Strongest Captains in Bleach

Okay.. so list in order from 1-10 the rating on power of the remaining Gotei 13 captains.

For example...
1. Captain-General Yamamoto, 1st
2. Captain Shunsui, 7th
3. Captain Toushirou Hitsugaya, 10th
4. Captain Juushirou Ukitake, 13th
5. Captain Soi Fon, 2nd
6. Captain Byakuya Kuchiki, 6th
7. Captain Mayuri, 12th
8. Captain Kenpachi Zaraki, 11th
9. Captain Captain Sajin Komamura, 8th
10. Captain Retsu Unohana, 4th

these are based on a who-could-beat-who basis, other wise Byakushi and Ukitake would be higher. like, toshiro could very easily freeze Byakushi's Senbonzakura or, say, Mayuri himself, while Ukitake is lower than normally because he is sick.

But Hitsugaya is also strong, i mean he fought Ichimaru, and I don't really remember the fight but i think Ichimaru won :O

Mmhm Ichimaru won but only cuz he shot Shinso at an unconious Hinamori, otherwise Toushiro won the second he froze foxface's arm.
