I think this is really tough battle,as for me i think kakuzu would win in the end
he can keep kisame at distance with his 5 hearths(masks) and his limbs ))
so if not close combat kisame would fall

kakuzu would win this match.
he can use all kinds of chakra manipulation, has a LOT of experiences (since he's so old), plus he has 5 hearts.

edit: I think about it again... DAMN, that sword of kisame is SO annoying...
it would be tie...
