I think Naruto and kakashi might have this. Naruto has the kyuubi, is now a sage, has wind release and can create up to 200 shadow clones who also benefit from natural chakra.
Literally, Naruto now has the strength of tsunade when using natural energy and possibly even more considering he didn't just smash something, he lifted a giant stone stature clear over his head without breaking a sweat.

Kakashi has his nifty wormhole and can copy most of what the 4th uses as long as he can see the hand signs and has enough chakra to perform the move.
Essentially the 4th has only two advantages. He can use death god jutsu and he can travel extremely fast. If he isn;t careful Naruto can turn him into mush and his shadow clones presumably can do that too from what the elder frog said and Kakashi can suck the 4th into an alternate dimension...or at least enough of him to end the fight. As for the death god jutsu if the 4th dies before its complete its completely nullified and since there is two of them there this can be stopped fairly easily since the 4th has to be within close range of the other to use this.

Before the sage training arc I'd say 100% the 4th takes this but Natural chakra makes Naruto a lot stronger than he ever was and works with his shadow clones, making them stronger as well.

I'll agree with the lack of experience but Naruto learns on the go and he learns quickly. If he's not dealt with quickly and effectively he could become an extreme threat and with kakashi there and how Naruto always starts a fight the 4th is going to be focusing on Kakashi for a bit.

One hit with rasenshriuken and the 4th is dead. I'd say that's a pretty big threat especially since natural chakra is supposed to make shadow clones stronger. If he isn't careful Kakashi can one hit him (wormhole) and Naruto can one hit him. Both of his opponents are heavy hitters and have taken out enemies that should have been too strong for them and it may not kill him if Naruto or one of his clones hits the 4th but it will be like getting hit in the face with a boulder, if he doesn't be extremely careful he will die very, very, very fast.

Only in the anime does kakashi's wormhole that long to prepare. In the manga it was almost instantaneous.

Its also a prerequisite for the 4th to throw a tagged kunai where he wants to travel, which can allow for a trap to be set up and Naruto is great for setting up traps (kakazu is a good example)

Actually this would have been a whitewash before the sage training. But now Naruto's growth is exponential with that sage training. I mean he is gonna be the man. And then as far as the experience part is concerned, we have Kakashi and his Kamui. Its a bold statement, but I'm with DIY and I'll also give this to Kakashi and Naruto. And eventually it will be them since Naruto will be the one to surpass the 4th.

He finished getting the end results of sage chakra, now he's focusing on being able to use it without aid from the oil. So we can see exactly what it does and it makes him incredibly strong, makes it so he recovers incredibly fast because of the natural chakra (and the fact that he doesn't use his own chakra when in this mode) and finally because of that mixed with the kyuubi chakra. He also presumably will have the speed that Jir exhibited when fighting Pein which was unbelievably fast. At this point, as long as he uses the full power that he has just learned he can do a lot of damage and so can his shadow clones.
The 4th doesn't have much of a hope considering Kakashi can manifest a wormhole and Naruto can use sage mode, has wind release, recovers incredibly fast while using natural chakra, has intense and unmatched super strength and unconfirmed super speed, which is subject to debate at this point. Evidence can be found in chapter 415. If you remember back to the Kakuzu fight Naruto set up an ambush and because of how the 4th teleports with seals its easy to set up traps which Naruto has demonstrated capable of doing multiple times with extreme effectiveness.
All it takes is one rasenshriuken or wormhole and the 4th is dead.

I'm glad we agree there but I want to demonstrate something. Naruto uses Shadow clones for diversions, if he 4th sees Naruto coming at him with his Rasenshriuken and throws a kuani somewhere to TP and considering everyone knows how that technique works whats stopping Naruto from attacking lying is wait with another Rasenshriuken for when the 4th appears at that spot? Or whats stopping Kakashi from manifesting a wormhole at that location before the technique is complete? The 4th is extremely vulnerable to traps and both of them can easily set traps up and in fact Naruto relies on diversions and traps to land solid hits on his enemies making him the perfect candidate for this fight when paired with another heavy hitter who stops Naruto from rushing in head first. Thats what I was thinking myself. The only difference is there would be more than one place he could teleport to, and if naruto gueses right, he could teleport to another place, but yes, eventaully they would get lucky in Minato didnt land a hit in time.

Its hard to say because I have never seen the 4th fight, eventhough he was supposed to be the best, I think evetually Naruto will become stronger, so if they fought when naruto was a kid-even with kakashi they would still loose, if they fought when naruto was in his late 20 or even 30s, Naruto and kakashi would win.
