This is not a one on one fight, it's a fight to see who can cause more damage to solid ground. Basically, who has the stronger punch.

I'll say Chouji, if what he says is true, and that he is 100X stronger, he'll seal it for me.

Also, he blocked Jiroubou with one arm, and killed him with a punch with no chakra concentrated in it. Jiroubou's punch made a huge crater, and he lifted a Gamabunta sized Chouji. All that blocked by a hand.

Yeah I would say Chouji as well but to play the devil's advocate, he was hitting with chakra charged hits correct? Sakura also does that. However Chouji did that that he brought all his chakra to hit fist so...

One Punch.
Chouji was a genin then too.
He's stronger now.
Sakura's loads stronger too.
Probably stronger(in strength) than Jirobou was.
But still no way she could beat Butterfly Chouji.

Ill admit that Butterfly Chouji is a Beast and he opened a can a whoop ass on Jirobou......But Sakura now is a damn Monster and I think she will find a way to beat Chouji in that God mode of his

Sakura can't live through the speed or power of Choudan Bakugeki...but it will kill Chouji aswell...so its a tie

Chouji can win but if he uses his pill he will get weaker. Sakura cant be that powerfull yet but i say tsunade and chouji can have a great fight
