Master Puppeteer Vs. Master of the Sharingan????

Here is my point of view: Itachi's Illusion wouldn't work on Sasori and that Itachi's strong point... so i don't know what would happen there. And i don't know if Sasori would even be able to touch Itachi with his puppets...

This is always a major point when involving wood.
Fire > Wood.
Itachi has the Black Fire.
The strongest fire, hotter than the sun.
Sasori would be finished quite easily, in fact.
Also this belongs int he Manga Battledome.

Itachi wins although genjutsu won't work on sasori Itachi still has his fire jutsus and amaterasu but i disagree with anybody who sad that Itachi would win easily.

Itachi would be too fast for him. Itachi would caught Sasori back so many times. Exploding bunshin will blow up those puppet. But sasori is the most unsuitable enemy for itachi.

2) the thousand puppets are formidable
3)the third kazekage
4)the poison on EVERYTHING
5)ability to transport to another puppet at will/random

1. He can still use Genjutsu pretty damn well, he can use Genjutsu on Sasori and beat him.
2. Ameratsu beats 1,000 puppets in less than 1 second.
3. Won't matter, Ameratsu.
4. Flames hotter than the Sun. The Sun burns everything, the only thing that beats the sun would be a Black Hole.
5. That's not instant that's a desperate measure, that's throwing your live across a battlefield.

There aren't puppets left afterwards.
He'll only use Ameratsu when Sasori uses the 1000 puppets jutsu, and plus...Ameratsu would kill Sasori too......so the fights over once Ameratsu is used.

(got 200 from estimation of cavern when sakura fought sasori)

No, he can't dodge Ameratsu.
The flames are always burning until Itachi stops them.

Ameratsu destroys everything.
They are as fast as a normal fireball technique, Sasori can move out of the way but he would be burnt because guess what the puppets are connected to?

Genjutsu, Itachi just needs to see Sasori to entrap him in Genjutsu.
Once in Genjutsu, Itachi can beat him as he pleases.

ineffective with the genjutsu point, sasori is an S-ranked criminal, a missing nin from Kazekagure (butchered), an elite ninja equivilant to a Kage. simply breaks the genjutsu and once again...moves on.

but if you really think about it how well if the sharingan going to work on someone that almost completely wood?

bonus his attaks would mostly keep itachi at a distance and itachi is actually no a distans person if you notice in the episodes he only uses sharingan from a distance other than that be is mostly a clos combatant.

I have my doubts that Tsukiyomi would work. I dont really know. Because Sasori doesnt have a brain. He has a mind but that isnt through his eyes. I say Itachi wins with Amaterasu or Susanoo. But I wont say Tsukiyomi as it is debateable. But Sasori is wood and Amaterasu is fire and I think it would burn right through the wood as it burns through regular fire itself. So Amaterasu wins this battle.

this ones tough but it would be hard for itachi because he would have to dodge so many poison darts and he will also have to break the pupet Sasori is in.And also Sasori has the iron sand jutsu which is also an advantage.

i'd say it would be a tie..
amasteru takes up a lot of chakra and isn't an ability that is cast in an instant. sasori can easily use this to his advantage and shoot his arsenal of poison weapons. eventually amasteru will eat up sasori and itachi will die of poison.

Itachi. true, tsukyiyomi might not work. I dont think he have to you amaterasu or susanoo though. even though they are both in akatsuki, Itachi was on a much higher echelon than sasori.

that is true but u can't underestimate sasori, he is very good and if itachi lets his gaurd down he could be killed in an instant.
