It makes no difference. In the magna it specifically says that if you open all 8 gates you will kill your opponent, but at the cost of your own life.

Lee would win this.
Lee's speed was untraceable by a normal eye at 3 Gates.
Lee's speed was faster than the speed of sound at 4 gates.
And he seemed to get twice as strong each time he open another.
Lee will most likely move as fast as the speed of light with 8 gates, or close to it, he will 100% be faster than Tobi and Minato at 8 gates.
At that speed, Lee could punch THROUGH Ichigo.
One hit and it's over.

But i havent been keeping up with bleach's manga but last time i knew Ichigo could only use his mask for like 11~ seconds or so. Lee would win purely out of time allowed imo.

In his fight with Grimmjoww, Ichigo had the hollow mask on for almost the entire fight. Time doesn't seem to be a big issue with it anymore.

Not to be a dick, but Technically Ichigo can't be seen by Lee or Gai.
Thats pretty much gg right there but on top of that (even if you ignore that) Ichigo's reastu is so strong its crippling to people who have small amounts of it.
Now lets compare a taigutsu user who dosn't have a lot of chakra to the reastu of Ichigo which is pretty damn big especially with the mask on.
Lee will be lucky to move, let alone fight with that factor.
bleachverse is stronger than Narutoverse.

Most of the people in Naruto world would be able to see Ichigo because they have big amounts of spiritual energy but not Lee. Lee was the only one having problems trying to use ninjutsu and my guess is that Lee doesn't have enough spiritual energy to use ninjutsu, he has only physical energy. (+Ichigo can fly)

Now considering these 2 facts we can come to a conclusion that Lee will loose.. His speed and power are truly great but how does he supposed to hit an aponent who is invisible and is also is flying. Lee will eventualy die from using 8 gates without making a scratch to Ichigo.

Even if Lee would be able to see Ichigo he would still loose because when he would start opening the gates Ichigo could use this time to fly about a mile upwards out of Lee's reach and just wait for Lee to die..
