Yes but he has to take them in order, and the second pill makes him friggin huge, therefore much easier for Shikamaru and Ino to win. Sakura could lift him, that wouldn't stop Sasuke, Naruto managed to level with Gaara, he could do the same with Chouji.

Only with the use of gates though. Because people highly underestimate Choji when he takes the last pill. Choji actually becomes really strong. But I agree that Lee wins with the use of like 3 gates. Anything less wont kill Choji and with all the extra chakra will only piss him off and Lee would be hurt and Choji would finish him but then die afterwards anyway.

But yes Lee wins with 3 gates minimum.

Wouldn't even be close. Wouldn't require Lee to remove his weights. He has no problem getting close to his opponent, is very fast, can do drunken fist, can open 5 chakra gates, has as much stamina as Naruto, and is a genius. (of hard work, but still. :p)
The only ninja of the Konoha 11 that I'd say stands a chance against him apart from Neji is Naruto. (fought equally in the filler, just before a new mission I think. Loved how Naruto created many clones of Sakura to fool him, and in another filer episode managed to NOT get killed using only taijutsu against him when he transformed into Gai-sensei.)

I have to disagree. I say Lee has to open gates to win. Yes he can keep his weights on if he wants to hurt himself. I think all that extra weight would do damage to his legs if he kept them on during opening of the 3rd gate. But I still say Lee needs 3 gates to win.

I don't see why Lee'd need to open even 1 gate against Chouji. His attacks are not fast, just very powerful, and easy to evade (who'd get hit by his nikudan sensha? :p) Or the spike ball? Other than that and the multi-size technique, and the pills, he doesn't have much. And Asuma complains that he hardly trains anyway. He can't be compared to Lee in any way, Lee beat Sasuke up with his weights before the chuunin exams. Lee's seriously strong imo.

Maybe I'm just underestimating him, but his group is the worst of the 4. Ino's not so good either. But Shika's my favourite. Being lazy, I can relate with him. :p

He WAS getting hurt. Why do you say he can't get hurt when he takes a pill? (p.s also, when did Jirobou activate his CS2?)

Without his weights, I'd guess Rock Lee would be able to beat Chouji to make him take the third pill. Then yell 'fatass!' and run far away, wait for the effects of the pill to wear off, and for Chouji to die. :p

Seriously, only the 3rd pill really gave him a great boost, imo, maybe I can't remember well, but I'm sure Rock Lee wouldn't need to go as far as 3rd gate to beat Chouji. Actually if i recall correctly, the 2nd gate (heal gate) is what gives Lee his 2nd wind, and is basically an instant recovery from what i saw it doesn't really increase strength like the other gates.

Ok now your starting to show me that you dont take information to well. For 1 where did you get the information? I can tell you that you didnt get that from the manga. Because in the manga and anime both when he opened the 3rd gate he moved so fast that the rocks underneath him actually came up. I dont care about a stupid site that try's to tell you useless crap. Its because someone else wrote it. If it doesnt come from the manga or the writer it is not eledgible to use in these discussions.

Now to explain to you again. I said the 3rd gate would be enough to beat all 3 pills. So say Lee with weights off runs in at Choji after he takes the first pill. Yes Lee will probably hit him but guess what Lee is to close to get away from the mega multi size no jutsu. Lee isnt fast enough without the weigts to get about 300 yards away so that he doesnt get crushed under the weight. So if he is going to open a gate anyways he might aswell open the third gate. Because if he opens the first gate he will hit Choji. But Choji will just be able to take another pill and ba able to hit and probably beta a already wore down Lee. Because Lee has already used a gate. So his muscle have already begun to tear and rip heavily. So guess what Lee isnt as fast and as strong as he just was. So to get away he might aswell just go ahead and open the 3rd gate so that he becomes that much faster and stronger. Because 300 yards for 3 gate Lee would be pretty instant. 300 yards for Lee with weights off is pretty fast but not fast enough to get away from mega multi size no jutsu. So 3 gates to beat Choji. And next time you want to bring information here dont just go to a site. Go to the manga and read.

So what I am basically saying is that the initial lotus (which is what Lee will use to hit Choji with when he opens them) wont finish Choji. But say if Lee used it. Now Lee is hurt. Choji takes the first pill and is now stronger and has regained some stamina from the strength boost. Now Lee is hurt and isnt moving as fast as he normally does. Then that gives Choji the upper hand because Lee is slower and is hurt now. And Choji still has 2 pills. So now Lee needs to open the other gates preferably 2 more which makes 3 so that his speed is even greater (read the manga or watch the anime if you disagree because my eveidence comes from there and not some people who just put up sites) and Lee is pretty much restored. So now Lee has enough speed to get away from the mega multi size no jutsu that Choji will use after taking the pill. And he is also strong enough to finish the fight with the reverse lotus.
