birds*

Suri continued singing. "I woke up it was 7. I waited till 11. Just to figure out that no one would call. I think i got a lot of friends but I don't hear from them. What's another night all alone? When your spending everyday on your own. And here it goes. I'm just a kid and life is a nightmare. I'm just a kid, I know that its not fair. Nobody cares, cause I'm alone and the world is. Having more fun than me. Tonight..." She did a front flip and laned gracefully. She continued walking. Not realising she was being followed.

Taiken: *smiling,baring fangs in the moonlight*
at least its not a fatty,they taste like cheeto's
*getting closer to the girl*

Kohana: *looking at taiken,then to the girl*
i feel sory for her

[Yokoshima]

Suri started to laugh a bit then she heard her song. "I heard you're doin' okay
But I want you to know. I'm addic- I'm addicted to you. I can't pretend I don't care. When you don't think about me. Do you think I deserve this? I try to make you happy. But you left anyway. I'm tryin' to forget. But I'm addicted to you. But I wanted. And I needed. I'm addicted to you. Now it's over. Can't forget what you said. And I never. Want to do this again. Heartbreaker. Suri's eyes widened and she started to back up. 'Vampire...' She looked at her watch and realised it was only a quarter after 7. 'I still have 45 minutes.' She looked into the vampires eyed and swallowed. "Who are you?"

Taiken: *smiling,baring fangs in the moonligh*
you know oh too well
*taking a step toward her*
i guess its just bad luck that its after dark and nobody else is on the street

Suri kept looking into his eyes. She looked around, he was right no one. Only a few tears rolled down her cheeks, then she wiped them away. Suri stopped and didn't back up any farther. "Take me, I don't care." She looked into the Vampire's eyes. No fear in her eyes were shown anymore, she was too curious.

Taiken: *looking surprised*

*voice becoming mesmerizing*

Suri looked at his hand, then up at his face. She smiled and took it. The tingling feeling, his hand was so cold to her. She watched her hand slip into his. 'What is he doing? I'm human, he'd eat me.'

Taiken: *firmly gripping her hand*
i applaud your bravery,but you shouldnt have come so willingly
*bringing her close,wrapping an arm around her*

*sprouting wings and taking off...ascending quickly*

Kohana: *hearing taiken*

'He won't kill me... I hope.' Suri closed her eyes and didn't look down. Too high for her. She clutched his hand hard, her nails digging in. She bit her lip aswell, trying to forget she was flying, being held by a vampire, and the only way to get away is falling, atleast 20 feet.

[wang tang]

Taiken: *raising higher,just below the clouds,catching a current of wind*
so tell me...what made you accept this so easily

Kohara: *catching up to Taiken*
i thought you were just gonna eat and go,not take her to go!!

Taiken: shut up Kohara
*nearing the remains of the safe haven*

[Yokoshima]

Suri glanced at the one known as Kohana out the corner of her eye. Then she looked back at the other vampire. "Well, i've always been curious about... vampires, and the werewolves." She smiled.

[wang tang]

Kohana: i could understand us,but the Wolves?
*scoffing*
their nothing but big dum beasts

Taiken: shut up Kohana
*descending to a mountain near the haven*
are the chambers clean

Kohana: umm...yea,that one servant cleaned them this morning
*flying next to Taiken,eyeing the girl*

Taiken: so whats your name girl
*looking to the girl*

[Yokoshima]

Suri froze at the word chambers. 'Crap, maybe i shouldn't of come.' She glanced up at the male that was carrying her. Realising he spoke to her. "Uh, Suri. Whats yours?"

[wang tang]

Kohara: You can talk to my brother like that!!!
*getting ready to punch suri*

Taiken: *giving kohara a mean look*
my names Taiken,and as you probably know,this is my sister kohana
*alighting at the entrance of a cave near the peak of the mountain*
here we are,Kohana,go prepare the place

[Yokoshima]

Suri reacted how she always would when her dad yelled at her. Closed her eyes and wish it'll all just pass. She did that as Kohana yelled. After she heard Taiken order her ahead she opened her eyes. "Sorry..." She whispered loud enough for him to hear.

Taiken: huh? oh...dont mind her,she's just used to people knowing me as lors Taiken or sir
*leading suri into the cave*
i have a great deal of respect for you...accepting your fate so easily

[Yokoshima]

Suri nodded. "What exactly is my fate? Since it is in your hands. I just expected dying, being dinner." She laughed nervously. Suri looked around, not exactly sure where she was.

Suti stood in awe. "Then whats my fate now?" She looked around, she kept looking at the wall. Suri over at Taiken, smiling. She didn't look a tad scared.

"Become a vampire?" Suri asked, making sure she heard him correctly. She followed slowly behind him, her foot steps made tiny taps.

"Eat? Umm... I don't exactly drink blood... yet." Suri smiled and walked up to beside Taiken. She looked up at him.

Suri eyed the other vampires, she stayed right behind Taiken. Almost walking into him. She glared at all the vampires who glanced at her.

Taiken: *speaking in a language known only to vampires,and a table appeared on the far end of the room,and human delicacies appeared all over the table*
Kohana!

Kohana: *flickering to Taiken*
yea bro?

Taiken: its time for the humans to eat

*shouting something in vampiric language,and about 30 humans came pouring into the room,taking seats at the table

*walking to the head of the table,pulling open a chair to its right for suri*

Suri sat down and look at the table full of food. "Uh, i'm actually not that hungry." She smiled looking over at Taiken.

Taiken: *taking a cup of blood*
i suggest you eat a little,the transformation isnt something to go through on an empty stomach,luckily for me,im pure blood,and didnt have to go through it

Kohana: *sitting next to Suri*

"What do you mean?" Suri raised her eye brow looking at Kohana. She grabbed a bun and started to nibble on it.

Kohana: I mean the agonizing thirst that youll need to quench after youv'e turned

dont listen to her,its not as bad as it sounds,you'll only need to quench a vampires thirst bult up over the years of your human life

Suri nodded and took another bite of her bun. "So who is gonna transform me?" She glanced at Taiken with a questioning gaze.

oh yea...the council said they want you to do it,you found her afterall

Suri blushed deeply. "Where on my body am i gonna get.. you know.. bit?" She swallowed what she had in her mouth and took another bite. The blush still on her cheeks.

i dont know...the wrist would work,but the neck is more effective
*thinking*
and with the neck it'll go faster,so i guess thats the spot

Kohana: *laughing*
and i cant wait to see the paralyzed look on her face when it first starts

Suri glared at Kohana as she said that. She scoffed and looked at Taiken. She took the last bite of her bun and swallowed it. "Wheres my... place to sleep?"

Kohana: make her stay with the slaves Taiken!

she'll stay in LUcious's chambers

Suri looked at Kohana and gritted her teeth. She narrowed her eyes then looked back at Taiken. "And where might that be?"

Taiken: its farther into the mountain,near my chambers
*pointing t a Giant gold door at one end of the room*
behind there,and down a stairwell
*taking a sip of blood*

Kohana: *grabbing Suri by the hair*
she gets Lucious's chambers...but i dont...no fair!!

Taiken: *looking at Kohana,Saying something in vampire*

Kohana: *letting go of Suri,and flying off,Screaming in Vampire*

[Yokoshima]

Suri sighed and backed her chair up. "If you'll excuse me." She nodded at Taiken then headed for the door.

Taiken: *flickering next to Suri*
if only it were simple enough to get in ther,you dont speak vampire

and im not sure if you have vampiric strength

Suri smiled. "Thank you." She headed out the door and to the chamber, down the hall and down a staircase.

Taiken: *walking next to suri*
but make sure that you watch where you go,some of the clan is very disapproving of human
*grabbing Suri by the arm and turning into a hallway,leading to a silver door*
now...i will be here in the morning for you
*speaking in the vampiric language,making the door swing open*
now...this is where you sleep
*waving a hand,lighting a3 foot long and wide saphire in the middle of the cieling,illuminating a elegant room of perfection*

"Thank you... again." Suri walked in a bit then turned around and looked at Taiken. She smiled. "Your being so nice to me... even tho i would have been your dinner if i hadn't of took your hand." She glanced at his hand.

[wang tang]

Taiken: Yeah i guess...my father said to bring back any one who accepted it,like you,so i give a royal treatment
*backing out the room*
ill return in the mornign unless you have a favor

[Yokoshima]

Suri nodded. "I don't, but sleep is one." She backed up a bit then headed to the bed.

[wang tang]

Taiken: Very well then
*whispering a few words,and the door closed silently*

Kohana: *sneaking into the door as it closed*
its time for her to pay
*hiding in a dark corner*

[Yokoshima]

Suri sat on the bed and pulled her hat off. She also pulled out her ponytails as well. She sighed and fell back on the bed. "Its gonna be akward when he bites me." Suri put her hand on her neck and smiled.

[wang tang]

Kohana: Sure is
*walking out of the corner,eyes burning with fury*

[Yokoshima]

Suri sat up. "What do you want?" She stood up instantly and glared at Kohana.

[wang tang]

Kohana: *flickering directly in front of Suri*
watch your tongue
*jabbing Suri in the forehead with a finger*

[Yokoshima]

Suri glared at Kohana. "Why should i?" She grabbed kohana's fingers from her forehead.

Kohana: *looking a bit surprised*
why you insolent little brat
*jerking hand back,then slapping Suri*
how dare you talk to me in such a manner

[Yokoshima]

Suri winced as she felt the after burn of the slap. "No matter how many times you slap me, I'll NEVER call you Lady Kohana." She glared at Kohana again.

Kohana: Oh really
*raising a hand in the air*
well then,now you'll see just how much stronger a vampire is than a human

Taiken: *roaring something in the ancient language so loud it echoed through the room*

*flickering into the room,pointing a finger at kohana,a small ball of cosmic energy forming at the tip of it*

*firing the ball at Kohana,shooting her back to a wall*

Kohana: *slamming into the wall*

*getting up*

Taiken: LEAVE US!
*charging up another ball*

*flickering out the room*

Suri watched the small arguement and fell back on the bed. "I'm sorry... maybe i should call her Lady Kohana." She put her head between her hands. Suri scoffed.

[wang tang]

*letting the cosmic ball fizzle out*
no...theres no need,she's just not exactly one to welcome a woman close to me,after what happened to our father
*sigh*
but i guess it cant be helped

[Yokoshima]

"What do you mean close to you? I'm a regular girl that got kidnapped and is gonna get turned into a vampire." Suri chuckled then looked up at Taiken, her hands still on each side of her head.

Taiken: *forcing a smile*
yea...but the last one i brought in was the death of my father,she couldnt take the power,she tried to attack me,but my father intervened
*heading to the door*
Kohana isnt a bad person,shes protective,im all she really has

[Yokoshima]

Suri nodded. "I'm like her in a way. Ever since my mom died." She looked down then fell back on the bed.

[wang tang]

Taiken: *stopping at the door*
hmm...your mother?,and may i be so kind as to ask how?

[Yokoshima]

"I don't know, she left for groceries one night around 8:30 and she never came back." Suri sighed and stared at the ceiling. Then she glanced at Taiken.

Taiken: *sigh*
I'd give a word of comfort,but you and I both know what probably happened to her,so theres no comfort i can give
*heading out the door*
ill be here first thing in the morning
*making the door close slowly*

[Yokoshima]

Suri nodded. "I know..." She said quietly. Suri glanced at the ceiling. "What to do..." She started to tap her fingers on the bed.

Suri was already up, she has been for atleast 2 hours. She walked up to the mirror and put in her ponytails. Then she grabbed her hat and put it on. "There..."

Taiken: *speaking vampire,opening the door*
its time Suri...are you ready?

Kohana: *glumly following Taiken*
sorry about lasy night Suri

[Yokoshima]

"Yes and it's fine Lady Kohana, it was my bad." Suri smiled. Even though she was only saying that to get on her good side. She was standing by the bed then she walked up to the door.

Taiken: *walking in the room,shutting the door*
Kohana,stay by the door,for when they get here

Kohana: yes brother
*standing by the door*

Taiken: *walking to Suri*
I have to tell you,when you wake up,youll feel completely different
*gesturing to the bed,and i suggest you sit down*

Suri nodded then went back to the bed and sat down. She sighed and closed her eyes for a moment. She reopened them and her eyes were showing she was completely relaxed.

Taiken: *standing in front of Suri*
okay...everything will be ok
*putting a knee on one side of Suri,putting a hand on the small of her back,leaning her back till she lay flat,then baring fangs*
now...lets see if i remember how to do this
*delicately digging fangs into her neck,drinking the blood at a slow pace*

Kohana: *watching in disgust*

[Yokoshima]

Suri's eyes widened and she clenched her fists. She groaned and her neck tensed up.

[wang tang]

Taiken: *feeling her heart slow as more blood was drained*
almost there
*slowing down,as not to drain too much*

KOhana: *clenching fists*
if she does anything to hurt Taiken,ill kill her

[Yokoshima]

Suri groaned again as some tears rolled down her cheek. 'Holy crap, I feel like i'm gonna faint.' She couldn't hold the scream back any longer, she let it out and clenched her jeans.

[wang tang]

Taiken: okay thats enough
*pulling fangs out of Suri's neck,rolling to the other side of the bed,panting*
Kohana...*pant*...bring them in

Kohana: gotcha
*opening the door,letting three servants in*
their here

Suri moved her hand instantly as she felt the air hit the punctures. She clasped her hand around them. She groaned and felt an urge for somethnig. She glanced at the door.

Suri looked up into Kohana's eyes. Her own were pitch black now, over her regular grey. "Get off of me!" She started to struggle.

Taiken: *running over,trying to help hold Suri sown*

Suri stopped struggling, her eyes looked from Kohana to Taiken. They kept going back and forth. She started to breath heavily.

*sticking a finger at Suris stomach,creating a small ball of energy*

Suri's eyes widened when the cosmic energy hit her. After her eye lids started to close slowly. As her eyes shut you could see the black fade to grey.

Taiken: i have no idea...but it wasnt normal
*sitting on the bed,watching Suri*
have the servants ready

Suri's left hand formed into a really tight fist. One vein that went down her arm turned black.

The vein started to fade back to blue. Suri's breath hitched, changing ryhmes. From slow and calm to fast and scared to death.

Her breathing went calm again. Suri's eyes flickered open a bit. She saw that Taiken was on her and her eyes widened.

"Yeah... i'm fine." Suri smiled and started to sit up. She tried resisting to rub where Taiken bit her.

Taiken stretched,pulling off his wet shirt,throwing it on the ground. His eyes burned with a unknown passion.
"Lets go...she's probably waiting." He flickered out of the recovery room,reappearing in Suri's room.

Suri saw Taiken appear and she was instantly up and infront of him. "You okay? You kinda scared me..." She looked up at his face and smiled.

Taiken was shocked by how fast Suri got to him,but smiled.
"Im fine, it was nothing." He looked seriously at Suri.

Suri smiled, both her fangs were visable and they sparkled. "Of course." She stepped back a bit from Taiken, Suri still looked into his eyes.

Taiken smiled, pleased by the apparent success,then suddenly a flash of grim ran over him.
"Im relieved,but now comes the hard part." He put a hand on Suri's shoulder," We have to go see the council."

Suri looked at his hand on her shoulder. "Why?" She pulled it off and placed her hand against his. She smiled as she twined her fingers with his.

Taiken let out a small chuckle, he was having difficulty remaining serious with Suri.
" Sadly, you have to be tested." Taiken looked into Suri's eyes,getting very serious.
" Its Law that you are to be tested as a vampire,in all sorts of ways." He waved his free hand to the door,sending out a thin blast of cosmic energy, making the door swing open.
" This will be the hardest thing you will undrgo as a vampire," He said in the vampiric language.

Suri raised her eyebrow at Taiken. She sighed. "Why tests? Why me?" She smirked. "Lets get them over with, even though i don't want tests till the 3rd."

Taiken chuckled a bit,he pulled Suri in, Hugging her tightly.
" We're gonna Flicker over there,It wont be too long of a test," He though for a second.
" Just be prepared."

Suri was frozen in shock for one second, the first second he hugged her. After she smiled and placed her chin on his chest, she was looking up at him.

" Its just the way they are," He took hold of his energy,and flickered to the council room. It was filled with vampire of all appearances,He nodded his head to the occasional vampire,then faced the front of the room,where a old vampire in crimson robes stood above all.
"Greetings Taiken," said the man,nodding at Taiken. He sat down in an elegant chair,opening a thick old book,turning through the pages
" How are you Sir Boen," said Taiken,keeping hold of Suri,out of fear of what might happen to her.

Suri looked at Taiken with a worried glance. Then she quickly looked at the one known as Sir Boen. She swallowed quietly.

Sir Boen Looked to Suri, Pointing one of his old worn fingers at her.
" And this is the one to be tested?" He said, a menacing smile growing upon his face.
" How are you milady?" he said,bowing mockingly.

Taiken slowly released Suri, taking a step back.

Suri made tight fists behind her back. She looked at Boen then bowed back. "Fine, and you? Sir Boen." She was really hoping that was the correct way to speak back to a vampire lord.

Boen looked somewhat pleased. He nodded, " Very good,but from now on,we are only to spek in vampiric tonue." He raised one hand,and then several other vampires followed his motions, a Barrier of energy domed around Boen and Suri.
"Now...let us begin." He said,taking a few steps toward Suri.

Taikens eyes widened in shock at the sight of the barrier. He started punching the barrier frantically.
"NO,you said i could be in there as it went on!!" He threw several cosmic balls at the wall.

Boen ignored Taiken.
"Are you ready to begin ?"

"Begin... what?" Suri glanced at Taiken pounding on the barrier. Then she looked back to Boen. She amazingly didn't step forward or back.

Boen smiled.
"We are going to dicover your powers of course." Boen pointed a finger at Suri, and a thick swirling smoke started to cover his hand.
" Are you Ready?"

Suri glanced at Taiken again then nodded. "Yes..." She pulled out her ponytails out and put the elastics down her arm.

" Theb let us begin," He shot the smoke at Suri,it formed a spear and headed for Suri's chest.

Suri watched the spear head for her and she flipped to the side. Suri looked at Taiken, hopefully he wasn't gonna go insane if she got hit. Like she did when he changed.

Suri watched for the fastest one. As she was watching she kept making moves to dodge the spears. one headed right for her hand but it bounced off and shot back at Boen. Like a sonic bounce. Suri looked at her hand in amazement. 'Wow...'

Boen's eyes widened in shock when the spear was shot abck at him. He quickly jumped out the way,the spear slicing through a peace of his robe. He rolled and jumped to his feet.
"Amazing", He said,stunned by what had happened.

Taiken was caught in awe at the sight of the spear that was shot back at Boen. He looked to Suri.
" Did she just repel Boens Spear?", He asked in amazement. A few of the vampires nodded,as though to assure themselves it had happened.

Suri smirked and shot out another wave. Slamming Boen into the barrier. "Oops... Heh heh sorry." She tightened her hand into a fist and bowed apologetically.

Boen got up slowly,brushing dirt off himself.
" Very good,now, lets see the limit of your power," He raised one hand,making the barrier stronger. He then put forth his index finger,and thousands of black needles appeared.

Taiken was enraged. he started tearing the barrier apart,hitting it with all he had.
"Boen you Bastard!"

Suri held both her hands forward, repelling the needles back to Boen. She held her hands forward. Suri looked at Taiken as he attacked the barrier. 'Whats he so worked up about? This is easy.' She thought to herself.

A menacing smile grew across Boens face,he stopped the needles with a wave of his hand,then put a hand out
"Now..for your endurance test," he said,putting his hand to his side. All the needles in the air flew to his hand,bonding to form a giant sword.
"How much pain can you take?" He flickered behind Suri,running the blade through her back,the tip tearing out her stomach.

Taiken went silent at the sight,and his eyes darted in every direction,and then his whole eye turned pitch black. A deep chuckle erupted from his mouth.

Suri eyes widened and she groaned a bit. Endurance was easy but, she didn't he thought this was endurance. She clutched the tip of the sword and closed her eyes.

"damn you Boen," he said,putting a hand towards the barrier. He looked to the other vampires holding up the barrier.
" You've caused the death of your bretheren." He fired cosmic blasts at the other vampires,making them release the barrier to defend themselves. He then flickered to Boen,seizing him by the shoulder and throwing him inot the far wall.Taiken Grabbed suri,and removed the blade,laying her on her back.
"Suri...are you ok?"

"I'm fine, You shouldn't of done that." Suri smiled weakly and put her hand on his cheek. Her other hand was clutching at the cut. She groaned. "Damn..."

Taiken picked up Suri,heading for the door.
"We gotta get you to the recovery room," He said,Flickering through the door and running down the hall on the other side.

Suri clutched Taiken's arm and her cut. She groaned again. "It... stings... so much." She gritted her teeth, holding back a load scream.

Taiken looked to Suri out of the corner of his eye.
" His attacks are poison,you wont make it unless you get inot the recovery pool."
He ran around the corner,and flickered through the door that led into the recovery room.
"Are you ready,this isnt exactly going to be relaxing."

Suri nodded and started breath hard. "How, fast does it spread?" She had troubles blurting that sentence out. She gritted her teeth harder. "Uh..."

Taiken sighed.
"too fast,if we waste anymore time,your done," he said,taking a step inot the liquid,a powerful jolt of pain ran up his leg and through his body. He winced but continued inot the liquid.
"Take a breath"

Suri nodded and inhaled. She held her breath and awaited the pain.

Taiken smiled.
"It'll be okay," he said,then dived into into the water,holding Suri tight, and enduring the pain with her. Taiken used all his might not to resurface,forcing himself to stay underwater for Suri's sake.

Suri clutched Taiken's arm, her nails dug in. She kept her eyes shut, her teeth still grinding. 'Those are some REAL nice council members.' She thought to herself.

Taiken held Suri tight,crouching at the bottom of the pool. He could feel Suri's pain,but could also see her wounds healing.
Yes...its working,just a bit longer. He tried not to think about the pain,but thought to the happiness that could soon come

IC: Suri loosened her grip on his arm and felt the cut. She felt the pain subsidding a bit then she stopped her gritting and grinding of her teeth. She opened her eyes and looked at Taiken.

" NO,that was the extent of his cruelty,he couldve done something else, anybody who recieves that attack and doesnt go into recovery,is dead for sure,and you saw that he wasnt about to drop that barrier." He scratched his head,then looked at Suri.
" I hate him,but he's still family."

Suri sighed and put ehr head on his shoulder. "Ignore him, personally. I would but, it's just. I'd probably get slaughtered. He just thinks hes oh so superior." She smiled and looked at Taiken.

Shinji landed on the ground like it was nothing as pedestrians stared in amazement at his super human abilities because at that moment Shinji disappeared into thin air

Suri smirked. "I really don't know. I heard our ancestors had powers but... i heard nothing about this one." She pointed her finger at the recovery pool and the water moved away from her finger.

" A reprlling technique?" he said wondering, " Thats a very rare technique"

Suri shrugged her shoulders. "No big." She looked at Taiken, curiously. "Can you give me permission to... try something?" She smiled.

"And just what might that be."

"I'm not telling you, you have to give me permission first." Suri smiled and kept looking into his eyes.

Suri smiled and kissed his neck. She trailed kisses to his jaw and back then licked the same trail.

"Kohana...what are you doing down here?" He asked, refusing to look at Kohana directly.

Suri jumped a bit and looked away. Not wanting to talk to Kohana. She sat up and blushed as she looked away.

"Uncle Boen says he needs you two to go down to that old safe haven and check it,theres a report of werewolves there

Taiken nodded,hiding his face from Kohana. He brushed himself off.
" Okay then,you wanna come Suri?" He looked at Suri,smiling.

Suri nodded. "Heck ya! Werewolves... haven't seen one yet." She jumped up to her feet and tried brushing her back off. The blush was still on her cheeks.

Taiken scratched his head in embarrassment.
"heh,jeez, she had some bad timing," he said walking over to Suri,he put an arm around her,kissing her on the forehead.
"now i guess we gotta find us some wolves."

Suri smiled. "So where exactly is the... other haven?" She watched Taiken kiss her forehead and she blushed an even deeper pink.

" Its a few miles from here,it was abandoned by most,only a few still stay there."
He flickered out of the room,taking Suri with him,then started down the hall with her.
" It should be no problem to take a few Wolves."

Suri nodded. "I call fighting a few for sure." She glanced at Taiken and smiled.

"yeah,i guess its about time we see what you can do." They reached the opening of the cave that led outside,the moon shining bright in the night.
"ahhh...its good to be out," He let his black feathered wings grow out and spread.
"Ill carry you, I can fly with both of us."

"I'm fine with that." Suri looked up at the moon and for once. Didn't feel tired. She snickered a bit then looked back at Taiken.

Taiken grabbed Suri by the waist,pulling her in close.
" Hold on,we're gonna go kinda fast." He made his wings stretch out towards the sky.

Suri shrugged her shoulders and smiled. "Just get there fast. I felt a shock of adrenaline come over me." She smiled and hugged her arms back around his neck.

Taiken nodded,then smiled.
" As you wish," he took off, sky rocketing,then going north of the mountains towards what looked like a giant mansion in the distance.
" When we get there make sure your on your guard."

"Nah, i'll just take a nap." Suri rolled her eyes as she said that. "Of course I'll be on my gaurd you nut." She smiled then kissed his cheek. "Let me guess, look both ways. And listen. Psh easy." Suri snickered.

Taiken laughed,but it was somewhat drowned out by a howl that came from the mansion. His atention snapped back into place,and his speed picked up

Suri glared at some Wolves that were to the right of her. Circling the enemy. She smiled. "I got the ones attacking from the back." She took one glance at Taiken and the girl then her back was against his. "Bring it, Mutt."

Taiken directed the ball at the pack, a small ball of cosmic energy firing at each one
" I hate these flea bags," he said,kicking one in the jaw,sending him flying back,then firing off a few blasts at other wolves.

Suri smirked. "I couldn't tell." She repelled a few into trees then started to attack physically. She kicked a few in the ribs that made a snap and a whines emitted from their maws. She chuckled. "They're weak."

"just watch out if you see a white one,those are elite warrior wolves,they can take out whole squads alone," he said while examininga a few vampires who were knocked out

IC: Hidoi's jaw emitted a barking sound, like a chuckle. She stepped out of the shadows. All the other werewolves backed off and headed outside. Her nails made a clicking sound as they hit the mansion floor. She was grinning, her fangs glistening. Snow white. The same colour as her fur, chest, flacks, tail and all.

Hidoi smirked. She crouched a bit ready to launch hersef. 'Hunting, eating the left over vampire.' She thought to herself. She chuckled and click her nails to the ground.

Taiken hesitated then put a hand forward,a ball of cosmic energy appeared,and suddenly the colors of it went negative.
