If by pervy sage you mean Jiraiya,then yes he would win no doubt. Naruto kicked Haku's ass by using just a little of Kyuubi and we very well know that Jiraiya can easily beat less-than-four-tailed Naruto.
It makes him stronger than Haku.. ><

In Narutimate Accel 2 Haku wins. Well, it's because I use Haku. I friend of mine uses Jiraiya a lot. Only my Haku can beat him. But, in this Naruto world it's easy. Jiraiya wins.
