Orochimaru knows all that neji can do, he knows the every single jutsu.He can't perform every single jutsu but he knows every single jutsu so that also give him advantage.So he can think of a way to counter it so if i was orochimaru i would
summon manda and from above i would create coffins there is no way that they can make it in time to stop him.After those jutsus are finished lets see how things look now.Manda is there,shodaime,nidaime,yondaime and orochimaru can join the fight if he pull grass long sword from his mouth.
I know summoning manda and hokages takes considerable amount of chakra but nothing that orochimaru couldn't handle we saw him in fight vs sarutobi
he summoned 2 hokages and he still looked like new, like it didn't take nothing of his chakra.
and now odds are changing its 3 vs 5
Neji,Lee,Ten Ten Vs Yondaime,Shodaime,Nidaime,Manda and Orochimaru.

well the thing is:
remember the fight between sandaime and oro after the chuunin exam in the stadium. sandaime used the death god tehnicque to seal away oro's hands and he also seald away both of the summoned hokages, which oro called to fight for him earlier. It was the same technique yondaime used to seal kyuubi inside naruto, so hokages can not be resummoned anymore.
but even if by any chance he could summoned them again he would need to be prepared before the fight cuz the technique requires human sacrifices (if you don't believe my explanation go and see that part of the anime/manga for yourself).

yes i know i believe you but soul of yondaime isn't seal and orochimaru wouldn't had problem to risk one body.

Yondaime,Manda,orochimaru---Lee,Neji,Ten Ten

well I think they are strong enough to confront manda. especially cuz he's stubborn, unpredictable and likes to be resistant (even oro is having hard time to control him).

I think they cannot defeat Manda.I don't think any of jutsus they know could hurt Manda and even if Manda is unpredictable in the end she will fight for orochimaru cause shes impressed with orochimarus power and also oro would tell her that she will get many corpses :)

Haha..........Sadly despite being a three cell team, orochimaru is far to experienced to be over powered by numbers and regardless of being sick or not he would out talent all three even at once. No doubt he has some creepy snake techniques to defeat each ones special ability. :oro: However rock lee rules and "drunk" he would do a fair amount of damage to orochomaru's face. And neji would make the battle drag on a bit. So fight goes to orochomaru but I think neji would be smart enough to escape the battle with his life.

This goes to Neji, Lee and Tenten. I read the 8 gate thing going on earlier, it has not been mentioned anywhere that Lee can open 8 gates, but I think he can.. and even if he can't, Team Gai (sans Gai i.e) still win. Bacause:
Lee can open 6 gates.
Neji does have every technique of the Hyuugas, is a jonin and very very skilled.
Tenten is a weapon expert.
And last but not the least, they work very well together.
And I really have not seen any innovative techniques from Oro, like the water prison for instance... which pwnd the three of them. These three can easily handle a bunch of snakes, as for the kusanagi sword... the three of them are very skilled taijutsu experts... so they can easily dodge it.

This isn't much of a fight. Oro is extremely powerful, but not strong enough to defeat Neji, Lee, and Ten Ten all at once. Though he would probaly kill Ten Ten in the process of the battle.

I'll go into more detail now.
Lee would be the muscle, with the 6 gates open hes a tank especially if he gets drunk while Neji is the brains, he has the ability to see where Oro will strike and how Oro will strike thanks to his eyes while Tenten is there for support and suppressing fire.
Oro will constantly be on guard from Tenten's weapons, Neji will be directing Lee and making sure than no massive strikes get through or Oro does not have time to start using an incredibly powerful technique and Lee will be hitting Oro hard and fast.
Eventually using these tactics they would absolutely decimate Oro.
