Chapter 22: Hunt
Shows Trige bloodied and beaten, lying unconscious on the ground.
Masashi: What happened!
Shows black thought: Use us!
Luna: Ah!
Hikoro: ?
Luna kneels down.
White paste shoots out of Luna’s hands and covers Trige.
Makoto: What is that!
Luna: I-I’m not sure…

Shows the sky.
Shows Trige covered in white paste.
The paste hardens.
The paste breaks off and falls off.
Everyone: !
Shows Trige, completely healed.
Makoto: Whoa! Some new technique!
Luna: Yeah!
Trige moves in his sleep.
Trige: Ah!
Trige wakes up.
Trige: What…where am I?
Hikoro: A little ways outside Phenac…but more importantly…what happened to you?
Trige: I was right…
Makoto: ?
Trige: But I didn’t play it carefully enough…
Kinche: What’re you talking about?
Trige: I was right about those two…
Masashi: Who?
Trige: Jara and Yaman Harino…
Hikoro: Wait…so they did this to you?
Trige: That’s right….the attacked Cho and I out of nowhere…Cho was quickly knocked out and I was outnumbered…
Kinche: So what’re they doing?
Trige: I’m glad you’re all here…because it’s time I shared some information that I’ve recently learned.
Hikoro: Well let’s here it…
Trige: Okay…
Trige: After consulting Solomon about the two, I took a trip to Mecodon…and I found out some pretty huge stuff.
Makoto and Hikoro: …
Trige: The Harino’s aren’t a clan…
Masashi: ?
Trige: It’s an army of Chi Lords…
Kinche and Luna: !
Trige: And this is even bigger…
Masashi, Makoto, Kinche, Luna and Hikoro: …
Trige: They are planning a war…and we’re their targets.
Masashi, Makoto, Kinche, Luna and Hikoro: !!!
Trige: I was just as surprised as you…but apparently someone leaked the information that I found out to Jara and Yaman….so they had no choice but to take me out…
Trige: But they made a mistake, and didn’t make sure I was dead…
Hikoro goes to speak: But wait…there’s even more….
Trige: Jara and Yaman are the two to give word to the rest of the Harino’s to start the war.
Hikoro: So what do you suggest we do?
Trige: Luckily they gave us one chance to stop them….they’ve entered themselves in the Mecodon tournament…
Masashi: Ah…so we have to enter ourselves in it…and stop them.
Trige: That’s right…and actually…all of our class is entered in the tournament…
Hikoro: I see…so when is it?
Trige: Two Days.
Masashi: Well, we best get moving…are you okay to walk?
Trige: I think.
Hikoro helps Trige up: Then let’s go!
(Shows the sky)
Shows Masashi, Hikoro, Makoto, Kinche, Luna and Trige walking.
Shows them walking into Mecodon.
Masashi looking around: So this is Mecodon…it’s big…
Trige: That’s right, the biggest city in the land…
Masashi looking around: Wow!
Masashi: Oh! Oh!
Masashi runs to a shop.
Masashi: Luna! Luna! Can I get a candy bar!
Luna: No! Let’s go!
Masashi pouts: Awwwww….
Someone: Yo!
Someone else: Ah! Don’t yell!
Shows Lorelei, Agatha, Hatake, Apollo, and Mamocho.
Luna: Hey!
Lorelei: You guys here for the tournament?
Makoto: Yes…and another mission.
Trige: You see--
Luna: Hey, let’s discuss this at my place and wait for everyone to join us…
Masashi: Your place?
Shows everyone sitting around a living room.
Trige: So that’s what’s going on…
Shino: Whoa….
Hatake: Wow…
Mamocho: So…we gotta stop two people who are too much for you, Trige?
Trige: Yes, but they are only stronger than me when they’re fighting together…this tournament is for one on one fights…
Trige: But even then…only a few of us could beat one of them…
Shows Trige.
Shows Masashi.
Shows Makoto.
Shows Kinche.
Shows Hikoro.
Shows Hatake.
Shows Mamocho.
Shows Cho.
Shows Luna.
Trige: But if you know you cannot beat them…you need to immediately go all out. Because if you don’t….you will probably die.
Shows Mercury.

Trige: So…rest up for the next two days…
Trige: Because once the tournament begins…
Trige: It’s every man for himself…
(Shows the sky): Two days later
Shows a stadium with a lot of people in it.
Shows everyone plus many more people standing around in a room.
Someone: Are you ready for the world’s greatest fights!
People cheer.
Announcer: Well that’s just great!
Announcer: Because the Mecodon Tournament…
Shows the Stadium: Begins Now!!!!
