Rakakan Tower was the original plan and foundation Of the Rakakan Clan. They exceeded in many techniques, and wanted to rule over their world from a mighty tower. Sadley, the clan was destroyed and along with the entire tower which was only built half way. It now stands in ruins and marks that momentous day. Although there is only one survivor of the Rakakan Clan, she hopes to rebuild It and revitalize her clan and dominate the worlds and destroy the other clans.
The Current state of the Rakakan Tower is in ruins, and beneath all of those ruins lays a secret base for the survivor of this clan, Kitsura. At the moment, this is not known to anyone, and is almost impossible to find. [Protected by an illusion jutsu and a blocking jutsu.] Located just off the outskirts of Takigakure.
