Minato will win this one.Kakashi doesnt stand a chance in the first place so he wont be a challenge. And that means that it will be jiraiya vs minato.as for that i think jiraiya will lose since minato has the thunder god jutsu and jiraiya cant hold himself against that

Not true.
Jiraiya isn't going to let him put the seal on, or behind him.
Both Kakashi and Jiraiya know about Hirashin.
Hirashin is fairly overrated, far from invincible, especially if he fights people who know about it.
Like the last time, I'm with Jiraiya and Kakashi.
Kakashi can, with help of Jiraiya's Gamaken distract Minato a bit until the Toad's song is done.
And then Minato is defeated.
There are other ways of doing it really.
Two people have more chakra than one.
If Minato keeps teleporting around to avoid Jiraiya and Kakashi's attacks he will run out of chakra and without Hirashin he will be an easy target for either of his opponents.
If Gamabunta is summoned on Minato's side, Jiraiya can use swamp of the underworld against him.

Im not going to debate this here. You know the whole fanboyism thing. But I want to add a few points.
Not true.

There is nothing stopping him from putting the seals anywhere. You seem to forget that Minaot could put his jutsu shiki on anything really. Who's to say he doesnt throw out 14 different kunai and shuriken that surround the place completely. Then theres no choice about not letting it get behind them. So its pointless to try and make that your whole defence on Hiraishin. Because the simple fact that Minato was the youngest Hokage and Hokage in general defeats your whole arguement here. Because everyone knew about Hiraishin. That is why there was a flee on sight of him. Not every one knew how it worked completely but there was a pretty good idea.

Yes far from invincible, but not overrated as much as you would like it to be. Because if it was that overrated then he wouldnt have been Hokage and someone would have figured out a way to beat it already. But they never did and he was still Hokage and the youngest at that. Which is a feat in itself.

If they counter his kunai with their own, chances that kunai will get behind them are very low.
Two people have more kunai than one.
Also when I said that I also meant that they wouldn't let him put the seal ON THEM which he did in gaiden to save Kakashi.

I don't want it to be overrated, wth?
It is overrated.
People usually come to "Minato vs." threads and say that Minato is invincible because with his speed of light he will get behind his opponents, stab them, and end the fight.
(Look on the last page for proof)
It isn't that simple.
At least I don't think it is.
If Kakashi and Jiraiya, who know about Hirashin and how it works, successfully counter Minato's kunai with their own, I don't see him simply "appearing behind them" at the beginning of the fight and finishing them off.

I say Minato Namikaze because he was pronounced the greatest living Shinobi of our time, and slayed a demon [Kinda......] and has unbelivable jutsu. His technique of mind and body will come together to overcome Kakashi and the pervy-Sage!

In the long run, and if you do it at the period BEFORE Minato died, Minato would win, or so I believe.
Minato was Kakashi's Sensei, and taught him a majority of things. Jiraiya was a EXTREAMLY close friend to Minato.
The flying thunder god technique was a transportation technique, much like the body flicker but much faster, and needed a special seal, or something to mark its destination. Though, it could be used for attacking, but its mainly transportation, and that is the reason he recieved his name, since he was so quick to move mailny due to the technique, but... I'm not saying that Minato was weak, i'm just saying his technique isn't much for battle, better for escaping and travling. Kakashi could not copy this technique either, so there would be no use to even try, its much to fast.
Minato invtented the Rasegan, though Jiraiya took it and evolved it, but that was a time after. They both could summon toads, but with Minato's speed, and his position of Hokage for a REASON, he would win.
Oh, and rush rush... He does need to do that. Since it requires something with a SEAL on it, and the Kunai he gave to Kakashi had that seal, and when Rin THREW it because Obito was dead, and Kakashi passed out, MINATO appeared and saved them. I'm sorry, but i'm out doing you at the moment.

Flying thunder god is ment for battle first and transpotation second. If you reread those chapter youll find that he took out a whole army by himself becasue he used that tech. Thats what made him so strong.
Let me put it this way.
Minato>third(as is stated by the third)>Jiriya>Kakashi
Minato could take out kakashi in no time at all. Kakashi is very weak compared to the hokages. Jiriya would be a little more of a problem, but Minato can beat him easily aswell.

That is true.. but you must remember... It's a transportation technique no matter what, since he CAN'T attack with it... almost like the flash step, but the flash step is like a summon, instant.
Well, you have to consider.. What time Kakashi? Kakashi does grow icreadible powerful over the years, as well as Jiraiya, though Minato would still be able to keep up with them, none the less. Both would be a challange, though Kakashi would be the first to die. Jiraiya could possible beat him from exhaustion, but if the Kunai is thrown, and your able to catch a glimps of it, you'll know where he appears...and that is the flaw of the technique. It doens't have to be a Kunai, just something with the seal on it. THAT! And if it could possibly be destroyed, 'it' being the seal, then Minato can not use the technique until another one is created, as long as its marked destination.

Well, Kakashi would be no match for his sensei. If Kakashi gets hit with the Yellow flashing god technique, he's down.
Unlike Jiraiya, Jiraiya could probaly live through that. i mean, Gamabunta vs. Gamabunta. This would such be a kick ass fight if this was made in anime. Woot minato in action. To be honest, i think Minato would win.

What no one seems to realise is that all your taking into account is the hiraishin Minato DID have other skills ya know. Minato was considered one of the greatest seal masters (or at least a darn good one) of all time. For instance how hard would it be it be to make a scroll with thousands of hiraishin kunai in it through it up into the air and unseal them all. Instant rain of hiraishin kunai. Now of course it would be easy to block but now theres a hiraishin seal on every square inch of the battle field. Kinda negates the whole "don't let a hiraishin kunai get behind you stratagy" eh?

Well he doesn't have such sroll, otherwise he wouldn't have needed his men to throw kunai for him against 50 people he defeated alone during shinobi wars.

I think some people are underestimating Kakashi. I mean, yeah Minato will kick Kakashi's ass in no time, but Jiraya would be very tough, so maybe while Minato and Jiraya are fighting Kakashi can do a couple of suprise attacks.
Its probably wrong, but I just thought I'd toss another opinion in there.

Eh I guess, I always thought it was stupid that he never did anything like that.
It just seams so easy for a man of his calliber to do that*shrugs*. Still it doesent change the fact that he did have other skills aside from the hiraishin.
