I usually like Bleach fillers. That are silly.
So, in other words, the unbelievably off-topic ones that really don't have a story to them or following episodes. Stuff that's NOT like the Bount and Amagai arc. Do you remember the ten or so filler episodes during Ichigo's training with the Vizards, with the Soul Society shinigami hanging out in the real world? Yeah, I like those.

This episode was kind of lame. I'm anti-Kon, so yeah. But yay Urahara. =^__^=

Since it's a filler i doubt they really care how its drawn, I'm guessing they just want the anime to slow down a bit because its catching up to fast to the manga.
