Guy would probably lose but not with kicking the crap out of Orochy first, right... right... Nevermind, I have no idea how this fight would go... but my moneys on (Check Spoiler)

if orochimaru still couldnt use his arms then guy might have a chance but otherwise orochimaru has it in the bag

He was able to beat a 30% Kisame with 6 gates. 5 gates vs Orochimaru full power, I think I've already said enough for you 2 know who I think wins this. Also, he beat the 3rd Hokage, Hokage goes to the strongest person in the village, which was SARUTOBI, not GAI, and Orochimaru beat him, so ya lol, my answer is Orochimaru
