Downloading GIMP

I'm a total n00b to the concept of 'downloading', so I'd need step-by-step instruction of the process if I ever want to get this right. Any helpers?

This is the link to the latest GIMP package from the official website so no virus'
Just run the window that comes up to download it and then follow the instructions on how to install it.
You might need to click the bar that comes up at the top first though ;)
