Introduction
The small flowers of the Leaf Village bloomed into full spring, as Landan, a girl just starting to be an Academy Student that's twelve years old, smiled at the blooming Leaf Village. Landan practiced her tree climbing jutsu, nearly mastered.
Kanbo, Landan's sister, yelled, "Landan-sama! Wait up, maybe Lika will play with us!"
Landan answered to Kanbo, "Kanbo-san. Lika-kun is too focused on his jutsus to even.... sigh...."
Chapter 1: Enter Landan Unata and Kanbo Unata
Landan and Kanbo, aka the Kid Unata clan Members, were following the Genin named Lika Iranda.
Lika heard Landan and Kanbo's footsteps and said, "Landan. Kanbo. The Hokage wants you for something. Hokage won't tell me, however."
Landan and Kanbo headed towards the Kage Tower, when suddenly, Landan said, "Hey. Kanbo, remember Varra? Our Jounin Sensei?"
Kanbo answered, "Yes, Landan-sama. Varra will be our Sensei when we pass the written exams. The Hokage might test us early. This day is gonna be counted as tomorrow soon."
Landan and Kanbo entered the Kage Tower. They felt tense inside.
Chapter 2: Surprise! The Actual Written Exams
The Hokage explained that he postponed the written exams for today.
Kanbo yelled at Landan, "I told you to be ready for the exams! Varra is gonna be up and ready!"
Landan said back to Kanbo, "Well, Kanbo-san, aren't we gonna be in a squad. I mean, we're the Kid Unata clan members, right? Unata is, I heard, a little ninjutsu expert, that 'another' Unata that isn't Varra."
Landan stayed quiet from the start of the written exams from the end of the written exams. Kanbo, when she was done, she secretly talked to another Academy Student about Varra and their upcoming Sensei's.
Chapter 3: Squad 1: Landan, Kanbo, Ischan, and Varra
The black-haired Jounin passed out the written test papers, and when Landan and Kanbo got theirs, they said, "Yeah! I passed!"
Landan and Kanbo's smile was stuck on there like permanent glue, until, that same black haired Jounin read from a paper, "Squad 1: Landan Unata, Kanbo Unata, and Ischan Uea, with the Sensei of Varra Handan."
Landan thought, Ischan is the most silent kid in the school. He can't be a Genin with the same squad number as mine. Maybe Ischan will be more social with Varra by his side. Two boys and two girls though, me and Kanbo with Ischan and Sensei Varra.
Ischan called out, "I'm sorry. Did you make a mistake, Jounin?"
The Jounin answered, "No, I didn't. Why is that, Ischan?"
Ischan answered back, "Well, Landan and Kanbo Unata are the worst ninjas I've ever known. These Kids of the Unata clan members are bad-graded and mis-behaved."
The same Jounin answered, "Actually, Kanbo Unata and Landan Unata are the students with the highest and tied scores on the written exams."
The other ninjas were surprised. Usually, the two Unata clan members would get the lowest score on the written exams. It's a first to get them to get the highest score.
Chapter 4: The Survival Test
After that, Kanbo Unata, Landan Unata, Ischan Uea, and Varra Handan went outside.
Varra said, "Well, it's the time you get to be a real ninja, Kanbo, Landan, Ischan. The real test is called The Survival Test. I took it years ago, before, when I was an Academy Student. Alright, let me explain how to pass the Survival Test. All you have to do is to get those bells hanging over. That's it."
Kanbo said, "Well this'll be easy with Landan's Shadow Clone Jutsu. Only a few chakra should be handled."
Landan yelled from Varra's back, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
Suddenly, a copy Landan came and attacked Varra, and yelled, "Kanbo, take the left, Ischan, take the right, and I'll take the front!"
They all got their places and Varra's voice said, "Replacement Jutsu!"
Varra disappeared and ended with a tree stump. Kanbo yelled, "Oh... GREAT!!! Varra-sama used the Replacement Jutsu. You need to train that Shadow Clone Jutsu, there, Landan."
Kanbo, Ischan, and Landan headed towards Varra, hanging out behind a tree. "Got'cha, bells!" yelled Kanbo.
Kanbo pulled her hand out, but, no bells in hand. Kanbo muttered, "Replacement jutsu. Again."
Landan got an idea, and said, "We'll waste Varra's chakra. He'll decide to use an offensive jutsu instead of the replacement jutsu, maybe."
Ischan said, "No wait. Varra is a high-leveled Jounin, meaning he has high chakra points. There's no mean of wasting his chakra."
Kanbo studied the area for a while and said, "Hold on. We have to use teamwork and effort, taking Varra's bells. Then, when he uses a replacement jutsu, one split up and look for Varra. The other two use Shadow Clone Jutsu to explore the rest of the area. After that, we can all specifally, use teamwork to get Varra's bells."
Ischan and Landan agreed to Kanbo's plan. They all did the repeating things, until...
Until. Varra was halfway tired. Ischan, Landan, and Kanbo were all tired, but they did not give up.
"Now!" yelled Kanbo!
Kanbo, Landan, and Ischan took the bells at once, and it was a success.
"A pack of bells, coming up!" yelled Landan.
Chapter 5: The First Mission: Escort of the Sound Village
It was another day and it was the day of Squad 1's first mission. Ischan Uea, Kanbo Unata, and Landan Unata were there, but where was Varra?
Varra came up thirty minutes late, saying, "Well. I was doing an errand, for a non ninja from the Leaf Village. Another errand-asker came by and I told that guy I had to go to my squad. For the first mission."
They all came to the Kage Tower and the Hokage told them it was an escort, from the Hidden Sound Village. That escort was named Hanlanna, the flute bard.
Hanlanna said, "I would like an escort. I had to do some errands with permisson with one of the Jounins. So... these are the ones who will accompany me?"
Varra nodded, "Yes. The boy here is named Ischan Uea, the two girls are named Kanbo Unata and Landan Unata. I am named Varra Handan."
Hanlanna answered politely, "I am Hanlanna Lanndanna. My plans of my escort? Nobody knows."
Chapter 6: The Road to the Sound Village
Hanlanna, Varra, Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan were already on the road to the Sound Village, when suddenly, two sword-armed men were attacking them.
Landan yelled, "Ischan! Use your Shadow Clone Jutsu on the sword-armed men!"
Ischan nodded and yelled, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Two copies of Ischan came and threw two shurkens, each, at the two sword-armed men.
One of them were caught off guard and stabbed Landan on the arm.
Varra yelled, "Whirlwind of Chakra!!!" Varra started whirling around with a chakra mask and it flashed. In two shouts, the two sword-armed men were dead.
Varra said, "Let's leave these bodies. They cannot be revived."
Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan nodded, and said, "Yes Sensei Varra."
Hanlanna suddenly said, "You two are Unata clan members eh? Nice meeting you, Kanbo, Landan."
Kanbo and Landan both said, "Yes, Hanlanna."
Varra, Kanbo, Landan, Ischan, and Hanlanna tagged along with looking for a threat to Hanlanna, the escort of the Sound Village.
Chapter 7: In the Sound Village
Kanbo, Landan, Ischan, Varra and Hanlanna were at their destination: the Sound Village. That Village was no sameage, and had no beauty, all it took was two weeks to journey to the Sound.
Kanbo asked to Hanlanna, "Hanlanna, why is your home village so spooky and evil-feeling?"
Hanlanna replied to Kanbo, "Kanbo-san, my home village is under no rule. I actually heard there's gonna be a man named Orochimaru. I can't tell what Orochimaru looks like. It's supposed to be only told to the Sound."
Varra said to Hanlanna, "This must be a B ranked mission. Let's get out of here before trouble awaits, Ischan, Kanbo, Landan."
Landan said before going out back to the Leaf, "Wait Sensei Varra. I want to finish my first hard mission, and complete it."
Kanbo agreed, but Ischan said, "Kanbo-san, Landan-sama, we're heading straight into danger. This is too hard for us, we're just Genins, finishing D rank missions and C rank missions."
Landan said to Ischan, "Ischan, that's the point. We Genins normally finish D and C ranked missions, but if we finish the hardest mission as Genins, we'll get fame, and appreciation, even from your clan, Ischan. Everyone's clan, even Unata clan."
A couple of Sound ninjas came along and said, "Look, it's flute bard Hanlanna, and her escorts! C'mon Team Sound!"
After the Sound ninjas said that, more Sound ninjas gathered round Hanlanna, Ischan, Varra, Landan and Kanbo, and they were nervous, they couldn't fight an army of Sound ninjas all at once.
Varra yelled, "C'mon Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, Hanlanna. There are about 1,000 Sound ninjas gathered to defeat us within. Follow me!"
Varra, with Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, and Hanlanna following Varra, he quickly got to the gates of Hanlanna's little house.
Hanlanna said, "Thank you, Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, and Varra. Wonderful job, Varra. You need this special kunai I, Hanlanna, made. It's of steel like regular kunais, but has the ability to heal wounds with a scrape from that kunai. Thank you, Ischan Uea, Landan Unata, Kanbo Unata, Varra Handan."
With that, Hanlanna gave the team four special kunais, with the same abilty to heal wounds.
Ischan said, "Thank you, Hanlanna."
Hanlanna went into the little house, Varra saying, "Look, the Sound army. Quickly! Use your replacement jutsu, replace yourself with that tree!"
Four voices said, "Replacement jutsu! Go!"
Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, and Varra escaped and replacement of a tree stump, the most basic replacement, and returned to the Sound Village's gates.
Chapter 8: Back Upon The Leaf
The Hokage said, "Young Landan, Ischan, Kanbo, and Varra. You have finished your first B mission. I congratulate you."
Kanbo said, "Landan, the kunai. Where is it?"
Landan replied to Kanbo, "The kunai was taken away by four Jounins, remember? Those four Jounins thought that medical kunai was a trap to kill us. I really understand that, you should understand that too Kanbo. By the way, where's Ischan?"
Kanbo said, "What? Now you're worried about Ischan? I really don't know where he's went into. Probably a preparation of the Chuunin Exams, you know, with the scrolls, the tournaments?"
Ischan appeared out of nowhere, "Hello, Kanbo, Landan, Varra, Hokage."
Kanbo asked Ischan, "Where were you, Ischan? Landan was worried about you, but I wasn't worried."
Ischan replied, "I was hiding in the Leaf, looking out for an Akatsuki warrior or some threat to the Village. Trust me or I'll kill you."
Kanbo said, "Ah, I see. See Landan, you don't have to be worried about Ischan."
Landan looked out of the window and said, "Akatsuki warriors, attacking our village."
Everyone except the Hokage said, "Akatsuki warriors?"
Chapter 9: Akatsuki Warrior Raid! The Smallest Raid Ever
Kanbo said, "You saw Akatsuki warriors? Why didn't you told us earlier, like when it started?"
Landan replied to Kanbo, "Kanbo, I usually don't tell anyone anything until I've noticed it and I am not dreaming. I haven't noticed it until later. I've heard two Akatsuki warriors that are named Oran and Narro. Narro is Oran spelled backwards, without an R in Narro."
Kanbo said, "I'm sure Narro and Oran are raiding the village. It's because I've heard them destroying multiple towns in the Leaf. They've been known worldwide, in the Mist, in the Sound, in the Sand, everywhere."
Kanbo and Landan secretly entered Narro and Oran's view.
Narro was a brown haired male with Akatsuki warrior's clothes. There was a kunai tied to his waist, and with the headband of the Sound Village, and with a strike across the symbol.
Oran was a brown haired female with Akatsuki warrior's clothes. There was medical needles tied to her waist, with the headband of the Mist Village, and with a strike across the symbol.
Narro said, "Who are you kids? You must be a Genin, from the Leaf. I am Narro, if you want to die."
Oran contiuned and said, "I am Oran. The medical Akatsuki warrior, only the medical Akatsuki warrior. I am however, nimble enough to dodge an opponent's attack."
Landan said, "I am Landan Unata. From the Leaf, and one of the three Genins to first finish a B ranked mission."
Kanbo said, "I am Kanbo Unata. I am also one of the three Genins to first finish a B ranked mission. Ischan is the third one to first finish a B ranked mission, so call us popular now, Oran, Narro!"
Chapter 10: Kanbo Unata and Landan Unata Versus Oran Iskamusa and Narro Iskamusa
Narro and Oran said, "We are part of the Iskamusa clan, with a long line of Akatsuki warriors. Die before your eyes, Kanbo, Landan."
Kanbo and Landan quickly seperated, and Landan yelled, "Shadow Clone jutsu! Double chakra power!!!!"
Landan summoned her clones everywhere in sight, sitting, standing, everywhere. Landan said, "Attack, Landanners!" The Landan's were absolutely everywhere, and with those words, attacked the Akatsuki warriors.
Oran said, "Simpletons. Attacking with a weak genjutsu is probably the least choice your teammate can make, probably. Now, Narro."
Narro did a few handsigns and said, "Fire jutsu: Double Power Fire Breath Jutsu!"
Narro aimed her hand at Kanbo, and burning Kanbo, Kanbo yelled, "Kyoooooooo!!!"
A three-tomoe crimson eye, Sharingan. Kanbo yelled at Landan, "Look. We're actually Uchiha's. Kanbo Uchiha and Landan Uchiha. We're actually the Uchiha Kid Members, not the Unata Kid Members. I made that clan name up, Unata.... something like Hinata. We're actually Uchiha's, the users of the Sharingan eye, the Blood-Red, it's our bloodline."
Soon, Landan had the same color eyes, the Sharingan eye, with three tomoe. Kanbo said, "Don't tell anyone though. If you ever told someone about it, our whole lives would wound up to be ruined. It's because we lied an enemorous lie, there's no such thing as an Unata clan member. The clan members are dead, so we are actually Uchiha's, in hopes of becoming Chuunins, then Jounins, then defeating our enemies. We are avengers, like Sasuke's small story."
Chapter 11: Ischan and Varra Saves The Town
A day of fighting with Sharingan with Kanbo and Landan was hard versus two wisely chosen Akatsuki warriors named Oran and Narro. Kanbo and Landan was weakened, nearly going into death, and Narro and Oran seems unscathed by any of Kanbo and Landan's weak jutsus.
A day passed, and came morning. Ischan and Varra entered, saying, "Kanbo-san, Landan-sama, there you are. These two Akatsuki warriors coming to kill you? No problem. We two can handle them good looking girl and boy."
Kanbo was happy to see Sensei Varra and Team Member #3 Ischan, saying, "Varra, Ischan, I'm glad to see you two."
Varra said, "No, the Hokage sent us on a minimission to defeat the two Akatsuki warriors. He strangely knew the place where the Akatsuki warriors were hiding, and sent us there, since I'm a powerful Jounin and Ischan being an Uchiha. I've heard Kanbo were Uchiha's and so was Landan Uchiha. I can tell by the red eyes, and Ischan has reddish eyes with the same number of tomoe, three. And I am with the same clan too, Varra Uchiha. The Hokage told everywhere, so don't keep it a secret, Uchiha guys. By the way, Kanbo, the Hokage called you Kan-Kan-san for some odd reason, and Landan's nickname, Lan. Sorry, I couldn't keep it a secret."
Soon, Varra and Ischan killed the two Akatsuki warriors with two strokes.
Chapter 12: The Chuunin Exams Tomorrow! Believe it!
Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan were at the village square, and Varra was late, again.
Kanbo said, "I heard there's gonna be a Chuunin Exam tomorrow. Once only at these days. Let's go and enter."
Landan said, "Think, Kanbo, Ischan. Are we strong enough to face many people? I know we finished a B ranked mission, but that doesn't prove our strength."
Ischan said, "We're ready. Remember your very strong Shadow Clone jutsu? Remember I killed an Akatsuki warrior? Remember your quickness and smartness, Kanbo? Always the last one to pop-up your ideas whenever you have an idea?"
There were many "Ahh's." and "Ohh..." and "I surely want to join the Chuunin Exams."
Varra appeared and said, "We're not ready for the Chuunin Exams. Our strengthness of a genjutsu, a killness of an Akatsuki warrior, and a quickness and a smartness for one person isn't enough."
Ischan said, "Really? I guess we don't have to give up, Varra-kun. Look around, Genjutsu master Sakura entered the Chuunin exams, and tied up with Ino. Shadow Clone jutsu expert Naruto entered the Chuunin Exams and nearly won it, just because of Orochimaru, in the last section of the test. Avenger Sasuke Uchiha entered, he's someone to defeat one Akatsuki warrior, which is Itachi Uchiha."
Varra replied to Ischan, "Look, Ischan. Ino means pig which means useless. Sakura is a name for blossoms, and Naruto, I really don't know. Oh, ok, Ischan, Kanbo, Landan, you can all enter the Chuunin Exams and be hope to be Chuunins at the end."
Chapter 13: Chuunin Exams: Part 1
Varra, Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan were at the Leaf Village's gates for no reason, just Varra wanted to.
Kanbo said, "So, where's this Sound army, Mist army, and Sand army is coming up?"
Varra pointed and said, "There they are. All the Sound Genins, the Mist Genins, and the Sand Genins are here to visit Leaf Village to take the Chuunin Exams."
Kanbo, Ischan, and Landan were at the Chuunin Exam, the first part.
Ischan said, "So all we have to get is an Earth scroll and a Heaven scroll, not reading the two scrolls? I understand. This is not gonna be easy, because Waterfall Village has a good Genin part of group."
Kanbo looked around, saw three Waterfall Village ninjas, and said, "Look! There's a Waterfall Village squad near that bush. Quickly, we must attack and grab that Earth scroll."
Chapter 14: Got Earth Scroll: A Group of Waterfall Ninjas Fight
Landan said, "Ohiii! Waterfall ninjas!"
A Waterfall ninja said, "Look, Genin kid. We don't have any time to meddle around with your weak team. Go along with peace or you must grab your hopes down, we're a stronger team than we look."
That certain Waterfall ninja had an Earth scroll in his right hand, meaning Landan, Kanbo, and Ischan had great luck.
Kanbo thought, We're so lucky. An Earth scroll, the most basic scroll to recieve in the first part of the Chuunin Exams.
Landan took out her kunai, saying, "We'd like to fight you. We're not a weak team, look, Squad 1!"
Landan quickly said, "Shadow Clone jutsu!" There were clones of her, thousands, her shadow clone stronger and more advanced, perhaps even more nimble.
Landan said, "Attack, now, Landanners, again!"
The Landan clones attacked the Waterfall ninja holding the Earth scroll, leaving that ninja more than damaged, wounded. Though Landan's clones were dead and gone, that Waterfall ninja had a disadvantage.
Kanbo yelled, "Kunai Slice N' Dice! Kunaiii!!!" Kunais were flying from her hand, as quick as a wink the kunais were gone, and the Waterfall ninja holding the Earth scroll was dead.
Another Waterfall ninja quickly grabbed an Earth scroll and said, "Well, well, well, looks like the Genin kid and her team is powerful than we are. I won't give up however."
Kanbo said, "Hah, Waterfall ninja, we ain't gonna give up as long the Leaf kicks over!"
Ischan yelled, "Chakra Rage!" His chakra level grew stronger, and he striked at the Waterfall ninja holding the Earth scroll, which made that ninja dead and gone.
Another Waterfall ninja, the last one, perhaps, grabbed the Earth scroll and said, "Wow, Genin kid and her team. Temaan Sensei will get angry, but Temaan wouldn't get angry if I finished your team off by myself, a pure savior to the Waterfall Village, amazing!"
Kanbo did a few handsigns and said, "Summoning jutsu: Pheonix Wind!"
The Waterfall ninja said, "A summoning jutsu? Hah, what will a healing pheonix will do any damage to me?"
Ignoring the Waterfall ninja, a pheonix appeared from sight. It healed Kanbo, Landan, and Ischan, and the pheonix cried, "Flare Storm!"
The pheonix went around and around the Waterfall ninja, burning him. All was left was the Earth scroll lieing down on the remains of the Waterfall ninja.
Kanbo said to the pheonix, "You. Go down and disappear in sight, fiery pheonix of the Leaf Village."
The pheonix was not in sight. Landan said, "Great job, Kanbo. How did you summon that great pheonix?"
Kanbo answered to Landan, "It's in my blood. I'm different from all the other Uchiha clan members. I know healing, but in my past, I shall be a Healing ninja. It takes time and chakra to know healing jutsu."
Ischan grabbed the Earth scroll, and it was already night time. He said, "C'mon guys, let's camp out here for the night. Kanbo, find some fishes and grab one. Landan, fix up the tent, and I'll try to find some firewood and make a fire."
Chapter 15: 1st Day Over: Search of Heaven's Scroll
The first day was over, six days left until the first part of the Chuunin Exams over. Ischan said, "Get up, I got a fish for us to eat. C'mon, I'm no good at cooking."
Kanbo got up and said, "Hah, at least I'm better at cooking than you, Ischan Uchiha. Look, Sand ninjas in our sight. We need Varra to help."
Landan got up and heard and said, "Varra is a Jounin, he may look like a Genin to us, but that's considered cheating, Kanbo. Varra might know every corner of the places in the Chuunin Exams. He might go to Mina... .to fight."
Kanbo answered, "Mina Serenca? That evil Jounin of the Sound trying to conquer the Leaf Village? If Varra is gonna fight Mina, then I'd have to help him."
Landan said, "Me too. Mina should be killed by now, but she's too strong for a Jounin. Everybody in the Leaf Village knows Mina is gonna conquer the Leaf Village, unless someone, maybe the Hokage... wait... don't tell me. Mina will try to murder the Hokage and she will have to sit down in the Hokage's throne. That will change the past of the Leaf Village. What will Naruto do?"
Ischan said, "Look out! Three shurkens heading this way!"
Ischan, Landan, and Kanbo dodged the three shurkens. The ones who threw the shurkens were shurken-masters, from the Mist.
One of the Mist ninjas said, "Hey, thanks for providing us with an Earth scroll. We needed one of those, after that, a Heaven scroll, and after that, true completion of the first section of the Chuunin Exams. Erijn will be proud of us after that!"
Another of the Mist ninjas said, "Erijn will be proud. Unless these Leaf Genins are strong, these scum will be easy."
Landan said, "Hah, we are strong for a Leaf Genin group. We aren't kids. We're Uchiha clan members."
The last of the Mist ninjas said, "All of you are Uchiha's? Great, this'll be a great fight. Uchiha's are strong, just how I like it!"
Chapter 16: Mist Ninjas' Attempt: Fighters' Style
The Mist ninjas said, "Water clone jutsu!" A thousand water clones of the Mist ninjas appeared.
Landan said, "You want some of it? Alright Mist ninjas, come at me!"
Landan did a few handsigns and said, "Shadow clone jutsu!"
More than a thousand Landan clones appeared out of nowhere, they all said, "C'mon Mist ninjas. Be at your best than a water clone jutsu!"
They attacked without a single word. All but one of the Mist ninjas were gone. The Mist ninja said, "Well. You Genins are too good, I believe. I won't give up. Who's the Mist ninja that gives up against a group of Leaf ninjas?"
Ischan did a few handsigns and said, "Shurkenjutsu! Flare shurkens!"
He threw a shurken with fire surrounding it, and killed the Mist ninja. The ninja said, "D...rat! Fo...ol...ish..... Leaf!"
Chapter 17: Mina S. The Sound Jounin: Masked Genin
Kanbo heard a yell, not from the Mist ninja's yell. She said, "Landan, Ischan! A yell from the northwestern side!"
Landan saw a poison leaf blowing over. She did a few handsigns and said, "Shadow clone jutsu!"
Copies of Landan came though, and the real Landan said, "One of you, grab that poison leaf right next to me, flying by."
One of the copies nodded and grabbed the leaf. The copy noticed the real Landan was testing. The copy Landan said, "A Sound ninja is here. I saw a large amount of chakra, and it was dangerous, more than a Genin's average chakra. That Sound ninja killed another ninja, a Rain ninja specifically. It also yells a name. Mina Serenca."
A person appeared. He or she had the same appearance of Mina, brown eyes filled with hatred, black, long hair. Her skin was pale, and Jounin clothes.
The Sound ninja said, "Yes... I am Mina Serenca. Part of a mysterious clan that specializes in ninjutsu."
Kanbo said, "Mina. What do you want? If you wish to raid the village, you'd have to go through us first! If you wish to kill us, go ahead and try!"
Mina put on her mask and pulled off the Jounin clothes. There, a small ninja shirt and pants was actually worn.
Varra suddenly appeared. He said, "Mina, what do you want from us? Mina Serenca... answer!"
Mina answered, "Your ninja squad you're teaching. They'll die. I'd murder your ninja squad before murdering the Hokage. That's my first part of the plan. My other parts, you will notice before the Leaf Village's death."
Varra said to Landan, Kanbo, and Ischan, "Let's use teamwork to defeat Mina Serenca. Who knows what Mina will change after murdering the Hokage?"
Chapter 18: Ischan, Landan, Kanbo and Varra versus Mina Serenca
Mina said, "Ah. I know I have to beat more than one ninja squad, Varra, and the other Uchiha clan members. But what will you face is a long story, like a thread. Then, that thread breaks upon. A spider will then replace the thread with a newer and more unbreakable thread. Each thread has a symbol. Sometimes the symbol means life, death, or even... revival. One of the threads are a tiny leaf, and it means life. But a flute means sacrifice, one of the hidden threads that was never shown until the Sound Village appeared."
That story was always told to many ninjas to scare them. It was much like Mina's past.
Varra said, "Yeah right. Many ninjas know it's just a story, Mina. You should've just told them to the Sound ninjas. Then, you wouldn't be the top criminal in the Leaf Village. You are some ninja when it comes to jutsus."
It was true, Mina had a pack of unique jutsus. She answered, "Top criminal? Wanted? Ha. Those Leaf ninjas mean death. Mist meant life, and Sand meant death. You Leaf ninjas are with alliances with the Sand ninjas, aren't you?"
Varra did not nod. He did a few handsigns and said, "Chakra Whirlwind!" He took a chakra mask from his backpack and started whirling around and around.
Mina easily avoided it. She said, "Chakra Whirlwind? That's easy to dodge, it's in circles. I can't believe sword-armed men were killed by Chakra Whirlwind, your simple jutsu."
Kanbo did a few handsigns and said, "Summoning jutsu: Pheonix Wind!"
A pheonix appeared and healed Varra, Ischan, Landan, and Kanbo. The tiny pheonix said, "Burn Whirlwind!"
Mina did a few handsigns, and said, "Sound Whirlwind!"
Mina quickly spun around and around, and the two whirlwinds hit, but her whirlwind hit the pheonix, quickly.
Mina did more handsigns and said, "Sound of Claw!" She quickly clawed Landan in the arm.
Landan said, "Ow... Varra Sensei!"
She fell down, weak. Kanbo said, "Landan! Landan! Can you hear me? Can you hear me, please?"
Kanbo went into Landan's side. Her arm was greatly damaged and bleeding like crazy.
Varra said, "Don't worry, Landan. After I finish with Mina, I'll be able to recover you. Kanbo, cover Landan. Me and Ischan will fight."
Kanbo said, "Be careful, Varra Sensei, Ischan Uchiha. Mina is strong, very strong."
Ischan did a few handsigns and said, "Shadow clone jutsu!"
Many Ischan clones appeared, uncountable. The Ischan clones attacked Mina.
Mina said, "Fool, did you think uncountable shadow clones can defeat me?"
She attacked every of Ischan's clones will a single kunai.
The real Ischan, behind Mina, did a few handsigns, and yelled, "Kunai Slash!"
Mina's cheek had a kunai wound. She did a few handsigns and yelled, "Sound Whirlwind!"
The whirlwind hit Ischan three times. He cried, "Kyoooo!" and fell to the ground, dead.
Mina said, "It's only you, Kanbo, and me."
Kanbo got into battle. She got a kunai and threw it at Mina. She easily dodged the kunai, and she said, "Easy... why did a throw a simple kunai, Kanbo?"
Kanbo did not answer to that. Mina did a few handsigns and yelled, "Quadruple Kunai Jutsu!"
Mina threw four kunais at once at Kanbo. She was the weakest of them all.
Only two kunais hit, two others were dodged. Varra said, "Kanbo, rest now. Use your pheonix summoning."
Kanbo did have enough chakra for the pheonix summoning, but just enough.
Kanbo whispered at Varra, "I just have enough for that jutsu."
Varra tried to stop Kanbo, "Wait!!!! Don't!"
Before Varra said that, Kanbo did a few handsigns and said, "Pheonix summoning!"
Two pheonixes were there, and the two pheonixes said, "Burn Blast!"
The two pheonixes blasted with fire at Mina. With those two blasts, Mina was weakened, but Kanbo had no chakra. She fell down, and her eyes were closed.
Mina said, "A sarcifice? My Sound ninjas are better than that. Now. It's only you and me, Varra. It has been long since we've first met."
Varra tried to escape, but Mina was able to throw a shurken before Varra even ran. Mina said, "I..."
"Noo!" Varra said. "Your ways will not contiune!!!!"
Mina took a kunai.
Varra said, "Please. Just let me bury my ninja students."
Mina was halfway to a stab.
Varra said, "Please, just... let me say good-bye to the Hokage."
Mina was nearly to a stab.
Varra said, "You Sound ninjas are bad to the end!"
Mina stabbed Varra, killed and dead.

The small flowers of the Leaf Village bloomed into full spring, as Landan, a girl just starting to be an Academy Student that's twelve years old, smiled at the blooming Leaf Village. Landan practiced her tree climbing jutsu, nearly mastered.
Kanbo, Landan's sister, yelled, "Landan-sama! Wait up, maybe Lika will play with us!"
Landan answered to Kanbo, "Kanbo-san. Lika-kun is too focused on his jutsus to even.... sigh...."
Chapter 1: Enter Landan Unata and Kanbo Unata
Landan and Kanbo, aka the Kid Unata clan Members, were following the Genin named Lika Iranda.
Lika heard Landan and Kanbo's footsteps and said, "Landan. Kanbo. The Hokage wants you for something. Hokage won't tell me, however."
Landan and Kanbo headed towards the Kage Tower, when suddenly, Landan said, "Hey. Kanbo, remember Varra? Our Jounin Sensei?"
Kanbo answered, "Yes, Landan-sama. Varra will be our Sensei when we pass the written exams. The Hokage might test us early. This day is gonna be counted as tomorrow soon."
Landan and Kanbo entered the Kage Tower. They felt tense inside.
Chapter 2: Surprise! The Actual Written Exams
The Hokage explained that he postponed the written exams for today.
Kanbo yelled at Landan, "I told you to be ready for the exams! Varra is gonna be up and ready!"
Landan said back to Kanbo, "Well, Kanbo-san, aren't we gonna be in a squad. I mean, we're the Kid Unata clan members, right? Unata is, I heard, a little ninjutsu expert, that 'another' Unata that isn't Varra."
Landan stayed quiet from the start of the written exams from the end of the written exams. Kanbo, when she was done, she secretly talked to another Academy Student about Varra and their upcoming Sensei's.
Chapter 3: Squad 1: Landan, Kanbo, Ischan, and Varra
The black-haired Jounin passed out the written test papers, and when Landan and Kanbo got theirs, they said, "Yeah! I passed!"
Landan and Kanbo's smile was stuck on there like permanent glue, until, that same black haired Jounin read from a paper, "Squad 1: Landan Unata, Kanbo Unata, and Ischan Uea, with the Sensei of Varra Handan."
Landan thought, Ischan is the most silent kid in the school. He can't be a Genin with the same squad number as mine. Maybe Ischan will be more social with Varra by his side. Two boys and two girls though, me and Kanbo with Ischan and Sensei Varra.
Ischan called out, "I'm sorry. Did you make a mistake, Jounin?"
The Jounin answered, "No, I didn't. Why is that, Ischan?"
Ischan answered back, "Well, Landan and Kanbo Unata are the worst ninjas I've ever known. These Kids of the Unata clan members are bad-graded and mis-behaved."
The same Jounin answered, "Actually, Kanbo Unata and Landan Unata are the students with the highest and tied scores on the written exams."
The other ninjas were surprised. Usually, the two Unata clan members would get the lowest score on the written exams. It's a first to get them to get the highest score.
Chapter 4: The Survival Test
After that, Kanbo Unata, Landan Unata, Ischan Uea, and Varra Handan went outside.
Varra said, "Well, it's the time you get to be a real ninja, Kanbo, Landan, Ischan. The real test is called The Survival Test. I took it years ago, before, when I was an Academy Student. Alright, let me explain how to pass the Survival Test. All you have to do is to get those bells hanging over. That's it."
Kanbo said, "Well this'll be easy with Landan's Shadow Clone Jutsu. Only a few chakra should be handled."
Landan yelled from Varra's back, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
Suddenly, a copy Landan came and attacked Varra, and yelled, "Kanbo, take the left, Ischan, take the right, and I'll take the front!"
They all got their places and Varra's voice said, "Replacement Jutsu!"
Varra disappeared and ended with a tree stump. Kanbo yelled, "Oh... GREAT!!! Varra-sama used the Replacement Jutsu. You need to train that Shadow Clone Jutsu, there, Landan."
Kanbo, Ischan, and Landan headed towards Varra, hanging out behind a tree. "Got'cha, bells!" yelled Kanbo.
Kanbo pulled her hand out, but, no bells in hand. Kanbo muttered, "Replacement jutsu. Again."
Landan got an idea, and said, "We'll waste Varra's chakra. He'll decide to use an offensive jutsu instead of the replacement jutsu, maybe."
Ischan said, "No wait. Varra is a high-leveled Jounin, meaning he has high chakra points. There's no mean of wasting his chakra."
Kanbo studied the area for a while and said, "Hold on. We have to use teamwork and effort, taking Varra's bells. Then, when he uses a replacement jutsu, one split up and look for Varra. The other two use Shadow Clone Jutsu to explore the rest of the area. After that, we can all specifally, use teamwork to get Varra's bells."
Ischan and Landan agreed to Kanbo's plan. They all did the repeating things, until...
Until. Varra was halfway tired. Ischan, Landan, and Kanbo were all tired, but they did not give up.
"Now!" yelled Kanbo!
Kanbo, Landan, and Ischan took the bells at once, and it was a success.
"A pack of bells, coming up!" yelled Landan.
Chapter 5: The First Mission: Escort of the Sound Village
It was another day and it was the day of Squad 1's first mission. Ischan Uea, Kanbo Unata, and Landan Unata were there, but where was Varra?
Varra came up thirty minutes late, saying, "Well. I was doing an errand, for a non ninja from the Leaf Village. Another errand-asker came by and I told that guy I had to go to my squad. For the first mission."
They all came to the Kage Tower and the Hokage told them it was an escort, from the Hidden Sound Village. That escort was named Hanlanna, the flute bard.
Hanlanna said, "I would like an escort. I had to do some errands with permisson with one of the Jounins. So... these are the ones who will accompany me?"
Varra nodded, "Yes. The boy here is named Ischan Uea, the two girls are named Kanbo Unata and Landan Unata. I am named Varra Handan."
Hanlanna answered politely, "I am Hanlanna Lanndanna. My plans of my escort? Nobody knows."
Chapter 6: The Road to the Sound Village
Hanlanna, Varra, Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan were already on the road to the Sound Village, when suddenly, two sword-armed men were attacking them.
Landan yelled, "Ischan! Use your Shadow Clone Jutsu on the sword-armed men!"
Ischan nodded and yelled, "Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Two copies of Ischan came and threw two shurkens, each, at the two sword-armed men.
One of them were caught off guard and stabbed Landan on the arm.
Varra yelled, "Whirlwind of Chakra!!!" Varra started whirling around with a chakra mask and it flashed. In two shouts, the two sword-armed men were dead.
Varra said, "Let's leave these bodies. They cannot be revived."
Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan nodded, and said, "Yes Sensei Varra."
Hanlanna suddenly said, "You two are Unata clan members eh? Nice meeting you, Kanbo, Landan."
Kanbo and Landan both said, "Yes, Hanlanna."
Varra, Kanbo, Landan, Ischan, and Hanlanna tagged along with looking for a threat to Hanlanna, the escort of the Sound Village.
Chapter 7: In the Sound Village
Kanbo, Landan, Ischan, Varra and Hanlanna were at their destination: the Sound Village. That Village was no sameage, and had no beauty, all it took was two weeks to journey to the Sound.
Kanbo asked to Hanlanna, "Hanlanna, why is your home village so spooky and evil-feeling?"
Hanlanna replied to Kanbo, "Kanbo-san, my home village is under no rule. I actually heard there's gonna be a man named Orochimaru. I can't tell what Orochimaru looks like. It's supposed to be only told to the Sound."
Varra said to Hanlanna, "This must be a B ranked mission. Let's get out of here before trouble awaits, Ischan, Kanbo, Landan."
Landan said before going out back to the Leaf, "Wait Sensei Varra. I want to finish my first hard mission, and complete it."
Kanbo agreed, but Ischan said, "Kanbo-san, Landan-sama, we're heading straight into danger. This is too hard for us, we're just Genins, finishing D rank missions and C rank missions."
Landan said to Ischan, "Ischan, that's the point. We Genins normally finish D and C ranked missions, but if we finish the hardest mission as Genins, we'll get fame, and appreciation, even from your clan, Ischan. Everyone's clan, even Unata clan."
A couple of Sound ninjas came along and said, "Look, it's flute bard Hanlanna, and her escorts! C'mon Team Sound!"
After the Sound ninjas said that, more Sound ninjas gathered round Hanlanna, Ischan, Varra, Landan and Kanbo, and they were nervous, they couldn't fight an army of Sound ninjas all at once.
Varra yelled, "C'mon Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, Hanlanna. There are about 1,000 Sound ninjas gathered to defeat us within. Follow me!"
Varra, with Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, and Hanlanna following Varra, he quickly got to the gates of Hanlanna's little house.
Hanlanna said, "Thank you, Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, and Varra. Wonderful job, Varra. You need this special kunai I, Hanlanna, made. It's of steel like regular kunais, but has the ability to heal wounds with a scrape from that kunai. Thank you, Ischan Uea, Landan Unata, Kanbo Unata, Varra Handan."
With that, Hanlanna gave the team four special kunais, with the same abilty to heal wounds.
Ischan said, "Thank you, Hanlanna."
Hanlanna went into the little house, Varra saying, "Look, the Sound army. Quickly! Use your replacement jutsu, replace yourself with that tree!"
Four voices said, "Replacement jutsu! Go!"
Ischan, Landan, Kanbo, and Varra escaped and replacement of a tree stump, the most basic replacement, and returned to the Sound Village's gates.
Chapter 8: Back Upon The Leaf
The Hokage said, "Young Landan, Ischan, Kanbo, and Varra. You have finished your first B mission. I congratulate you."
Kanbo said, "Landan, the kunai. Where is it?"
Landan replied to Kanbo, "The kunai was taken away by four Jounins, remember? Those four Jounins thought that medical kunai was a trap to kill us. I really understand that, you should understand that too Kanbo. By the way, where's Ischan?"
Kanbo said, "What? Now you're worried about Ischan? I really don't know where he's went into. Probably a preparation of the Chuunin Exams, you know, with the scrolls, the tournaments?"
Ischan appeared out of nowhere, "Hello, Kanbo, Landan, Varra, Hokage."
Kanbo asked Ischan, "Where were you, Ischan? Landan was worried about you, but I wasn't worried."
Ischan replied, "I was hiding in the Leaf, looking out for an Akatsuki warrior or some threat to the Village. Trust me or I'll kill you."
Kanbo said, "Ah, I see. See Landan, you don't have to be worried about Ischan."
Landan looked out of the window and said, "Akatsuki warriors, attacking our village."
Everyone except the Hokage said, "Akatsuki warriors?"
Chapter 9: Akatsuki Warrior Raid! The Smallest Raid Ever
Kanbo said, "You saw Akatsuki warriors? Why didn't you told us earlier, like when it started?"
Landan replied to Kanbo, "Kanbo, I usually don't tell anyone anything until I've noticed it and I am not dreaming. I haven't noticed it until later. I've heard two Akatsuki warriors that are named Oran and Narro. Narro is Oran spelled backwards, without an R in Narro."
Kanbo said, "I'm sure Narro and Oran are raiding the village. It's because I've heard them destroying multiple towns in the Leaf. They've been known worldwide, in the Mist, in the Sound, in the Sand, everywhere."
Kanbo and Landan secretly entered Narro and Oran's view.
Narro was a brown haired male with Akatsuki warrior's clothes. There was a kunai tied to his waist, and with the headband of the Sound Village, and with a strike across the symbol.
Oran was a brown haired female with Akatsuki warrior's clothes. There was medical needles tied to her waist, with the headband of the Mist Village, and with a strike across the symbol.
Narro said, "Who are you kids? You must be a Genin, from the Leaf. I am Narro, if you want to die."
Oran contiuned and said, "I am Oran. The medical Akatsuki warrior, only the medical Akatsuki warrior. I am however, nimble enough to dodge an opponent's attack."
Landan said, "I am Landan Unata. From the Leaf, and one of the three Genins to first finish a B ranked mission."
Kanbo said, "I am Kanbo Unata. I am also one of the three Genins to first finish a B ranked mission. Ischan is the third one to first finish a B ranked mission, so call us popular now, Oran, Narro!"
Chapter 10: Kanbo Unata and Landan Unata Versus Oran Iskamusa and Narro Iskamusa
Narro and Oran said, "We are part of the Iskamusa clan, with a long line of Akatsuki warriors. Die before your eyes, Kanbo, Landan."
Kanbo and Landan quickly seperated, and Landan yelled, "Shadow Clone jutsu! Double chakra power!!!!"
Landan summoned her clones everywhere in sight, sitting, standing, everywhere. Landan said, "Attack, Landanners!" The Landan's were absolutely everywhere, and with those words, attacked the Akatsuki warriors.
Oran said, "Simpletons. Attacking with a weak genjutsu is probably the least choice your teammate can make, probably. Now, Narro."
Narro did a few handsigns and said, "Fire jutsu: Double Power Fire Breath Jutsu!"
Narro aimed her hand at Kanbo, and burning Kanbo, Kanbo yelled, "Kyoooooooo!!!"
A three-tomoe crimson eye, Sharingan. Kanbo yelled at Landan, "Look. We're actually Uchiha's. Kanbo Uchiha and Landan Uchiha. We're actually the Uchiha Kid Members, not the Unata Kid Members. I made that clan name up, Unata.... something like Hinata. We're actually Uchiha's, the users of the Sharingan eye, the Blood-Red, it's our bloodline."
Soon, Landan had the same color eyes, the Sharingan eye, with three tomoe. Kanbo said, "Don't tell anyone though. If you ever told someone about it, our whole lives would wound up to be ruined. It's because we lied an enemorous lie, there's no such thing as an Unata clan member. The clan members are dead, so we are actually Uchiha's, in hopes of becoming Chuunins, then Jounins, then defeating our enemies. We are avengers, like Sasuke's small story."
Chapter 11: Ischan and Varra Saves The Town
A day of fighting with Sharingan with Kanbo and Landan was hard versus two wisely chosen Akatsuki warriors named Oran and Narro. Kanbo and Landan was weakened, nearly going into death, and Narro and Oran seems unscathed by any of Kanbo and Landan's weak jutsus.
A day passed, and came morning. Ischan and Varra entered, saying, "Kanbo-san, Landan-sama, there you are. These two Akatsuki warriors coming to kill you? No problem. We two can handle them good looking girl and boy."
Kanbo was happy to see Sensei Varra and Team Member #3 Ischan, saying, "Varra, Ischan, I'm glad to see you two."
Varra said, "No, the Hokage sent us on a minimission to defeat the two Akatsuki warriors. He strangely knew the place where the Akatsuki warriors were hiding, and sent us there, since I'm a powerful Jounin and Ischan being an Uchiha. I've heard Kanbo were Uchiha's and so was Landan Uchiha. I can tell by the red eyes, and Ischan has reddish eyes with the same number of tomoe, three. And I am with the same clan too, Varra Uchiha. The Hokage told everywhere, so don't keep it a secret, Uchiha guys. By the way, Kanbo, the Hokage called you Kan-Kan-san for some odd reason, and Landan's nickname, Lan. Sorry, I couldn't keep it a secret."
Soon, Varra and Ischan killed the two Akatsuki warriors with two strokes.
Chapter 12: The Chuunin Exams Tomorrow! Believe it!
Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan were at the village square, and Varra was late, again.
Kanbo said, "I heard there's gonna be a Chuunin Exam tomorrow. Once only at these days. Let's go and enter."
Landan said, "Think, Kanbo, Ischan. Are we strong enough to face many people? I know we finished a B ranked mission, but that doesn't prove our strength."
Ischan said, "We're ready. Remember your very strong Shadow Clone jutsu? Remember I killed an Akatsuki warrior? Remember your quickness and smartness, Kanbo? Always the last one to pop-up your ideas whenever you have an idea?"
There were many "Ahh's." and "Ohh..." and "I surely want to join the Chuunin Exams."
Varra appeared and said, "We're not ready for the Chuunin Exams. Our strengthness of a genjutsu, a killness of an Akatsuki warrior, and a quickness and a smartness for one person isn't enough."
Ischan said, "Really? I guess we don't have to give up, Varra-kun. Look around, Genjutsu master Sakura entered the Chuunin exams, and tied up with Ino. Shadow Clone jutsu expert Naruto entered the Chuunin Exams and nearly won it, just because of Orochimaru, in the last section of the test. Avenger Sasuke Uchiha entered, he's someone to defeat one Akatsuki warrior, which is Itachi Uchiha."
Varra replied to Ischan, "Look, Ischan. Ino means pig which means useless. Sakura is a name for blossoms, and Naruto, I really don't know. Oh, ok, Ischan, Kanbo, Landan, you can all enter the Chuunin Exams and be hope to be Chuunins at the end."
Chapter 13: Chuunin Exams: Part 1
Varra, Ischan, Kanbo, and Landan were at the Leaf Village's gates for no reason, just Varra wanted to.
Kanbo said, "So, where's this Sound army, Mist army, and Sand army is coming up?"
Varra pointed and said, "There they are. All the Sound Genins, the Mist Genins, and the Sand Genins are here to visit Leaf Village to take the Chuunin Exams."
Kanbo, Ischan, and Landan were at the Chuunin Exam, the first part.
Ischan said, "So all we have to get is an Earth scroll and a Heaven scroll, not reading the two scrolls? I understand. This is not gonna be easy, because Waterfall Village has a good Genin part of group."
Kanbo looked around, saw three Waterfall Village ninjas, and said, "Look! There's a Waterfall Village squad near that bush. Quickly, we must attack and grab that Earth scroll."
Chapter 14: Got Earth Scroll: A Group of Waterfall Ninjas Fight
Landan said, "Ohiii! Waterfall ninjas!"
A Waterfall ninja said, "Look, Genin kid. We don't have any time to meddle around with your weak team. Go along with peace or you must grab your hopes down, we're a stronger team than we look."
That certain Waterfall ninja had an Earth scroll in his right hand, meaning Landan, Kanbo, and Ischan had great luck.
Kanbo thought, We're so lucky. An Earth scroll, the most basic scroll to recieve in the first part of the Chuunin Exams.
Landan took out her kunai, saying, "We'd like to fight you. We're not a weak team, look, Squad 1!"
Landan quickly said, "Shadow Clone jutsu!" There were clones of her, thousands, her shadow clone stronger and more advanced, perhaps even more nimble.
Landan said, "Attack, now, Landanners, again!"
The Landan clones attacked the Waterfall ninja holding the Earth scroll, leaving that ninja more than damaged, wounded. Though Landan's clones were dead and gone, that Waterfall ninja had a disadvantage.
Kanbo yelled, "Kunai Slice N' Dice! Kunaiii!!!" Kunais were flying from her hand, as quick as a wink the kunais were gone, and the Waterfall ninja holding the Earth scroll was dead.
Another Waterfall ninja quickly grabbed an Earth scroll and said, "Well, well, well, looks like the Genin kid and her team is powerful than we are. I won't give up however."
Kanbo said, "Hah, Waterfall ninja, we ain't gonna give up as long the Leaf kicks over!"
Ischan yelled, "Chakra Rage!" His chakra level grew stronger, and he striked at the Waterfall ninja holding the Earth scroll, which made that ninja dead and gone.
Another Waterfall ninja, the last one, perhaps, grabbed the Earth scroll and said, "Wow, Genin kid and her team. Temaan Sensei will get angry, but Temaan wouldn't get angry if I finished your team off by myself, a pure savior to the Waterfall Village, amazing!"
Kanbo did a few handsigns and said, "Summoning jutsu: Pheonix Wind!"
The Waterfall ninja said, "A summoning jutsu? Hah, what will a healing pheonix will do any damage to me?"
Ignoring the Waterfall ninja, a pheonix appeared from sight. It healed Kanbo, Landan, and Ischan, and the pheonix cried, "Flare Storm!"
The pheonix went around and around the Waterfall ninja, burning him. All was left was the Earth scroll lieing down on the remains of the Waterfall ninja.
Kanbo said to the pheonix, "You. Go down and disappear in sight, fiery pheonix of the Leaf Village."
The pheonix was not in sight. Landan said, "Great job, Kanbo. How did you summon that great pheonix?"
Kanbo answered to Landan, "It's in my blood. I'm different from all the other Uchiha clan members. I know healing, but in my past, I shall be a Healing ninja. It takes time and chakra to know healing jutsu."
Ischan grabbed the Earth scroll, and it was already night time. He said, "C'mon guys, let's camp out here for the night. Kanbo, find some fishes and grab one. Landan, fix up the tent, and I'll try to find some firewood and make a fire."
Chapter 15: 1st Day Over: Search of Heaven's Scroll
The first day was over, six days left until the first part of the Chuunin Exams over. Ischan said, "Get up, I got a fish for us to eat. C'mon, I'm no good at cooking."
Kanbo got up and said, "Hah, at least I'm better at cooking than you, Ischan Uchiha. Look, Sand ninjas in our sight. We need Varra to help."
Landan got up and heard and said, "Varra is a Jounin, he may look like a Genin to us, but that's considered cheating, Kanbo. Varra might know every corner of the places in the Chuunin Exams. He might go to Mina... .to fight."
Kanbo answered, "Mina Serenca? That evil Jounin of the Sound trying to conquer the Leaf Village? If Varra is gonna fight Mina, then I'd have to help him."
Landan said, "Me too. Mina should be killed by now, but she's too strong for a Jounin. Everybody in the Leaf Village knows Mina is gonna conquer the Leaf Village, unless someone, maybe the Hokage... wait... don't tell me. Mina will try to murder the Hokage and she will have to sit down in the Hokage's throne. That will change the past of the Leaf Village. What will Naruto do?"
Ischan said, "Look out! Three shurkens heading this way!"
Ischan, Landan, and Kanbo dodged the three shurkens. The ones who threw the shurkens were shurken-masters, from the Mist.
One of the Mist ninjas said, "Hey, thanks for providing us with an Earth scroll. We needed one of those, after that, a Heaven scroll, and after that, true completion of the first section of the Chuunin Exams. Erijn will be proud of us after that!"
Another of the Mist ninjas said, "Erijn will be proud. Unless these Leaf Genins are strong, these scum will be easy."
Landan said, "Hah, we are strong for a Leaf Genin group. We aren't kids. We're Uchiha clan members."
The last of the Mist ninjas said, "All of you are Uchiha's? Great, this'll be a great fight. Uchiha's are strong, just how I like it!"
Chapter 16: Mist Ninjas' Attempt: Fighters' Style
The Mist ninjas said, "Water clone jutsu!" A thousand water clones of the Mist ninjas appeared.
Landan said, "You want some of it? Alright Mist ninjas, come at me!"
Landan did a few handsigns and said, "Shadow clone jutsu!"
More than a thousand Landan clones appeared out of nowhere, they all said, "C'mon Mist ninjas. Be at your best than a water clone jutsu!"
They attacked without a single word. All but one of the Mist ninjas were gone. The Mist ninja said, "Well. You Genins are too good, I believe. I won't give up. Who's the Mist ninja that gives up against a group of Leaf ninjas?"
Ischan did a few handsigns and said, "Shurkenjutsu! Flare shurkens!"
He threw a shurken with fire surrounding it, and killed the Mist ninja. The ninja said, "D...rat! Fo...ol...ish..... Leaf!"
Chapter 17: Mina S. The Sound Jounin: Masked Genin
Kanbo heard a yell, not from the Mist ninja's yell. She said, "Landan, Ischan! A yell from the northwestern side!"
Landan saw a poison leaf blowing over. She did a few handsigns and said, "Shadow clone jutsu!"
Copies of Landan came though, and the real Landan said, "One of you, grab that poison leaf right next to me, flying by."
One of the copies nodded and grabbed the leaf. The copy noticed the real Landan was testing. The copy Landan said, "A Sound ninja is here. I saw a large amount of chakra, and it was dangerous, more than a Genin's average chakra. That Sound ninja killed another ninja, a Rain ninja specifically. It also yells a name. Mina Serenca."
A person appeared. He or she had the same appearance of Mina, brown eyes filled with hatred, black, long hair. Her skin was pale, and Jounin clothes.
The Sound ninja said, "Yes... I am Mina Serenca. Part of a mysterious clan that specializes in ninjutsu."
Kanbo said, "Mina. What do you want? If you wish to raid the village, you'd have to go through us first! If you wish to kill us, go ahead and try!"
Mina put on her mask and pulled off the Jounin clothes. There, a small ninja shirt and pants was actually worn.
Varra suddenly appeared. He said, "Mina, what do you want from us? Mina Serenca... answer!"
Mina answered, "Your ninja squad you're teaching. They'll die. I'd murder your ninja squad before murdering the Hokage. That's my first part of the plan. My other parts, you will notice before the Leaf Village's death."
Varra said to Landan, Kanbo, and Ischan, "Let's use teamwork to defeat Mina Serenca. Who knows what Mina will change after murdering the Hokage?"
Chapter 18: Ischan, Landan, Kanbo and Varra versus Mina Serenca
Mina said, "Ah. I know I have to beat more than one ninja squad, Varra, and the other Uchiha clan members. But what will you face is a long story, like a thread. Then, that thread breaks upon. A spider will then replace the thread with a newer and more unbreakable thread. Each thread has a symbol. Sometimes the symbol means life, death, or even... revival. One of the threads are a tiny leaf, and it means life. But a flute means sacrifice, one of the hidden threads that was never shown until the Sound Village appeared."
That story was always told to many ninjas to scare them. It was much like Mina's past.
Varra said, "Yeah right. Many ninjas know it's just a story, Mina. You should've just told them to the Sound ninjas. Then, you wouldn't be the top criminal in the Leaf Village. You are some ninja when it comes to jutsus."
It was true, Mina had a pack of unique jutsus. She answered, "Top criminal? Wanted? Ha. Those Leaf ninjas mean death. Mist meant life, and Sand meant death. You Leaf ninjas are with alliances with the Sand ninjas, aren't you?"
Varra did not nod. He did a few handsigns and said, "Chakra Whirlwind!" He took a chakra mask from his backpack and started whirling around and around.
Mina easily avoided it. She said, "Chakra Whirlwind? That's easy to dodge, it's in circles. I can't believe sword-armed men were killed by Chakra Whirlwind, your simple jutsu."
Kanbo did a few handsigns and said, "Summoning jutsu: Pheonix Wind!"
A pheonix appeared and healed Varra, Ischan, Landan, and Kanbo. The tiny pheonix said, "Burn Whirlwind!"
Mina did a few handsigns, and said, "Sound Whirlwind!"
Mina quickly spun around and around, and the two whirlwinds hit, but her whirlwind hit the pheonix, quickly.
Mina did more handsigns and said, "Sound of Claw!" She quickly clawed Landan in the arm.
Landan said, "Ow... Varra Sensei!"
She fell down, weak. Kanbo said, "Landan! Landan! Can you hear me? Can you hear me, please?"
Kanbo went into Landan's side. Her arm was greatly damaged and bleeding like crazy.
Varra said, "Don't worry, Landan. After I finish with Mina, I'll be able to recover you. Kanbo, cover Landan. Me and Ischan will fight."
Kanbo said, "Be careful, Varra Sensei, Ischan Uchiha. Mina is strong, very strong."
Ischan did a few handsigns and said, "Shadow clone jutsu!"
Many Ischan clones appeared, uncountable. The Ischan clones attacked Mina.
Mina said, "Fool, did you think uncountable shadow clones can defeat me?"
She attacked every of Ischan's clones will a single kunai.
The real Ischan, behind Mina, did a few handsigns, and yelled, "Kunai Slash!"
Mina's cheek had a kunai wound. She did a few handsigns and yelled, "Sound Whirlwind!"
The whirlwind hit Ischan three times. He cried, "Kyoooo!" and fell to the ground, dead.
Mina said, "It's only you, Kanbo, and me."
Kanbo got into battle. She got a kunai and threw it at Mina. She easily dodged the kunai, and she said, "Easy... why did a throw a simple kunai, Kanbo?"
Kanbo did not answer to that. Mina did a few handsigns and yelled, "Quadruple Kunai Jutsu!"
Mina threw four kunais at once at Kanbo. She was the weakest of them all.
Only two kunais hit, two others were dodged. Varra said, "Kanbo, rest now. Use your pheonix summoning."
Kanbo did have enough chakra for the pheonix summoning, but just enough.
Kanbo whispered at Varra, "I just have enough for that jutsu."
Varra tried to stop Kanbo, "Wait!!!! Don't!"
Before Varra said that, Kanbo did a few handsigns and said, "Pheonix summoning!"
Two pheonixes were there, and the two pheonixes said, "Burn Blast!"
The two pheonixes blasted with fire at Mina. With those two blasts, Mina was weakened, but Kanbo had no chakra. She fell down, and her eyes were closed.
Mina said, "A sarcifice? My Sound ninjas are better than that. Now. It's only you and me, Varra. It has been long since we've first met."
Varra tried to escape, but Mina was able to throw a shurken before Varra even ran. Mina said, "I..."
"Noo!" Varra said. "Your ways will not contiune!!!!"
Mina took a kunai.
Varra said, "Please. Just let me bury my ninja students."
Mina was halfway to a stab.
Varra said, "Please, just... let me say good-bye to the Hokage."
Mina was nearly to a stab.
Varra said, "You Sound ninjas are bad to the end!"
Mina stabbed Varra, killed and dead.
Will Mina contiune her ways of a shinobi? Will the Hokage get murdered? Tune in next time... in Landan's Story!
