Kisame went berserk and used the Hachibi's chakra and was found by Raikage and co.
He gets hit with a Double Lariat from the brothers and is decapitated and dies. (Not sure about the decapitation but he does die)
Ao is caught by the Mizukage and pretends to be an ally at first but is found out by Mizukage right away.
She hits him in the face and brings him back to his senses.
It ends with Sai trying to tell Naruto the things that Sakura couldn't.

the kisame's body and head seem really separated and spoke the final words 'good night flying!'


the fight is settled with the 'Cross bomber' and just then his [?] body turns black and his head ejects off the body.

the final lines are as the head flies off

nitey nite.

kisame's last words

"Suiton: something or other～ VROOM! (head flies off) that's pretty...impressive....speed"

then he dies

and so, after all the hype to Kisame's power and how amazingly powerful he is, he's dead. Nice job. I think that's a huge opprotunity lost to use Kisame really well in the manga. However, suppose we should've seen it coming. No Akatsuki member has survived losing their Akatsuki cloak in battle. The trend continues.

I dont think Kisame is dead, probably will use this as a way to escape knowing he has no chance of winning agains four high level shionbis, but if he is really died im going to be pissed. This fight was suppose to blow our minds, but was worster than the Sasuke v. Itachi fight. I really want to here what Sai has to say to Naruto, and see how Seigetsu and Juugo own these foddlers. I gave the chapter a 2.5

Yay! I am glad that Ao is safe! I really do want to see more of this Mist-nin group, ditto the Rainin. Poor Kisame =(...Sabu, too--I'd hate to see a head of a killer on the ground like that! Omoi (is that the darker guy with the white fro?) is so chill, I already like him.

I have to disagree with you Doctor Octogonapus, in my opinion raikage and KB are the most interesting created characters in the manga so far. Where as the raikage is a buffed up, serious, version of might guy and KB is what jinchūriki should be (minus the singing and easy going attitude).

going on from when I called sasuke stupid, sasuke wasn't very smart thinking his susano/amatrasu shield would stop the powerhouse raikage who at the time was being a avenger for KB.

I have to disagree with you Doctor Octogonapus, in my opinion raikage and KB are the most interesting created characters in the manga so far. Where as the raikage is a buffed up, serious, version of might guy and KB is what jinchūriki should be (minus the singing and easy going attitude).

going on from when I called sasuke stupid, sasuke wasn't very smart thinking his susano/amatrasu shield would stop the powerhouse raikage who at the time was being a avenger for KB.

Killer Bee is not unique whatsoever. The only way he could be more stereotypical is if he was on TV and not in a manga.

They're both strong, that's fantastic however that doesn't mean they're good characters.
The second paragraph is a massive fail.

Saying he was stupid was assuming that ameratsu would beat Raikage is just foolish.
We had no evidence that ameratsu could be beaten like that.

Basically, Raikage, like you said is like Gai, the only difference is he provides no humor whatsoever and overall has a much lower testosterone level so in all seriousness what's the point of having him around?

because he is a character of his own. Raikage is all about rage and quick thinking where as killer bee is cool and thinks things out.

Well the light half had alot of clones running around and it is assuming they can "die" as and leave the dark half alive.
It wouldn't surprise me if some of Zetsu simply returned and fused back together
