Naruto charged at Neji right off the bat with the fight started out to test him then he created I believe it was 4 Shadow clones and charged back in, Neji beat those and then they talked for a bit and then it cut to the next episode in which Naruto created a lot of shadow clones and Neji beat a lot of them with fancy flip moves and such and then charged down the line and hit one directly in the left shoulder point with gentle fist, Naruto coughs up blood and later disappears because he was a shadow clone, Naruto then being foolish screams from behind Neji as he charges with another shadow clone and punches at Neji. Neji stops it with Kaiten Initiation and uses Kaiten. He then goes into explanation about the curse mark and the fight resumes. Neji says it is time to finish things and goes into 8 Trigrams Stance he uses 8 Trigrams 64 Palms and presses all of Naruto's chakra points, Naruto is beaten on the ground then he remembers Lee and Hinata and their perseverance. He gets up which is impossible and then summons the Kyuubi's chakra. Naruto is covered in the chakra and he disappears. He appears flying through the air and throws 6 shurikan at Neji, Neji uses Kaiten and catches the Shurikan and throws them Back, Naruto jumps off the wall and disappears. Naruto appears on the ground and they engage in a kunai battle, they then appear sliding on the ground. Naruto runs at Neji, holding his Kunai and he says that if the Hyuga Clan fat is Inescapable then to just stop fighting it and then they clash they're kunai and the last thing said before a big explosion is by Naruto and he says when he becomes Hokage he'll change the Hyuga clan. Then there is a huge explosion and the two are shot out in different directions. Neji gets up and walks over to Naruto's hole, Naruto is unconscious in the hole. Neji says something then Tenten says something like, Well Naruto you put up a good fight, but you were no match for Neji. And then Naruto punches Neji in the chin from Below. Neji hits the ground and cannot move his body. Neji says he fell victim to the Shadow Clone, his signature jutsu. Naruto then explains that back in the academy, he failed the test 3 times because he couldn't master the clone technique, and he told him to stop worrying about such trivial stuff such as fate, because unlike him he wasn't a failure, Genma announces Naruto the winner and Naruto runs around and shouts with loads of Energy. As the paramedics run out Genma says to Neji, even a Caged Bird with perseverance or something like that can spread his wings and fly. Then it shows two birds flying in the sky.

Naruto has improved a lot.
He's gotten smarter, stronger, and has mastered his jutsu and chakra control.
Naruto has improved much more than Neji, who seems to be just a hair stronger and has learned only one new jutsu.
