GAI VS. KAKASHI
Personally i would say kakashi but i think it would be just by a hair.
(Because of the sharingan but without that gai would own Kakashi)
WHO WOULD WIN AND WHY?

Just because of the sharingan?
The New sharingan he had to have Naruto cover him and it took him a long time, Gai wouldn't just stand there.
I say Gai, he has all the 8 gates.

with there current powers it would be a great match gai ecels is advanced taijutsu but with the sharingan kakashi could do so serious damage to gai just by using his copied abilities. but gai has the uperhand he can open the 8 gates and kakashi has the lightning blade and his "new" sharingan

although i think i can say that gai would win (just this once)
Gai sensei would win he has the gates and his not that stupid to wait there and let kakashi charge up his dimension eye technique
