No, I'd say it's more of a Kekkei Genkai.
But OT, it's pretty coo' i guess. I used to really like it but it really hasn't gotten much attention in part 2. So yeah. 7 I guess?

It's a clan technique, meaning yes, it is a form of jutsu.

I find it interesting. I don't like Neji, but I wouldn't mind seeing Hinata develop some more in this area. Based on what's been shown thus far, I'll give it a seven.

Gentle Fist is definitely one of the finest examples as to why part 1 was fantastic.

Definitely a 9 from me as well, despite it not playing a major role nowadays like in the past.
