A solid seven from me. One of the best abilities in Naruto, and an alright personality, but he just didn't do much.

I think he was outshined by his partner tbh... just a punching bag for Naruto's newest Rasengan.

I gave him a solid 8. He lost a few points for going out like a bitch and having so much wasted potential.

But Kakuzu was a straight up pimp. He didn't care about Jinchuuriki's or villages or even your whore mother. He was all about the benjamins.
