here i want you to show us jutsus that youve made.
heres on of mine:
Name: Saturn rasengan
users: a rasengan user and a well skilled uchiha clan member
how to do it: the rasengan user makes a normal rasengan in his right hand, and then the uchiha clan member blows fire from his mouth and controls it to move around the rasengan forming a ring (only very skilled uchiha clan members can do this)
damage: burns the opponets skin and unless the oppenet is very strong it will kill the oppenet.
damage done to user: uchiha clan member: none rasengan user: if its a beginner in the rasengan than the hand could get burned.

Rasengan Fists.


Creates lower level Rasengan around both fists for 15 seconds tops. Uses up a high amount of chakra, however. With the punches the lower rasengan power is also felt.


Downside to it: slows the body down afterwards, making you very tired.

It is a combination of the Rainbow Rasengan and Chidori. It is fused with some toxic bombs that explode when it hits the opponent. The T.R. can twists your skin like the normal rasengan but deeper and faster. It will poison you then from the outside in. Then you start feeling weird and then you die slowly.

Damage to opponent: Badly wounded and in Hypontic state.
Why is it a B rank: It's difficult to make the flute, having to be purely wind attribute.

Description: A very powerful technique, it needs a huge amount of Chakra, so much that it is visible around the user's hand. Once one hand has been charged with a sufficient amount of chakra, then the other will be forming the rasengan...then by pushing the two together it will combine as one forming the lightning edge rasengan.
Damage to opponent: It will pierce through the opponent then make the opponent spin so fast that it will cause the body of the opponent to disappear if not tear him/her to pieces...this attack will definitely kill...but leaves the user vulnerable.

If they touch it, the effects of long range work, and they get the coating on themselzes as well, they [obviously] get severly cut. The coating itself drains and nulifies all chakra it's attached to.
Damage to user: General chakra loss.

discription: uses 75% of the user's chakra to summon a flame that devours the target's nerve system; if the user's skill is high enough, the user can target the target's chakra points.

side effects: just as the one above, uses an unexplainable amount of chakra to obliterate the opponent's chances of winning. the more times it is used without rest, the weaker it is...(obviously)

Discription: the user does somthing similar to forced sleep jutsu yet touches oppenent. the user then falls asleep. wen attacked the users body will act like a voodoo doll and wil damage oppont. the users body wont be effected by these attacks. e.g. if the oppnent stabs the user, the opponent will be stabbed whilst the user appears unaffected.
Downside: if missed wen performing this the user will fall asleep anyways and be open too attack, pointless if the oppnant doesnt attack, and will last for the amount of chakra u have minus 10%.

While the water that was forming a tornado hits the part in the body that has been opened and goes inside the body. then the water freezes the inside of the body and its chakra points.
KILLING THE USER
Damage to user: If the oppenet isnt that strong than the cyrstal wont be able to maintain its power and it will exsplode.

Tetsu suna yoroi: Iron sand armor, uses raiakagan to magnetically attach iron sand to his skin

Zanetsuken: Raging Blade, Flying into hades. Basically a sicle of chakra, with extreme cutting power.

Double Lotus: Fast movement into a sideways back hand, then a moves extremely quickly behind victim

Spinning Lotus: An extremly quick spin, usually used to fire off multiple Zantensukens

Creating jutsu are easy. Just look at the plenty arsenal at my forums lol. Like my favorite one is that I made a Mangekyou Byakugan and made a jutsu called Spirit Wanderer.

This isn't exactly a technique, but a combination of techniques already existing:

Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu, then most of the clones jump into the air, above the opponent, leaving a circle of clones on the ground to make it impossible for the enemy to get away. Then all the clones simply make a Fire Bolt Jutsu or something else, how about that? , :->
There's not really any sideeffects besides losing a lot of Chakra, and it's easy to perform!

What it does: After doing the handseals, gather chakra into your chest and blow out and water will form into a dragon. Also in the middle of the water will be a poison/acid that can't be seen so that the opponent won't be extra careful not to be hit by this jutsu. In the handseals you would be doing the same as if you were doing a regular Suiton: Suiryuudan. You are just adding the extra handseal(s) that allow you to make it into a poisonous one. It takes a lot of chakra, but worth it if it hits the enemy.

Rasengan Nagashi: Similar to Chidori Nagashi. Forms an armor made of chakra around the user's body with a swirl pattern on it. Coming in contact causes damage like a normal Rasengan would.
