Orochimaru would still spank Lee and Gai at the same time. If Orochimaru can take a beating from Tsunade and stay on his feet then he can handle Lee. I do not think we have seen the pinacle of what Orochimaru can do either.

hmm we have not seen even close to what gai can do either..lately all the older people been showing off imense skills but not gai

I would assume thatthe 5th gate would give an advantage over Orochy in both speed and strength.

Orochimaru would win.
But it'll be a pretty good fight.
And no f-ing way that He could take on Gai and Lee at the same time when their both at 5 gates.

The only way Lee would have a slight chance is if ALL of the eight gates were open, not just the fifth.

The 8 gates are unstoppable by any force.
OROCHIMARU THAT ANY FORCE!
Orochimaru's speed is great and he has a lot of jutsu's.
But I think that 6 gate Lee could beat him.
