Here is where all events taking place in the Amegakure are posted. You can walk around and associate with others, chill, or have epic battles. Have fun.
Kimen
02-24-2009, 10:38 PM
A destructive chakra pierced through the air. The chakra was so powerful it would send weak knees on their collapsing state. Kimen walked out from behind a random, ragged building. Each footstep he took sent a knife of pain lunging through the villagers' heads, at least that's what the pressure felt like. Kimen didn't bother to compress his chakra as he walked, he just dared anyone try to touch him. Kimen always thought highly of himself, this time was no different. People in the village normally feared him as he walked by.
Kimen walked through the levels of Amegakure, stopping at a familiar place. It was the tallest building in Amegakure, the same place the leader of the old legendary Akatsuki, Pein, hung out at. Kimen walked inside of the building, further elevating inside until he was standing at the top of the building, walking on the tongue of the twisted looking face that made little kids cry, then again Kimen's face did that too. He stood on the tip of the tongue, looking down at the village. All he seemed to see were ants that needed to be exterminated. Kimen held up his closed fist into the air, as a small surge of hellfire began building around his fist like an aura.
"The day of reckoning draws near. The world will see isolation, and the flames of hell will forever sink into the core of the ninja nation, where they are to remain."

A black cloaked man with devlish symbols engraved on the cloak briskly walked toward Kimen, whom was standing at the tongue of the tower. He was wearing his hood on his head, concealing his identity. He walked behind Kimen slowly, careful not to disturb him.
"Kimen-sama. We've found it...we've found the blood. It was recovered in a major body of water just outside of the borders of Yukigakure. I have collected it and have it stored now. When do we begin?"

Rikudou was back in the village. The sun rose above the horizon as it ussually did though it didn't seem to glow as brightly today.Large puffy clouds dotted the horizon.Grey thunderheads that through rain towards the ground......almost constantly in a place like that....Bored out of his mind he was sitting throwing numerous kunai at a tree post when suddenly!A large weight was pushing down on him.He struggled to stand up.A wave of malevolent evil flowed from somewhere nearby. He glanced towards where it cam from.In the distance he saw two small black figures standing there. He felt a strange surge of hatred and hostility towards the two people though he didn't know why.Rikudou hated nearly the entire village of Amegakure though he loved the rain. The sweet smell of it that it brought when it poured from the sky.......He was lost in his own thoughts. He not without trouble begain to walk away.He knew he couldn't fight them anyway.

The wind blew in Kimen's face with great patterns. The wind was unusually strong today in Amegakure. He didn't turn around, but he smiled wickedly, one that could only be matched by Satan himself, but again his mask was covered, and this time, he had it fixed after the battle in Kumorigakure. His mask was whole again. He turned his yellow gleaming eyes of hatred around, along with his head slightly tilted toward the hooded man's way.
"Great. Report to the lab in the basement of my hideout immediantly. We have important matters to discuss..." Kimen said with a hiss, as he disappeared, leaving only a trail of flames from hell behind...

The man nodded, and disappeared in a flash of red light that shined brightly throughout the building.

Tatsuga sat back in his comfortable office chair with his feet resting on his desk, which he ordered when he became Sonchou of Amegakure not so long ago. He ignored the high chakra he felt as it was soon gone from his presence, he placed his hand to the back of his head, turning his attention to the paper work that seemed to be finished on the desk awaiting an Anbu to come and take it back to the elders or whoever it belonged to. "Hmm nice day today outside it surely is," he said, calmly with a slight smirk across his face.
Sunny
04-06-2009, 05:16 PM
Tatsuga rose out of his chair and looked out the window to see the rain continue to fall. He thought to himself.."I wonder what the kages are up too, maybe should check out Kumogakure.." He flicked a handseal quickly and his body began to become disoriented, while it created static he disappeared into thin air.
Along his walls layed a powerful fuuinjutsu and on the back of the door. This would alert him if anyone entered into his room and would put the person in a powerful hypnosis.

Tatsuga appeared on the largest building in Amegakure, he stood on the tongue of the strangely designed building, he looked down at his villagers while rain still began to fall, but his hands flew into another blur of handseals and the Fuuinjutsu was disbursed from his walls, it burned into flames right before disappearing.
"Hmm it's come for the time of the day for rain to take its leave, and for the sun to shine through." His flew into other seal, and the rain suddenly stopped and the clouds separated, the sun rays pierced through the village and the Amegakure shined in beauty.

Hitsu was on top of a building approximately 450 feet from the Soucho's jutsu. He smiled and said to himself very sinisteringly.
"Perfect."
Hitsu jumed from building to building and landed on a building behind the Soucho's building. Tatsuga's back was facing Hitsu. He pulled 2 3-pronged kunais (Kunai Stock = 8). With the oter hand he made many hand seals and imeedietly following that heavy rain fall began. Upon the rain contact with the earths warm ground mist lifted and then Hitsu jumped to the base streets. And began to plan his next move.
Sunny
04-15-2009, 06:27 PM
Tatsuga looked down at the mist that was growing through the village and began to think, "Hmm why is their mist growing something must be wrong." He jumped down from the building landing on the lowest building in the village and slouched down looking at the mist, he formed some seals as wind began to swirl around him violently and he swung his hand as the mist cleared up part of the village bringing some buildings into his view of sight.."Come out wherever you are stranger."
Son Garaha
04-15-2009, 06:28 PM
Three three pronged kunais flew from the remaining mist and were only too feet away from Tatsuga. Then two more from behind then two more from above. He only escape was his left.
Sunny
04-15-2009, 06:42 PM
He made instantaneous handseals as his body began to destabilized in the air and he quickly disappeared as the kunai collided with one other, while the remained landed onto the house. He appeared back on the tall tower with the twisted tongue and looked down at the mist.."Stop being a coward and come out."

Hitsu stood in the mist and waited.
Suddenly he came from behind with his Bon Ryu drew the silk wrapping waving in the wind. He came down hard and fast with it!
Sunny
04-15-2009, 10:27 PM
Tatsuga ran his hand to his blade attached to his shash, he pulled it out immediately as wind surrounded it in an instance as his blade blocked that of Bon Ryu, he turned around bringing the stranger sword down to waist length though the swords remained locked together. "Why have you attacked me if your in the same village?"
Son Garaha
04-15-2009, 10:33 PM
Hitsu said nothing as he pushed against Tatsuga's blade.
Then from the mist another Hitsu had a Bon Ryu brought over his head and brought it down!
Sunny
04-15-2009, 10:42 PM
The blade Tatsuga was holding swirled with wind violently as it pushed off both blades and sent the man backwards a few feet away from him. He swung his blade down sending a tornado at the man at vast speeds. Tatsuga slammed the blade into the ground doing a blurr of handseals, "Fuuton: Tatsumaki Katto Kaze!" another more violent tornado span out from his blade ripping up the roof of the building combing with the other tornado to create a bigger tornado that connected with the clouds, charging directly at the stranger.
Son Garaha
04-15-2009, 10:50 PM
Hitsumi was ripped apart when suddenly the tornado started spurting water. Suddenly the mist got thicker. Nothing was visible. Tatsuga would have to rely on his senses. Suddenly an arm shot out of the mist approaching Tatsuga's person.
Sunny
04-15-2009, 10:57 PM
Suddenly in the mist Tatsuga formed some hand seals, as the man grabbed onto his shoulder his body melted into a metal liquid and he appeared standing over the mist on a metal plate that hovered in the air. His sword remained in the floor as instantly his hands was in another set of seals, and a harsh wind flew out from his sword through the village clearing the mist revealing the man as he stood there. Tatsuga looked down as he crouched down from where he was standing just looking at the man.

04-15-2009, 11:04 PM
Hitsu was in two places. On the building of the Soucho's office and when in an alley way behind the building on the base street. Hardly visible. The Hitsu that was visible however, though, stared back up to the man and for the first time said something.
"I am Hitsugame Ukino. I want to detach myself from his putrid village. Do you know why, you horrible excuse for a Soucho?" he spat.
Sunny
04-15-2009, 11:21 PM
"So detach i never asked you to stay and you consider your self any better, and no i don't know why tell me? Tatsuga stood still on the metal looking down at the man.
Son Garaha
04-15-2009, 11:37 PM
Hitsu, looked up and smiled.
"I was turned down by INS." he said.
"I was told they already have a member from Amegakure. So I don't need it, I need to detach myself. I tell myself, If I cannot be a INS member then I want to be something, and Soucho will be it. Hitsu lunged from his position at Tatsuga.
Sunny
04-15-2009, 11:50 PM
"And you think i'll hand it over to you just like that." Tatsuga rose his hands as a hugh metal ball rose infront of him, it then proceeded to shoot out several liquid strands at the man.
Son Garaha
04-15-2009, 11:55 PM
Hitsu blocked each of the streams with his Bon Ryo when suddenly another Hitsu came from behind!
"Water Prison Jutsu!" suddenly water came from the air (logically their is still moisture in the air from the rain that Hitsu caused) and started to surround Tatsuga.
OOC: MAKE YOUR MOVE, DUDE!
Sunny
04-16-2009, 12:02 AM
The metal ball shot out strands toward Tatsuga covering him as he melted in the metal, the liquid shot up from his metal through the water at him. Several feet away metal liquid crawl through a crack in the roof of a house reforming back into Tatsuga as he watched on.
Son Garaha
04-16-2009, 12:12 AM
The liquid shot threw the water and pierced Hitsu several times in the the torso. The Hitsu on the platform dissipated into water and ran off the platform. The Hitsu that was blocking the streams of liquid landed safely on the base street levels and put the Bon Ryu on his back. Hitsu weaved in-and-out of complicated hand signs and then the rain began to fall heavily again.
"Rain Mist Jutsu!" he shouted from the streets. The rain poored heavily on the ground and atop of buildings. No missed came up because of the rain that cooled the earth from the previous use of the jutsu. No, Hitsu didn't need Mist, he was about to unleash his strongest jutsu.
Sunny
04-16-2009, 12:27 AM
Tatsuga stood on the roof ahead looking down at the man, he made quick seals as liquid shot up behind the man and the one that was standing on the streets, he stood ready for any attack this stranger was about to use.
Son Garaha
04-16-2009, 12:34 AM
Quickly Hitsu put his hand on the hilt of the sword and did a back swing with the blade the liquid fell to the ground cut in halve. Hitsu jumped backwards. And his feet landed on the wall of the building he then jumped from the wall onto the top of the building across from it sliding a few feet. He then made some hand-seals.
"Water Concentration Jutsu!" Hitsu screamed from the building top. Suddenly a tremendous sould of rushing water was heard from above Tatsuga. With enough force to crush any human. Hitsu then followed-up by coming at Tatsuga by jumping from building to building.
Sunny
04-16-2009, 01:00 AM
Tatsuga hands flew into aset of hand seals,"Fuuton: Kaze Doragon!" Suddenly the wind blew harsh forming a dragon the size of the water that shot forth at incredible speeds weaving its way around the water crushing it as it caused an explosion, his sword flew towards Tatsuga hands grabbing onto it, after proceeding to swing it at him sending a cutting wave at him that hid miniature blades of wind in it that if hit, it would cut all over that particular body part.
Son Garaha
04-16-2009, 01:10 AM
Hitsu brought his sword in front of him and the mini-swords bounced off with a clank "Water Concentration Jutsu!" he repeated. Two concentrated downpours formed a funnel and shot down at Tatsuga.
Sunny
04-16-2009, 01:20 AM
Tatsuga hands made a loud clap as it could be heard through the village, as liquids of metal clumped together that shot out at the water as twin metal dragons which collided with the water, but they kept their form. They then flew through the air as they shot down at the man at mind-boggling speeds.
Son Garaha
04-16-2009, 01:22 AM
Hitsu jumped from building to building avoiding their twisted formation and finally came to the back of the Soucho.
"I surrender." he whispered in the ear of Tatsuga. And he set his Bon Ryu on his back and stood straight and stared at him.
Sunny
04-16-2009, 01:29 AM
"Are you sure?" the twin dragons that destroyed the building in failed attempt to hit the stranger reformed into a solid clone of Tatsuga who walked over to the man with an extended hand. "Truths?" He exclaimed, while smiling at the man still though not full-heartly .
Son Garaha
04-16-2009, 01:36 AM
"Of course not!" Hitsu spit on Tatsuga's shoes. "I was merely testing my abilities of the supposed champion of the rain." Hitsu reached behind his head and untied his hitai-ate, holding the metal part face up in his palm. He quickly drew a three-pronged kunai from his holster and pulled his arm up and slashed quickly and left a deep gash in the head protector of the gear across the 5 horizontal line that were carved in that showed his alliegence.
"No more," said Hitsu softly. "No more." Hitsu turned around his back facing Tatsuga he retied his Hitai-Ate and jumped from the roof of the building and flickered away.
Sunny
04-16-2009, 01:46 AM
The clone didn't react, but disbursed into tiny liquid particals that soon vanised into thin air. The real Tatsuga stood atop the small house roof smiling as his village took minimal damage and flickered atop the twisted tongue with crossed legs looking down at his village as a small bird of metal flew throughout the village.

Hitsu had put his mask back on, posing as a Rain Anbu. When he passed the large opened gates of Amegakure he ran past a few houses. Only a select few knew the location of Makago ENTRANCE!
OOC: Chronic, I hope this is okay.
The select few. including Hitsu, knew where it was but dared not go in. For their were rumors that had flew, that only pain and misery await in the door.
Hitsu stopped in a four way intersection of dirt and stopped to think. E-east? West? No... Hitsu snapped his fingers. He ran to the left and came to crumbled buildings that had been abandoned for awhile. He crossed a broken wall and saw a door...
EDIT - So everyone knows, but you CHARACTER can't know, because, well you don't know, I digress, Hitsu is outside the Magako's door reference to the Magako Hideout thread.

A cloaked man with a hood overshadowing his mask that was embroiled with a tiger, the man walked behind the Sonchou as he bowed onto one knee with his hand resting on that same knee. "Excuse me Lord Sonchou, but while on my search for Hitsu I found nothing, but I did find some trails that seemly lead back to here. Do you want me to go check that out?
"You can raise from your feet and thank you for your services, but you don't have to call me Lord. You can simply refer to me as Tatsuga." He sighed while sitting down watching over his village, twirling a strand of his hair as he continued.."And to add to that, you won't be able to stand a chance alone out their we should wait for reinforcements."
The cloaked man got up and nodded at the Tatsuga comments.."Its a pleasure to be in your presence." His hands flew into multiple seals, before flickering away in electricity.
Tatsuga arose from his sitting position, before disappearing from the twisted face building. He appeared back in his office chair, as he scanned his office noticing the smooth carpet that stretched through the floor with a heat warmer under it. He formed more seals, before placing a Fuuinjutsu on the door that'll let a person pass through the door without knocking, similar to phasing through a wall. This seal would also set of a dome around his office within a 12m radius, this would alert him if anyone would try an attack. He sat back in his chair with his legs rested upon his desk, pulling his head back he begun to sleep.

Ryukazi walked outside of Tatsuga's office, where he had been ever since the Makago incident arose. Ryukazi couldn't help but think something wasn't right. He looked around the village, surveying it. He wasn't quite sure what he was looking for, but he had to find something interesting, and he did.
As Ryukazi glanced at Amegakure's gates, a man walked inside. The man looked very intimidating, and actually looked a bit like Ryukazi, except more demonic and devilish looking. He was carrying a strange scythe that had a skull merged on the back of it. Blood stains appeared to be marked on his clothes. What the hell was this guy? He overlal looked very intimidating, not someone you want to piss off. Ryukazi didn't care though he found this guy interesting. Ryukazi jumped off of the roof of the office, and ran steadily toward the man, keeping careful not to let it be known he was tracking him.
The strange man walked behind an abandned building in the village. Ryukazi took interest in this, he obviously was hiding something. As the man turned around at Ryukazi's direction once, Ryukazi quickly hid behind the closest building using his impressive speed. When the man seemed no longer suspicous of anyone following him, he performed a set of unique hand signs. An underground chamber door opened up slowly, bringing the dirt from the ground with it. The man jumped inside. Ryukazi took charge when the time was right, and ran right after the man, jumping inside...where could they be headed now.

Someone walked through the streets of Amegakure. They wore a dark emerald hooded cloak. Rain poured down, although the cloak somehow managed to stay reasonably dry. Maybe it was the fabric it was made out of. A radiant green hair showed slightly, hanging out of the hood. It was quite long. The figure looked quite femanine. It was easy to see that they were female. Concealed by the cloak were emerald eyes. This was none other, than Natsumi Akira.
People ran through the streets, covering their heads with various objects. Natsumi made her way, walking at a steady pace. She was headed somewhere. She continued walking until she came to an alleyway, behind a house. As she arrived at the back entrance, the door opened. Someone must've been expecting her. But what was she doing in Amegakure in the first place? She walked into the room, coming to a halt. It was dim, and candlelit. A man dressed in an ANBU outfit stood by a table. The table was quite large, and had a cloth over it. It was easy to see that there was something under the cloth.
Natsumi removed her hood, revealing her face to the ANBU. She waited expectantly. The ANBU made a slight nod, then grasped the cloth covering the table. He pulled it off it a dramatic motion, revealing six bodies. They looked like average shinobi. Some wore Iwagakure headbands, and some had Amegakure headbands. They looked dead, but still in tact. They must have only recently passed..
"You've managed to fulfil your duties once again. Thankyou. Jesse will be pleased. This will assist Hakumei in their goals for the future, and hasten our plans."
Natsumi then placed her hood back over her head, once again concealing her identity.
"It is my honour, Lady Akira. I'm glad to help the legendary Snow Sannin and Hakumei, anyway I can."
The ANBU then pulled out a medium sized scroll and unrolled it on the floor, in front of the bodies. He placed his hand in the center. "Sealing Techique!", the bodies then disappeared in a cloud of smoke as they were stored in the scroll. The ANBU then rolled the scroll up, and handed it to Natsumi, bowing his head in respect.
Natsumi took the scroll and placed it under her cloak. She nodded as she walked out the door. Soon after, she re-emerged from the alley, and continued walking down the streets. What was going on..?

' I have small request I have some serious matters that I most discuses with Jesse things only his ears my be allowed to hear so I wish for you to bring me to him' Kaiyo still had gentile and peaceful demeanor her skin so soft pure it had a natural glow to it.

Natsumi remained with a strong expression. She could tell Kaiyo didn't mean any trouble. She paused in silence as she looked at her. Her expression then became somewhat more gentle as she made a nod.
"I'll have to contact him first. To make sure of a secure location.. I'm sure you understand."
After speaking she pulled out a small scroll from under her robes. She unrolled it on the ground as a small cloud of smoke appeared. As it was blown away, a tiny wooden bird was revealed. Natsumi must've constructed it. This was one of the only things that could pass the protective barriers around the hideout. And it was quite fast.
Natsumi pulled out a tiny fraction of paper, writing a message on it. She then folded it, and opened a small latch on the back of the bird. She placed the letter inside the bird, and held it out on her palm. As she did, it flew up into the sky. She then turned her gaze back to Kaiyo.
"We should have a reply within an hour.. Then you can see Jesse. But for now, follow me. It will take less time if we travel half way."

Kaiyo watched the wooden bird fly away slightly impressed with its speed. Kaiyo then walked up and next to Natsumi with smile and her eye shot it was simple smile of Joy and respect folded into one. 'That is fine and most understandable..So then I will simply follow you' Kaiyo said as she waved her hand out slightly showing she was ready to follow Natsumi to wherever.
Kaiyo was not sure where they would be going but she was positive it must be a secure location to need a messenger bird to give advanced authorization.

Natsumi nodded, glad that Kaiyo understood, and had no objections. She made a half smiled, and turned forward. She then swiftly jumped forward, slicing through the air as she jumped across rooftops. Although she was quite unnoticeable through the pouring rain. She expected Kaiyo to follow, and she was confident she could keep up.

Three Figures appeared at the Sonchou building one was no other then the Raikage him self with two body guards also his students Joben Osaka Head of Kumo tracking force and Kentaro Niigata Head of Kumo police force. The Raikage said quietly and calmly ' You two stay' The Raikage then walked into the building alone.
He made his way to the Ame Sonchou office he knocked once ' Tatsuga Shonaime It is Seigi Takahashi the Raikage I have come to talk' The Raikage remembered the the young Sonchou from the Kages meeting.

The door in front of him opened up by itself allowing him entrance into the Sonchou's office. "Welcome I've heard you wanted to talk to me. What matters concern you sir?" He stood facing the window, but with his hands behind his back, while starring outside the window overlooking everyone that entered the village. The room atmosphere itself was rather calm and serene, a heartwarming aroma could be felt throughout the whole village; it was none other than Tatsuga spirit looming over the village.

The Raikage walked in his hands behind him slightly hunched over showing his age. He looked to the young Sonchou the Raikage did not take seat ' I am sure you have already herd the Kumo has cut all relations with Kiri Suna and Konoha...I have no plan in doing the same for the Ame I have always looked to the Ame as a ally and friend So I ask you now Tatsuga Shonaime will you join the Kumo and the Yuki in a alliance against the Kiri Suna and Konoha to achieve the goal of having a central Village that leads all Shinobi villages into to prosperity and peace..Image the world with out war , no more pointless deaths , No more starving children..That is what will be archived under central village' The Raikage spoke calmly and with passion as his light dole eyes watched Tatsuga. In complete truth the Raikage only made a alliance with the Yuki for the safety of his own village the Kumo for he fears what would happen if all the Yuki looked to destroy the Kumo he had sacrificed his soul and all his moral for the safety of the Kumo and its poeple.

Tatsuga raised an eyebrow before turning to face the Raikage, but his hands remained firmly behind his back. "Yes I've been informed that Kumo cut all ties with the other four villages, but sure I'll be more than happy to form an alliance with you. And that goal of yours does sound great and hopefully it can be accomplished." Tatsuga face showed seriousness while gazing upon the Raikage, despite his shortness due to his age. "So what will happen to the other four villages in this case?"

He formed a hand seal causing static electricity to form around him, and than he disappeared from his office. If anyone else needed to find him, he would be on top of the large monstrous building Nagato created years ago. The village atmosphere still remained calm, while the Sonchou sat quietly on top of the building eating an apple.

Through the mist emerged two shinobi. They were young, but clearly experienced. The two looked very similar, and they were, in fact, siblings. The woman's name was Shui, and the man's Yu. With a nod from Yu, they disappeared. A short while later they appeared at the village gates. They hadn't really done any recon, so they weren't sure how much resistance they would face. Their plan was to fight their way towards the tallest tower, where the Sonchou should be. They would take him out as soon as they could, then eliminate any other threat before trashing the village. Although they wouldn't hesitate to kill anyone who got in their way, the civilians haven't done anything wrong, so they would be spared.

The two guards at the gate immediately straightened and looked at the two people. Both were about 18 of age, so they couldn't be any more than jounin. Can we help you? Both shinobi plunged a hand into a bag on their waste, and withdrew an Amegakure headband, but the symbol had a line scratched through it. They each tied them on their foreheads; they were now ready to take their revenge.
The man, with a burst of incredible speed, flashed over to the bigger man, and swung an upwards kick at his jaw. In a short fraction of a second, the women weaved several hand seals, then stamped her left foot against the ground. Water burst forth from it and rushed at the smaller man as a slicing jet. It was an A-Rank technique called Mizu Kamikiri ( Rising Water Cutter). Both stayed silent as they attacked.

The bigger man was caught slightly off guard taking the kick to the face, but as he did he shoved his hand out, sending a current of lightning at the man. As he did that he shoved his other hand up, sending a flare of lightning that would alert the Sonchou.
As the wave of water came towards the thinner man, he formed handseals at an even faster pace than some S-class. A giant wall of earth rose up in front of him with three dragon heads on it. Still weaving handseals, the dragon mouths opened up and fired out hundreds of mud projectiles at the female ninja.
--------------------
The sonchou saw the flare from his office, and knew what was coming. He immediately sent an anbu guard off to get a letter going to the INS for two members of backup. Though the letter wouldn't arrive for at least an hour, the village could be held until then.

So did the kick connect...?

The little man was a bit shocked at this attack, but he wasn't guarding the gates for nothing. He continued his string of handseals, causing the solid wall to bend back and form into a dome of spiky earth that blocked the attack, but not before one lone attack came through scraping the mans chest. He continued his seals from inside the dome and suddenly it shattered as he slammed his hands on the ground causing it to shake and spikes of earth made from the shattered dome to rush the women. If she could just dodge, the boy would have no counter attack.

Yu's kick sent the burly man flying several dozen feet in the air. Sending chakra through his legs, he jumped up to him, but suddenly stopped right beneath him. Things would be moving in slow motion for him, but nor for Yu as he moved his arms to wrap around him.
After a few hand seals, Shui blew out a jet of water from her mouth to act as a barrier from the incoming incoming attack. It was a simple yet strong tech called Suijinheki - Water Encampment Wall. The rocks stopped about half of the water, but around a dozen smaller jets were making their way towards the enemy, and would arrive very quickly.
After a few more hand seals, water formed into 10 spheres, then condensed several times and shifted into drills. The began spinning at rapid speeds and shot out at amazing speeds. Suigadan - Water Fang Projectile was an even more basic attack, but with this many it would be hard to defend against, especially combined with her previous counterattack.

The burly man snapped back up spinning in mid air, he knew his companion was about to be defeated. He spun in the air, sticking his foot out aiming to kick Yu back down to the ground, for such a big man he still had great speed in which he could attack with. He charged raiton chakra around his body as he spun, making himself even more deadly.
The small man wove handsigns, but to no avail. He was caught dead on and shredded to bits by the attacks of Shui, as the water cleared, the man lay there bruised, cut and more importantly dead. Though he had bought enough time to bring more guards to the gates. Now three anbu stood there. Two male, and one female in the middle. As the three appeared two eagles flew out over the village, one heading in the direction of Kumogakure and the other for the INS.

Thanks to his Mizu no Yoroi (Armour of Water), Yu survived the attack, though his abdomen would be bruised in a few hours. The lightning sent a shock through his system, so he didn't exactly land on his feet. Thankfully, Shui sent water to him, which cushioned his fall at the last moment.
Shui let loose a torrent of water straight at the enemy. His lightning wouldn't help him now, that's for sure. She was aiming to trap him using Mizu Kyuu (Water Coffin), then crush him, though he'd certainly have no idea of that.
Shui was also aware that the enemy had sent for help, but that wasn't going to happen. After forming several hand seals, a black mist was emitted from her mouth and rose into the sky. Black clouds formed, which released a flammable rain of oil across the area. She threw a dozen kunai with exploding tags attatched into the sky, which exploded. The fire spread, and the eagles were dead.
Yu repeated his sister's first action, though it was directed at the anbu.
ooc: How strong are the anbu? Like chuunin or jounin or what...?

The two male anbu saw what was going on so they formed a quick set of handseals, one causing a dome of water to form over them and the eagles protecting them as they flew away. While the other male continued weaving handseals, suddenly he broke away in a string of cherry blossoms. Could this be a genjutsu or was it a normal ninjutsu?
The female anbu as the other guard fell to the ground. She burst forward in a decent amount of speed. As she came for Shui, she fell to all fours, flipping onto her hands aiming to kick her right in the chin and send her into the air.

ooc: What happened to the other gaurd?
IC: Yu snapped at Shui, and they both concentrated chakra in their feet. He then weaved a few hand seals, then spit out a massive amount of clear liquid, which covered the ground. Mizuame Nabara - Starch Syrup Capture Field would catch any of their enemies that didn't know what was coming and hadn't focused chakra in their feet yet. Doing it now would be pointless. It would hopefully catch the female nin, but if not, Shui formed a few hand seals then which concentrated water into a whip, which she lashed out against the Amegakure ninja with, also drawing a kunai with her other hand.
Yu created three Mizu Bunshins (water clones), two of which immediately set off to capture the birds. The third cast a ninjutsu called Chakra Kenpa no Ame - Chakra Detecting Rain. Yu now knew the chakra level and skill of the enemies, which he relayed to Shui through a certain number of snaps. He would know where the one who used a genjutsu was before he could attack.

The two shinobi weren't surprised by how the Sonchou blocked their attacks, they had kept an eye on the small village. Shui formed several hand seals, then expelled a bullet of water from his mouth. It expanded into a large volume of water, and the shrapnel dissapated within it, but most of the attack, called Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves went on.

He shunshin'd between the Sonchou and his sister in a defensive stance, his water swirling around him.

In a flash of red light Shoda stood over the Sonchou in front of him. He saw the two retreat, and turned back to the Sonchou. He smiled, and picked him up, using shunshin the two appeared in the hospital and he sat the boy down on the bed. If an Iwagakure ninja, in these robes show up tell him the enemies already left. Tatsuga awoke from his slumber in recuperation of his broken ankle. With a swift movement he removed the cast around his ankle, and proceeded to hop off the bed while the nurse wandered off into the waiting area to receive papers. Adrenaline rushed throughout every fiber of his body as he rushed towards the open window feeling refreshed, then leaped out with his arms spread out at each side.
Gently he floated down to earth's pavement with his hospital clothing flapping in the wind. In a flash his hands wove in hand seals causing the metal constructs from the surrounding portions of the hospital to break off into smaller liquid constructs, which cushioned Tatsuga's impact into the pavement. It flew through the air towards his office where he gently released him into his leather chair. After a few minutes he redressed himself into his Sonchou clothing, but to no avail couldn't escape the welcoming party his fellow ninja's greeted him with.
He met each individual with a smile, before disappearing out of sight onto a building that overlooked the entire village, along with having a clear view beyond the gates. If there was an attack of the sorts, this time he would be more than prepared.

Majimaru appeared in the skies of Amegakure. What a surprise, it was raining. It was just a light shower, but the falcon still flew above the clouds to prevent any damage to the letters he was carrying. Maybe he should've went to Ame last, but he forgot about this little detail.
When he felt he was about just over the village, he dived down through the clouds, looking for the building with the biggest symbol of Ame written upon it. Once he found it, he swooped inside a door that was just opened, landing on the floor inside.
An Ame Anbu had just opened the door, and he stared at the bird as it shook the water off of its feathers.
Majimaru looked up to him. "This is for your Sonchou." He reached down to his foot, picking up the letter marked with Ame on it. He held it up in the air until the Anbu took it from Majimaru's beak.
Inside, read:
Dear Ame Sonchou,
I have sent you this letter to inform you that the INS is redoing its tryouts. If you could send the current representative back, or send new people to try out for the spot it would be appreciated. The Ame Anbu held the letter in his hand, it was securely tightened around his waist upon departure in search of the Sonchou. His hands formed seals with incredible speed, and his body vanished from thin air only leaving behind a thin trail of smoke.
Tatsuga stood atop the monstrous shaped building, when the Anbu appeared behind him kneeling. "Sir we've received a letter from Ins requesting a representative be sent for tryouts." The Anbu spoke, handing him the letter while remaining in the same posture. He took the letter from his hands staring at it. "Thank you for informing me, you may take your leave." Both men vanished from the premises, Tatsuga appeared in his office placing the letter on his desk.
The right palm opened wide, with his fingers pointing towards the ceiling. Metallic strings flowed from his palm onto the table, and begun to take shape of a small bird. Tatsuga saw both birds enter his office, and was instantly within his office using his most infamous move, Raishin no Jutsu. He walked towards his office table opening both letters, reading them quickly, alerting some Anbu's to come to his office. With a gust of wind two men stood in front of him, one with a tiger designed mask, and the other with a cat designed mask. Each of them were dressed in Anbu clothing, the only difference is one was the Anbu leader. "Both of you men will escort me to INS." He said, with an authoritative voice. The men nodded, performing seals at astonishing speed, causing a gust of wind to flow through the room as they vanished. "Hey wait up!" she went rushing after him heading toward the gate of the village. Anticipation built up inside of her. She always loved training with Jin. Ever since she had graduated from the academy, he had taught her many things to help her survive in possibly any situation.
As she caught up with him she said, "Master Jin, I hope you know that you won't get the best of me this time. I will win your challenge."

Smiling as he placed the umbrella on his belt, "Does this umbrella bring out my eyes?" he taunted fluttering his eyelashes. He smirked as he sat on a rock, twirling the kunai around in his hands. With his empty hand he beckoned her to come forth. "Don't hold back, use poisons, whatever. Aim to kill me." he said as his eyes went from calm and relaxed to a piercing sense that could stop anyone in their tracks.

"Aim to kill, huh?" Kaname reached both of her hands into the opposite sleeves and pulled out six senbon needs, three in between the fingers on each hand. "I don't need to kill you to take that kunai away." She hopped into the air and toss all of the senbon needles at Jin. "I'll pry it out of your hands with forced!," she said as the needles rained down towards him.

This Anbu in particular was strange, his eyes penetrating the souls of the young female, and the older man. He continued to watch the training, with a grin appearing on his face. A tear slid down his face remembering the younger days of his youth. "Oh how I wish to be so young again." He mumbled to himself, letting his mask absorb his tears.

In the blink of her small eye, Jin was no longer on the rock. "Hehehe", his laughter filled the air around her, "Come now.. Surely you're fast!" he taunted as a cloud of smoke popped up infront of her, revealing Jin. "Hiya!" he said as he waved, and then tried to deliver a swift kick to her abdomen.

Jin appeared in front of her before she had chance to land and recover from her attack. His kick flew towards her with swiftness that she had never witness before. She took the blow to her mid-section and flew into the trunk of a tree, damaging it on impact, and then she fell to the ground. For a moment, she didn't move, but then she lifted herself off the ground and glared at her master as she ran towards him for her next attack.

Smiling, "Now this is better", he commented. He stood there, his free hand, extended forward, the hand containing the kunai was gripped tightly around it, behind him. "I sure am," she said regaining her fighting stance. She pulled out two senbon with exploding notes attached on the end of them. A glimmer of hope shone in her eyes as the senbon hit the targeted tree.

The tree shattered into splinters, tossing Jin unto the ground. Picking himself up, he smirked, "Seems I was a tad careless.." he said as he pulled out three shuriken, placing them in between his fingers on his left hand. Quickly he tossed them all towards young Kaname, one aimed at her, and two flying in at her sides. Without missing a single beat, Jin pulled out and threw kunai into the shuriken, pinning them to the trees behind her, and the ground in front of her. Heh.. Lets see how good your eyesight is... he thought to himself, hoping she wouldn't notice the thin wire attached to the end of each kunai.

Kaname looked at the kunai on the ground in front of her, she would surprised that her teacher could miss a motionless target. 'Master Jin couldn't have possible missed me. She looked up at Jin and shouted, "I hope you aren't underestimating me Master Jin, you know how much I hate that." She jumped to the tree behind her and pushed herself from it in a swift fashion, rocketing herself toward Jin, her fist pulled back, ready to strike.

Blinded by the smoke, Kaname panicked, she couldn't decide what to do. Anxiety built up as she anticipated a blow every second, looking around frantically, though it wasn't helpful since she could barely see 3 inches into the smoke.
"Where will he come from, how can I block his attacks, damn it, this smoke is too thick," her thoughts were scrambled and then she came up with an idea. "He'll have to come in closer to attack me, but he can't get close if he can't walk on the ground." With a devilish grin, she reached into her pouch and carefully pulled out two handful of makibishi and scattered them on the ground around her, and she patiently waited for her teacher to strike.

Leaning against the tree, Jin waited for Kaname to come after him. Smiling sinisterly he decided he would have fun, quickly forming the seals he made a single shadow clone. The clone leaped from branch to branch, and once the smoke began clearing he could see Kaname. Swiftly climbing down the tree, the fake Jin stood behind young Kaname, and patted her on the head. Jin stood there, and then as he sensed her hand reach forth, in a cloud of smoke, he was a log, and was gone. He then decided it was time for her to try and find him, so as he jumped branch to branch he began thinking of where to hide. All of a sudden he got a wonderful idea, I'll turn into a bush, and when she walks by, attack her.. Maybe it'll work... With that, he ran towards a group of bushes, and without hesitation transformed into a bush and blend into the fine landscape. Now he anxiously waited for her to stumble along.

"Dang it," Kaname said in a disappointed tone. The log in front of her bothered her, she became upset at how she could be fooled by such a basic technique. Well, that was rather close... he thought as he lunged forth at her, "Stop leaving yourself open!!" he said to her. Leaping forward he threw three shuriken down towards her, trying to graze her skin. The three shuriken shot towards her so fast, she was unable to get out of the way. The first hit her left leg, and entered the skin deeply, the second shuriken missed and the third grazed her cheek ripping a hole into her mask.
She kneeled to the ground, and pulled the shuriken out of her leg. "Are you trying to kill me?!" she yelled at her sensei. She rose to her feet leaving her wound unattended, a look of determination in her eyes. "This time, I will get that kunai, sensei," she said, "I had just been playing around before, but now, I'm serious."
She leaped towards him, but her jump was too short as the pain in her leg didn't allow her to go as far as she had intended. "Damn it," she said, kneeling on the ground once again, this time putting pressure onto her wound as the blood start to slowly pour from it.

"Kaname, hows your leg?" he asked without turning around. As he approached his house, "You can come in also, I'll only be a moment though", he said to Kaname, as he walked in, he took the Golem Blade off of his back, and examined it. As he closed the door behind him, the memories flooded in. An even younger Kaname was learning to cook, and was also being trained as a ninja, she had her book out, and was preparing what she thought to be a simple onigiri, but she instead made a deadly poisonous rice-ball and decided to feed it to Jin. She walked down the road towards Jin's home. She looked around the area as she walked. Even though it was morning, the rain clouds darkened the sky leaving them with little light in the village. She looked on at the kids running and playing in the rain and at the women standing in a circle sharing gossip. Everyone was now used to the rain, since it had done so almost all of the time. All this stuff seems like I've been through he before.." he said as the shadows from the massive trees consumed him. Hearing no sounds from the forest, Jin grew worried.
This isn't normal.. I don't hear anything from this forest.. No birds.. No bugs... Not even the wind.. he thought.

The air became distorted in office as a wormhole materialized releasing three mysterious figures into the Sonchou's office. Those three men were Tatsuga, and his Anbu escorts. The men quickly departed upon their arrival, while Tatsuga walked around his desk looking through the window, inhaling the fresh air with a quick sigh of relief that the horrendous meeting was over, could it even be called a meeting he questioned. When the thinking began to overload his fragile brain, his body dropped down into the chair speeding it backwards in the desk. He yawned placing both feet against his newly framed window with the fresh air blasting in his face. "Home sweet home, now where's my order of cookies!" He yelled.
Suddenly a burst of smoke appeared, as a chef materialized bowing to the Sonchou. "Get me my order of cookies my thirst of sugary delights needs to be quenched. Chap chap mister!" He commanded, as the chef disappeared immediately. This day would be interesting...well to him at least.
Later, Tatsuga munched down on his desert his cook made, even though he wasn't bossy usually he felt compelled to give orders. Though it was unlikely for him to ever boss around people, but today was just that day. When he felt stuff he walked towards his room that was separated from his office, the most luxurious room within the suite or building that housed his office. He stylishly dressed in his tuxedo, finishing it off with his black feathered hat. With that done, he disappeared in a flash of lighting.

Zaku's shadow dipped over the sidewalk of Amegakure, the oncoming light from the faded sunset set a moderate tone of warmth among the normally cold and raining city. You could call Amegakure the more advanced village, for sure. Large skyscrapers and buildings loomed over the large village, intimidation tourists and villagers. Not only was it full of wonder and advancement, but home to many powerful shinobi, and many powerful clans. Zaku happened to be apart of the Takkun clan; a long prospering clan that hovered above average intelligence, creating powerful jutsu and amazing technique.
His eyes drifted up to the sky, which seemed to gather dark clouds amongst the pink painted sky. Of course, rain was common here, hence the name of the village. It rained at least 6 times a day, stopping every now and then to give the villagers a break. Zaku didn't mind it though; he enjoyed it. Rain seemed to make him feel complete and one with the village, one with the craziness of the advancement. He was leaning against a cold skyscraper filled with working middle class members, frantically and crazily trying to contact the Kage for more information on their jobs.
Tourists usually came around April, which it was now. The showers of rain were probably more recent in this month, giving tourists the real feel of the village. Amegakure also had some very impressive farming houses, which fed off the constant rain and brilliant sunlight. This attracted travelers and shinobi alike.

A robed figure walked through the gates of Amegakure. The symbol on his hat indicated he was from the Mist Village, and he was wearing Kage robes. Meaning he was the Mizukage of Kirigakure, which in turn meant he was Rasetsu Kuroidon.
Rasetsu rarely ever wore the Kage hat, why he chose to now? Does it even matter? Rasetsu blinked up at the sky, seeing the rain fall from the heavens above. A typical day in the Rain village. Rasetsu didn't mind the rain, he liked it.
Rasetsu walked on the sidewalk. His onyx Yakeigan eyes, hidden from the world for so long, finally showed themselves again. Why in Amegakure?

Zaku's eyes lifted and seemed to follow the robed figure who loomed across the city streets in an uneven manner. He seemed to walk with grace and dignity, similar to the Amegakure Kage. The mist symbol flashed before Zaku's eyes, and he flared. The mist village was noted as an 'ally' to Amegakure, but no citizen truly liked the hidden mist, seeing as the Kage was the only one who did.
Zaku then noticed the hat that the figure wore; it was obvious now. The Mizukage had emerged from his secluded village, and appeared into the hidden Rain. Rasetsu was recognized across the regions as one of the most powerful shinobi to walk. Seeing as the deceased maniac Kaizen was related to him, it showed that Rasetsu was powerful and deemed worthy of bearing the Yakeigan.
Zaku pushed off of the wall and began to walk behind the leader of the mist, his eyes boring into the back of his head,
"May I ask what the prestigious Rasetsu is doing in the hidden rain?" his voice tested.

His eyes seemed somewhat lost. Rasetsu turned, revealing his blood soaked robes, along with a deep scar upon his chest oval-shaped. Rasetsu turned back around slowly and began walking ahead of Zaku.

He gave a bland stare at the back of Rasetsu's head. He caught up with him, a scary feeling dripping down his spine,
"What happened to you?" his eyes blurred into confusion as he tried to meet up with Rasetsu.

"What makes you to ask? Because of this tiny scar? It's nothing... I've been through much worse." Rasetsu said, still with a bit of unease. Perhaps physically that was true, but anyone could tell the Mizukage wasn't the same person. His Yakeigan eyes were dull and lifeless, void of all happiness. He continued walking on. "I just don't feel like returning to Kirigakure right now... and I know this village better than any others. That's all." Rasetsu kept his eyes down on the sidewalk.

Rain poured heavily from the clouds onto the streets and buildings within village. Many villagers held bags or other accessible things to shield themselves from the rain's anger. The clouds growled with a shocking boom, as thunder crackled through the clouds as if it was angered by mother earth. Amidst all the rain and thunder sat the Sonchou on top of his office's roof. The water trickled down his face to his chin, where it splattered against the tiles. His eyes remained fixed on the path beyond the entrance to the village. His feet were curled up against one another while his hands rested on both his knees. Unlike all the other day's today in particular rained the most. It seemed as if the Sonchou was lost in thought.

A bird with glossy, white feathers glided through the air of Amegakure. It had a scroll clasped in it's beak and by the insignia on the headband it was easy to see this was an Otogakure bird. A bell was attached to it's foot by a string and it chimed as the bird flew. It pirched itself on the window of the kage's office, clawing at the window, demanding attention. The message contained this letter;
We have retrieved information from Sunagakure about an attack on their village. The act was carried out by Uchiha clan leader Akako of Konohagakure and his son Raizo. They spoke of being part of Hakumei. Although Akako was captured, Raizo escaped. Although Raizo had become part of Konoha with his father, he formerly lived in Oto. If Konoha does not wish to retrieve him themselves, we would surely like to take care of it. A team of three is currently out and about doing just that.
The Kazekage is currently holding Uchiha Akako under interrogation. We should probably hear news in due time but it would be best if we all kept in touch to make sure the information spreads quickly.
There were two others involved with the attack, but it seems they were only wishing to assist in the downfall of Suna, one of them being a Missing-nin and another a ninja from the Wind Country.
In case you hadn't heard of this news yet,

Through the rain that poured throughout the village Tatsuga could feel an outsider enter his village, and from his senses he could tell it was a mere messenger bird. As the bird entered his office there stood Tatsuga behind his desk awaiting the bird to land in front of him with the message. With one hand seal the rain stopped pouring over the village, which parted the clouds and revealed the sun that had been hidden by the clouds. His hand stretched forth towards the bird, stroking underneath it's head, so it would drop the message into his other hand. Once the message was dropped he opened it and read the message thoroughly while taking seat in his chair. He examined the message and closed it realizing the grave matter of the situation simply sighing.

Isetsu walked through the small village of Amegakure, he wasn't a fain of all this rain but it had let up as night rolled in and it made him feel more comfortable with the moon shining over him. This was the perfect light for his tastes, and with gentle strides he approached the Sonchou's office. He knocked lightly and entered the room. He saw Tatsuga sitting at his desk. Isetsu's lips were pressed together in his thin smile as he looked at the sonchou and then he spoke in a voice filled with respect. You called for me Tatsuga-sama?

Tatsuga was staring outside with his window opened allowing the rays of the moon to beat against his face with his legs crossed while one finger was placed on the smoking pipe. Bubbles were released from the pipe, as his chair turned around to face the visitor that entered his office. Tatsuga withdrew the pipe from his mouth and placed it on the table keeping his leg crossed with both arms resting on the arms rest. "I'm glad you've arrived Isetsu I've called for you indeed to prove your worth. Recently the Sonchou of Otogakure informed me that Raizo from their village launched an attack on Sungakure with his father, so it got me thinking maybe I should assign one of my shinobi on this hunting task, and you came to mind. But before I send you out on your mission your going to have to prove to me that you have exceptional capturing abilities, so I've set a test for you to accomplish in order to participate in the hunt for Raizo Uchiha." Tatsuga smiled, placing the pipe back into his mouth awaiting a response.

For such a young boy Isetsu seemed to pierce Tatsuga with his eyes. Then in a calm tone he spoke his voice stretching out like an enveloping shadow. "Alright to the training grounds I suppose." Tatsuga rose out of his chair and vanished from his office the exact moment his body raised out of the chair. When he reappeared Tatsuga was surrounded by an open landscaped camouflaged by the numerous surrounded it. To his far right were three blocks of wood lodged into the ground, and behind those woods was a memorial featuring all the shinobi who lost their lives serving Amegakure no Sato, it also displayed Hanzō, the former leader of Amegakure years before Tatsuga's reign. He stood in the middle of the field awaiting the young man's arrival at the training grounds. He whistled a tune while waiting.

Isetsu blinked and his body disappeared, he moved towards the training grounds his body moving through shadows. Not literally but the way he moved through them was like they were made for him. Within moments he appeared in the training grounds, however he had already hidden himself from Tatsuga. The shadows thrown across the field by the moon made it the perfect place for Isetsu to fight. Then in a voice that seemed to echo through the field and come from every direction Isetsu spoke. I'm here, just explain it to me and tell me to go.
In reality Isetsu sat at the base of a tree where he could easily see Tatsuga, but he was well camouflaged ready to begin the training.

Tatsuga smiled seeing that he was well hidden within the trees before speaking. "Well I'll be performing the simple bell test with a twist. You'll have to get this bell from me by capturing me, which will prove that you have exceptional capturing abilities. If you don't capture me well you won't be able to go on the mission, and think of me as a dangerous missing ninja out to kill you and the only two options you have is either to kill me or capture me." Tatsuga explained, hovering above the ground with metal generated beneath his feet. The bell was tied tightly to his waist awaiting Isetsu's approach.

Isetsu silently nodded his head and then he formed a handseal. It was the ne seal, and suddenly a shadow on the opposite side of the forest moved out towards Tatsuga, then before it was halfway there Isetsu changed the seal and the shadow ripped itself free from the ground in three tendrils each one shooting up aiming to pierce Tatsuga. However, one moved for the bell at his waist aiming to grab it and rip it from Tatsuga.

The metal underneath brought forth small, thin tendrils that spread out in all directions from the saucer beneath Tatsuga's foot. The tendrils ascended through the area despite being connected to the saucer. The tendrils unified with one another forming a thick, massive layer of metal encasing Tatsuga in a rectangular prison. This prevented the shadow from stabbing him nor the other tendrils grabbing a hold of his bell. The tendrils disconnected from the saucer moving Tatsuga backwards while the tendrils propelled senbons throughout the area. These senbons were much more sharper and dense allowing them to cut through the trees easily. Being that he wasn't far off from Isetsu the some of the senbons had the potential of reaching him. He awaited Isetsu's next move, as he levitated above.

Isetsu quickly formed seals and the shadows from the tree and his own wrapped around him forming a protective cocoon, but even so he still was pierced in his arm slightly. Then using that moment he let the shadows break away from him shooting for Tatsuga in the form of shadowy senbon. Would Tatsuga realize they were just a diversion and that Isetsu used this moment to launch his real strike sending several shuriken, wire thin shadows attached to them shooting for his back, ready to use this chance to capture him now.

The liquefied metal substance withdrew at astonishing speeds towards the saucer above. The liquefied metal moved upwards and rejoined the solidified metal, but before the attacks connected the metal converged upwards and wrapped itself around Tatsuga. The outer shell of the metal solidified withstanding the attacks of the shadows. But instantaneously the bell melted into the hardened core of the metal resulting in an unsuccessful attempt to capture the bell, which only impacted the metal suit encasing Tatsuga. Because of it's weight Tatsuga was dragged to the ground breaking the ground below from it's weight. He arose from his metal cocoon, and created another saucer awaiting any other strategical attack Isetsu could throw at him. The bell reformed to it's original state after being liquefied. "Any other tricks up your sleeve?" Tatsuga questioned, remaining calm while he floated in the air.

Isetsu stopped in his tracks and stared at Tatsuga, hidden slightly. He let his mind think, he needed to get past Tatsuga's defense, but that in itself was a feat. Then suddenly he had an idea. He pulled out all of his supplies and smiled, he had enough to do what he wanted to do. He took held out three smoke bombs and jumping out of the trees above Tatsuga he threw them down. In a large cloud of smoke both the ninja were hidden, but before Tatsuga could react Isetsu exploded in a cloud of smoke adding to the cover. Isetsu remained in the forest, he knew this would take the majority of his chakra but it was the only thing he had.
He had moved through the forest, setting out kunai with wires and bomb tags on them. With a seal several shadows lunged forward shooting the kunai through the smoke. Some at Tatsuga and some into trees creating a makeshift net, but Isetsu wasn't done yet. He still had a minute before the smoke cleared to complete his plan.
Sunny
07-04-2010, 01:29 PM
Tatsuga didn't attempt to look through the smoke, but rather remained calm throughout the whole assault. He didn't waste any time when it came to forming seals, which only took half of a minute since it was one seal, Hitsuji. The formation of the seal caused Tatsuga's body to liquefy into a metallic substance, splashing itself onto the ground. This substance reformed into a clone of Tatsuga, which was struck by the needles with attached kunai's. Meanwhile, minuscule fragments of the remaining liquefied metal moved through the cover of the smoke, shrouding it's movements perfectly. When the metal arrived at the tree, Tatsuga sprouted out of the metal hiding in the bushes perfectly. The clone would be more durable then the average Bunshin, and would take more than one hit to make it disburse. He watched from the bushes to see what Isetsu's plan would be.

Isetsu kept his calm, so far so good. With a seal, the shadows ringing the forest pushed in, sweat began dripping down Isetsu's face. Manipulating shadow on this scale was tough, especially making it solid enough to push in the smoke. While doing this he still allowed his own shadow move through the forest connecting with other shadows and using those to increase his reach. Was this also a part of Isetsu's plan? There was an odd smile on his face that showed he wasn't worried.
The large ring of shadow pushed the smoke in and as it constricted around the clone Isetsu let out a ragged breath changing the seal, and suddenly the tags exploded sending the smoke and shadow shooting out all through the forest shaking the branches from trees. Would Isetsu's plan succeed?
Sunny
07-04-2010, 03:16 PM
The explosion catapulted smoke throughout the training grounds obscuring everything within a view of a mile radius. The red lining of the string flew through the air with the bell ringing through the sky. It rolled onto a next by branch next to Isetsu before coming to a complete halt. But before the bell could be grasped by the young boy it disbursed into a cloud of smoke, which would bewilder the move believing he caught Tatsuga.
Tatsuga walked from behind Isetsu who was crouching on the branch sweating from the magnitude of the jutsu performed and the chakra required for the technique, which depleted nearly all his reserves. He didn't make any noise, but placed his hand on his shoulder smiling while holding the bell in his hand. "Good work you passed, you can go on the mission after you get rest. You can depart in the morning or whenever you feel ready. I expect nothing, but the best from you." Tatsuga said, as both of them vanished from the training grounds. Both of them appeared in his office within the blink of an eye; he walked back to his desk and took his seat, placing the string in his desk while the bell liquefied before disappearing. "You may leave now." He said, sitting back in his chair.

Kuzan appeared in Amegakure to see the Sonchou with 5 guards..Since he was far away from these nations for over 10 years, he had no idea of what was going on. Kuzan was once on good terms with them, as head of the Anbu in the neighbouring nation. He was wearing a hat and breathing through a mask and looked like most shinobi in the hidden rain. Meanwhile, Tatsuga had turned the chair around already to face his window, so he was looking out at the serene once more.

Tatsuga was standing on the top of his office building. Rain poured from the clouds continuously, flooding the streets with water. The citizens roamed the streets regardless. They covered their heads with whatever they could find. Children were seen running through the streets with their friends, pretending to samurai's amongst other things. The people of Ame had grown accustomed to the surplus amounts of rains. They had taken advantage of the rain, growing crops and other things that was possible.
The Sonchou paid no attention to the villagers, he was busy training. He was becoming more efficient with his metal abilities through the years. A couple feet away were clones of himself. These clones were created from metal while others through the Bunshin technique. Each clone threw the weapons, spreading their feet apart as they prepared to charge the Sonchou.
Tatsuga glared at each and everyone of the clones that stood on top a roof with their weapons drawn. He was shirtless, absent-minded of the rain falling from the sky. He leaped off the roof making hand seals, as the clones charged at him. This was one of the ways the young Sonchou trained everyday, with the help of others on occasions.

A white owl flew through the village, soaring down through the water filled clouds. The owl zipped through the window of the Sonchou's office. It landed on the desk, but before it could pull the note out its holster it was met by the Sonchou himself. He opened the holster for him, pulling out the note that read:
Important:
A man, his name unknown to us at this time has begun moving through the shinobi world. He carries a calm aura but seems to act like a child. He also dresses like a clown in some instances. He is with a girl about the age of twelve, olive skin tone. He has left a black rose with one of his victims he may leave more with the others. Beware, he is at least on the level of an S-class criminal. Handle him with caution.

"I see, thank you." Tatsuga said, dismissing the owl. The owl flew out the window, heading to another village.

Haize wandered down the busy street of Amegakure. He took a bite off of an apple and began chewing casually. He chewed several times, and then swallowed the apple. He then took another bite, and repeated the process. It was a very good apple. Haize was sad it was decreasing in size.
Haize had been away from his special friend, Ayumi, for quite some time. He couldn't tell her the real reason he went away. Infact he wouldn't tell anybody that. It was pretty personal. He was finally done with whatever he needed to do, and now was hanging out in Amegakure, wondering how he would approach Ayumi for his extended absence, or anyone at INS. Haize sighed, and bit another bite off of the apple.
"I have a feeling I'm going to run into someone." Haize said reluctantly, taking a seat in a bar. He ordered a bowl of noodles, and ate some noodles. Noodles are good.

Zaku stood under a giant poplar tree, one of the only remaining trees in Amegakure. The rest of the city was metal and wood; one of the most advanced cities in the world. The rain fell as it always did, and a icy cold breeze licked Zaku's tanned face. He made his way towards the main road where people and shinobi made their way to their destinations. He detested most of these people for being so reluctant towards the outside world, but no matter, he couldn't alter their outlook.
He made his way to a small bar just on the rim of path 6. He took a seat next to a man and looked at the bartender,
"A small bowl of spicy ramen please ... make it extra hot," he said with no thrill at all "And I better not find any extra peas ... disgusting" he muttered to himself.

Haize looked to the next seat to him. There were a lot of seats in the bar. He chose to sit to the one right next to him. He didn't seem particularly fun either. Haize sighed and said nothing. He continued to eat his noodles, paying no mind to the man next to him. He gave the waiter his tip, and proceeded to stand up. He glanced back at the man, feeling some very suspicious about him. He tried to brush it off, and began to walk out of the bar, satisfied with his noodles.

Zaku could feel the look that had been given towards him, and he didn't like it. The clear rain dribbled from the sky endlessly without halt. He made his way out of the bar with a certain purpose within his walk. Zaku walked out into the rain that pelted the top of his head as he looked around for the man that had just left. Keeping his distance, Zaku slowly followed the man who had given him that glare of repentance. Dare he get closer? Dare he ask why? No, Zaku would just follow him.
Acting as casual as he could, he eyed the man with a fiery intent, wanting to find out why, and now was his chance; they were on a road without any citizens to see anything, so Zaku flickered on the spot right in front of Haize,
"Thanks for giving me such a look as that one ... I can sense it, y'know. That I felt 'suspicious' to you." he said carefully, trying not to sound rushed. "I had the same feeling about you. Your chakra levels are out of range for me ... but I can still handle you. I don't like people giving me those looks, and you seem to be ... a threat." spoke Zaku in a hushed but harsh tone.

Haize stared at Zaku for a few seconds, as he appeared straight in front of him, blocking his path. What the hell was this guy doing? Haize had no idea what he was talking about, but thought acting dumb in this situation wasn't the best idea. So he went along with it, sorta. "Well, I do believe there is a bit of a misunderstanding here. I simply looked at you because you seemed interesting. Nothing more. Haize said with a genuine, innocent smile. Haize had run into a lot of people in his time (no pun intended) before. This guy seemed pretty stubborn, at first glance. Haize remained strong and stared proudly.
"And I also assure you this, I am not the threat here." Haize said seriously. What could he possibly mean by this?

Zaku just looked him right the eyes. There was something suspicious about this man, but Zaku couldn't put his finger on it. He defiantly knew that this man had power beyond belief, but how was he going to use it? Zaku stood there for about 6 seconds before letting out a breath,
"Get out of Amegakure. I'm picking up something about you ... your kind isn't respected here ... I sense ... death on you." said Zaku, referring to this negative energy emitting from Haize.

Haize seemed shock, and also a bit offended. Haize didn't like being called a killer, and that's the impression he got off of Zaku here. Haize sighed slowly, and stared back into Zaku's eyes. "I'm sorry you feel that way about me... but, I'm not leaving this village yet. I have business here. If you have a problem with that, unforunately, you'll have to do something about it." Haize said honestly, and somewhat was provoking Zaku. Haize wasn't usually the type to do that, especially if he had something more important to do. He would at least try to immobilize Zaku, to get him out of the picture, if it came to that.

Zaku looked down to the ground and closed his eyes, softly chuckling to himself.
"You have no idea what I can do. Why would you provoke a Amegakure shinobi .." he asked Haize quite dumbfounded at the thought of fighting this guy. "Afterall .." he started, looking up and opening his eyes to reveal a doujutsu in place. "You will surely loose this battle" he finished, taking a swing with his fist at Haize.

Children flocked into the Academy like sheep in a herd. The kids lined up in the hallways, heading to their separate classes to take their lessons. Behind these group of children was Uchiha, Masato. It was his first day at the Academy; he had already parted ways with his mother. She stood outside observing the groups of children attaining Amegakure's Ninja Academy. She silently wept a tear for her child, surprisingly, he wasn't crying because of the separation from his mother, because he knew this was the first step into adulthood, he would soon be on his own after graduating from the Ninja Academy. Masato would be left on his own to face his own problems; left to conquer them.
Masato filed into his class, taking his seat in the middle row; left side. There was constant chatter between each student inside the class. This would be his home for the time being until he graduated, and was assigned to a squad. He released a gentle sigh, awaiting the teacher's arrival as the last set of children filed into class accordingly. While the atmosphere was filled with sadness because of children departure from their parents there was a sort of happiness lingering within the atmosphere. The pathway to becoming a ninja would be forever opened to these students; the students that stepped through the Academy's doors. Masato could only imagine the types of missions he was going to be taking once he graduated.

@CK&Phase: I hope I didn't interrupt your RP scene. D:
The teacher came into the class with his books in hand, silencing the class immediately with his entrance. The teacher looked at each student and started calling out their names; each one replying, 'Here', whenever he called their name. With each name called and a response given he checked their names in the attendance section before he began class. The teacher promptly stood up and asked each student to introduce themselves briefly since most of the students were new. His finger trailed across each row, stopping at Masato.
Masato was the last student to stand and introduce himself. "Hello, my name is, Uchiha, Masato. I previously lived in Konohagakure, but moved here with my mother. This is my first day at Ame's Academy and yea...that's it." He laughed, nervously rubbing the back of his head as he silently eased himself back into his seat. "Welcome Masato and everyone else to Ame's Academy. Its a pleasure to meet you all and I hope you all feel welcomed as we begin our year. As most of you know while enrolled here you'll all be learning the basics of being a ninja. You'll be instructed accordingly in each class." The teacher explained.
"If you turn to your left you'll notice a large training grounds outside. This is where target practice will be held. The training grounds will always remain open if any of you want to stay back to sharpen your aim. And that's it for now. If any of you have any questions please feel free to ask. I'll be beginning my lesson shortly." With that said, the teacher took his seat and began scribbling down some notes inside his book.
The class remained silent for a short period; the silence getting interrupted by the teacher's voice, which boomed through the entire classroom. His voice bounced off the walls, and echoed back at him. "Also, I forgot to add. If you will excuse me *sneeze*" He wiped his nose, continuing on with what he was saying. "Sorry about that, anyway, you students will be taking exams at the end of the year. This exam will test everything that you've learned throughout the year. This test will show whether you have what it takes to become a ninja or not. However, fret not children you can take it over next year if you fail. I know, it sucks, haha, but that's how it is. If you pass you will become a Genin, and if you fail you'll have to repeat the Academy." The teacher finished, taking his seat once more.
The gulps of students filled the classroom. Masato just sat there with the side of his face in his palm. "This year shall be interesting." He said, with a bored tone.

A lone falcon shot down through the air, moving into the sonchou office dropping a letter on Tatsuga's desk. "From INS." Majimaru informed Tatsuga that the letter came from INS and with that he was gone again. The letter that he had left read:
Dear Kage/Sonchou:
There has been more information gathered on the man who marks his victims with a black rose, with an "R" on one of the petals. He is believed to be a space time user along with having a modified scent making him untraceable by scent. That is currently all the information we have. Please keep in mind, if you encounter this man, do not take him on alone.

"YAAAAAAWN" The obnoxious noise came from the back of the classroom, where a young boy was slouched in his seat, as if preparing to take a nap. "When do we get to learn some new jutsu?" he complained, resting his head on his hand. This school bored him to death, if only it would get interesting. The boy eyed the room, looking for something to distract him from the classroom. If only there was a window....

Tatsuga had left his office after Majimaru dropped the letter for some cappuccino. When he came back the letter was still sitting on his desk unopened. Tatsuga walked over to his desk, taking a sip of his cappuccino before he proceeded to the opening of the letter. The Sonchou took his seat and read the contents. "Someone's always attacking these villages." Tatsuga sighed, placing the letter inside a compartment within his desk, leaning back in his chair with his foot on the table.

The teacher was halfway done with his lesson. "Aren't we lively this morning?" He said to the kid in the back. He turned around to face the kid who disturbed the classroom. "In due time, but remember that's not all there is to learn. As a ninja you must learn many skills..." The teacher explained, as the end of period bell rang. It was time for the second class of the day, History. Masato got up from his desk with his bag-pack strapped to his shoulder and one book grasped firmly in his hand.
Masato followed the other school children towards their next classroom. Everyone was excited about today...the first day of the Academy. It had been years since the Academy seen promising students. The instructors expected talented shinobi to come out of the Academy when they were done. Masato sighed halfway done the hallway on his way towards history. "Hm I wonder when target practice begins?" He asked.

"Uhg," the boy moaned. "History's the worst class, I hate learning about dead people..." he mumbled. He shoved his chair backwards, causing it to screech as it slid across the floor. He stood up and made his way to the door quickly to avoid another scolding from the teacher, shoving past his fellow students. Once he reached the hallway, however, he slowed his pace to a slow strut. He was in no hurry to get to history class. 'I wonder if anyone cool will be in my next class...?'

A female sat at her desk with her pencil in hand. She was busy fixing her stuff inside her desk to pay attention to the students filing into her room to begin their second period class. When everyone had filed into the room that's when she looked up and was started a little bit at how fast they got here. She pushed up her glasses and looked at everyone. "Good Morning everyone. Welcome to History Class." She smiled faintly, opening her register book. "When I call your names please respond by saying, here. Okay?" She said. Everyone nodded there heads and followed her instructions once their names were called. After she finished up with the names she headed to the black board.
"Alright class. Today will be your first history class. But don't worry we won't be doing any history today since its our first day. All we're going to be doing is introducing ourselves. So who wants to start first?" She asked.
"U-u-um...before we start. What is your name?"
"Call me Mrs.Tanaka."
"Okay..."
"Since your already up do you want to go first?"
"Sure." The boy said cheerfully. After a couple minutes almost everyone had gone, which left Masato and Saigo as the only ones who hadn't gone yet. Masato turned to Saigo. "So who's going to go first?" He asked, out the corner of his eye. The teacher looked up to the back row. "You two are the only ones left." She smiled.

Saigo sighed, but stood up from his desk, pushing his chair back. "Yo," he said cooly. Despite not knowing anyone in the class, he sure did seem confident. "I'm Saigo. Remember that name, cuz one day I'll be your Sonchou, the greatest ninja in the whole village. You better believe it!" he finished by punching his fist in the air. He sat back down, resting his feet on the desk. His eyes were steely, he knew how important first impressions were. "Your turn," he said sarcastically toward Masato. Following that would be no fun at all.

"Yea, yea, we heard that before. Try something new." One of the students blathered out. "Daichi! That wasn't nice. Apologize, now!" The teacher shouted. "Tch...sorry." The student apologized, grumbling under his breath. "Sorry about that Saigo. Your goal is admirable." She smiled. "So, Masato I believe your next. Start whenever you're ready."
Masato got up from his seat after Saigo went after him. "My name is Masato, and I want to be remembered as one of the greatest ninja to walk the face of this earth. That is my dream...to become the the best, if possible." Masato said, calmly sitting back down in his seat. "It looks like the both of you have some nice goals. Two boys aspiring to become the best, I like that." She smiled. The bell rang immediately after everyone introduced themselves. "It looks like time's up. Onto your next class children..hurry." She scurried them, walking back to her desk.

Saigo shrugged of the boy's insult, his opinion didn't matter. He wouldn't let anyone like that get in his way. He had a goal and he would stick to it until he achieved it, however long that took. Stick and stones break bones, but words would never hurt this boy. "Finally," he muttered, thankful that class was over. In just moments he was out in the hall again. "Hm.. I think Chakra Basics is next... what room is that?" Saigo looked around for someone else, and spotted Hideaki. He moved closer to him, then asked, "Hey, Masato right? Do you know where Chakra Basics is?"

Masato was already out the class and down the hall on his path towards his next class. Masato turned around as soon as his train of thought was disturbed."Oh, our next class? It’s down the hall to our right." He directed, incorporating hand movements to direct Saigo to their next class. However, Masato stopped at the water fountain before he headed to his next class; leaving Saigo on his own.
When the students arrived in Chakra Basics, they would meet an old man. The old fellow looked like he was in his 60's, with a large scar going down his right eye. He was sure to scare the children when they entered. The old man just sat on his desk with his hands behind his back in wait of his new batch of students that he would be teaching for the year. "Where are those little whipper-snappers? They’re late." He grumbled.

"Thanks man," he mumbled, continuing down the hall. He turned right where Masato had told him to, and reached an open door. He peaked in and saw an old man sitting behind a large desk. A really old man. It looked like something was wrong with his face too... Saigo stepped forward, entering the room. He noticed he was the first student here, which was fine with him. It gave him the opportunity to waltz to the back of the room and claim the best seat. For now he ignored the old man. He didn't look like a fun guy...

The old man noticed the young boy walk into the class through the corner of the eye. After him came a flock of other students who took their seat accordingly. His eyes were narrow and dark. The man took a couple minutes to get off the desk, which was a result of his age. His cane banged against the ground once he retrieved it. The sound resonated throughout the entire room, silencing everyone.
"Good Morning, Boys and Girls. This will be your third period class, Chakra Basics. In this class you'll learn everything about chakra, from the basics of manipulation to exactly what chakra is and its uses. Chakra is essentially a part of a ninja's life. If you run out of it you die, plain and simple. There are many things you can do with chakra, but we won't discuss any of that today. The only thing I want to do today is ask each of you one question and learn a little about each and every one of you. So to start off what do all of you think chakra is?" The old man asked. "I'm sure none of you know what chakra is, nor do you know of its many uses, so enlighten me. I won't bite." He smiled.
"Isn't chakra something ninja use and if they run out they die?"
"I just said that. Tell me something else."
"Its used to make jutsu!"
"Good. Tell me something else."
Masato raised his hand in the back. The old man looked up and acknowledged the young man. "It’s a mixture of two energies, which flow throughout our body?" Masato answered. "Correct, and what are those two energies?" He asked the class. "Anyone can answer." Everyone got quiet, not knowing what to say or what he was talking about.
