this is true. i thought about this one for a couple days. i'm still undecided.

Naruto Reasons:

1) every star wars character has been seen moving, no matter how fast. sasuke has achieved the skill of moving so fast w/o being seen by the naked eye.

2) what would star warrs do against summons like gamabunta?

3) there are some totally awesome nin/genjutsu's out there that could give the force a run for its money.

4) what would the jedi do against something like kyubi?

actually if a light saber hit chidori it'd be like hitting another lightsaber. when might gai was explaining what chidori is back in sasuke's chunin exam he said:
"...making the arm completely indestructible...".

and if the chidori user charged a jedi the speed which chidori requires is incredible so maybe chidori would strike first.
