Have you read the 7th book? cause it plainly stated there that Voldy DID die. Harry destroyed all horcruxes and the many horcruxes Voldy makes, the more weak his original self becomes. Unlike Oro who could just use new bodies at a whim. I think Oro had gone closer to immortality than what Voldy's accomplished.

I have the 7th book.Yes Vol lost his Horuxruxes.But to make it fair Vol should have them in the battle.He dies yes but only because of the Elder Wand.Oro does not have the Elder Wand.Dumbledore says in the books that Vol knows more magic spells and stuff.

having horcruxes in battle would be a foolish thing to do. Its merely presenting to your opponent what they should destroy to get rid of the original self. Suppose that Vol does really know more magic but all this magic would be useless without a wand and if Oro manages to take it off Voldy's hand then the battle is decided. Oro wins. But if Oro doesn't manage to take off the wand, he could easily dodge voldy's spells and stab him with a kunai at a blind spot. Voldy didn't die just because of the Elder Wand. Remember that the previous possesors of the Elder Wand were killed that's why it's been handed down to different wizards and witches.

any type of curse can be dodged. ^^ with oro's exceptional talent as a ninja, he could just easily dodge or even deflect the curses. remember that some curses can be blocked by simple things like boulders (just like in the 4th book when Voldy killed Cedric and Harry escaped by jumping into large stones and tombs.)

They don't have to say what they are doing so you wont be expecting it to hit you. YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO USE REPLACEMENT TECHNIQUES AND ALL THAT NINJUTSU! YOU COULD WIN WITH VERY GOOD TAIJUTSU AND A SHARP EYE. NINJAS DON'T USE CHAKRA WHILE DODGING. IT'S JUST THEIR PHYSICAL STRENGTH!!! CHAKRA'S ONLY USED WHEN PERFORMING NINJUTSUS.

dodging spells DOES NOT, repeat, DOES NOT use any chakra at all, if it makes use of chakra it would still be a very small amount cause it's the physical energy that's used. And by the time the chakra gets used up, Oro would've had killed Voldy with just a head kick for Voldy.
