What if Sasuke did kill Itachi

I've been wondering this for a very long time. If Sasuke did happen to kill Itachi what would he do next. His whole life was based around killing Itachi. What do you think he'd do if he were to kill Itachi?

I doubt he would be able to, but he is a missing nin from konoha, so he would be in big trouble, he would have to live the life of his brother...

I think after that he is going to kill Naruto to see what is he capable of and than to be just like itachi with mangekou sharingan and i think he is going to follow his Itachis path

i'm the new here, but i watch Naruto...alot, and that would suck, Itachi is my favorite charecter on ultimate ninja 2 and on the show, plus Sasuke would have no reason to live, unless his new goal was to beat Naruto in every way...that would keep him busy...would it not?

it's hard to say what he'd do. Like you said, killing him was the only purpose in his life. The optimistic part of me wants to say "he'll get over his grief and move on with life and eventaully be happy" unfortunatley, i don't think that'll happen. it's almost like he wants to be alone becuase he feels that is what he deserves, that is sad, very very sad. i wish they would give his poor tortured character some good fortune! he needs it!

I don't think sasuke would ever be able to kill itachi, orochimaru or not. But, if he did i guess he'd just stay with orochimaru. If he went back to the village, i think someone would try and kill him for being such an emo-kid jerk.
