Well i don't know yet(i haven't watched shipuden)but I'm prety sure that Ebisu team will be stronger because team 7 is prety weak.

Team 7 is definitely the strongest over all team in the Konoha 12.(Counting Sai).
And also...Team Ebisu is a bunch of 9 year olds.
