1: Kakashi is smarter then Shika/Shikaku
2: He's faster then Lee/Gai
3: He's stronger then Gaara/Baki.

Now if I think Sasori can beat Itachi then I damn sure dont think Kakashi can beat Sasori. Kakashi can be as smart as he wants but that doesnt mean he is going to be able to beat Sasori. Kakashi just cant dodge 100 puppets forever. Also the reason Sakura and Chiyo won was because Sakura had the antidote (which Kakashi doesnt have). I think people keep forgetting that. Also Chiyo is pretty strong but no one wants to admit it. They just look at her as an old lady. But that is not the case. Look at Sarutobi. He was old, and hella-powerful. But no Kakashi can not beat Sasori.

I just want to say that Sasori is by far one of the most hardest opponents to actually beat. Yes he got beat by Sakura and Chiyo but there were certain battle conditions as to why they were able to. And I think people arent giving Sasori enough credit. I there are a good number of people who can beat him but not easily. Take Jiraiya for example, I think Jiraiya would do pretty good (as would Kakashi and Itachi) but without the antidote I dont think it is easily achievable for anyone. Now if you specify that who ever fights Sasori gets the antidote then there is a battle that can be fought and won by a whole bunch of people.

I want to see a Sasori vs Naruto thread. I actually believe Naruto could beat him because of shadow clones and how many he can produce. Sasori can bring out 100 puppets but Naruto can bring out 1000 shadow clones. But thats off topic and Im done for now.

If i recall correctly Sasori wiped out an entire country by himself. As far as i know Pein and Sasori are the only two shinobi in Naruto who can make that claim.

Sasori's versatility makes him a tough opponent for anyone. Without amazing dodging skills, something to combat large numbers of enemies and some sort of antidote to Sasori's poison. Sasori could not be easily beaten by anyone.

Ok this is my first post in the battle forum. Now lets get started:

Sasoris facts:(good side)
-No real eyes
-100 puppets at his command

-he does not wish to wait or keep others waiting

Kakashi facts(good side)
-Sharingan
-Copycat(means he hase alot of ninjustsu, tijustu etc.)
-Smart
Kakashi facts(bad side)
-Needs to read the book
-He dosen`t expect much from his opponennts

*Now i think it would be an close one but sasori would win, first kakashi cant copy his moments if he has no eyes, Sasori is inpatient and will use the puppets to destroy him, if kakashi hides sasory will drop his gard and start to destroy everything at his site... Now kakashi would wait for him to come near him and BAM! But sasori would just stab him with his tail or he could just send puppets to search for him when he is reveild he is gone :) Hope this helped you understand who will win :)
